Don't think so.Did anyone propose yeeting the starstone with a volcanic plume?
I can see why yrsillar wanted to keep the specifics for the update itself, rather than giving them away to impatient and argumentative voters!
Don't think so.Did anyone propose yeeting the starstone with a volcanic plume?
correct me if I'm wrong, it's been a while so I don't remember clearly, but wasn't there something about Hanyi's mom wanting to devour her to be whole or more powerful or something? is there a similar situation here?Ling Qi was not sure she liked the way the woman was staring at Hanyi.
Ling Qi was not sure she liked the way the woman was staring at Hanyi.
The second case was in response to Ling Qi using ice techniques for the first time in the fight, if I'm reading things correctly. The only difference was that now the foreigner was looking at her.
Might be. Hanyi was a part of Zeqing, broken off to slowly develop into her own person. And Zeqing was a piece of greater winter that broke off and stayed behind as the South Glaciers retreated millennia ago.correct me if I'm wrong, it's been a while so I don't remember clearly, but wasn't there something about Hanyi's mom wanting to devour her to be whole or more powerful or something? is there a similar situation here?
And we're pretty sure the South Glaciers might just be returning, huh.And Zeqing was a piece of greater winter that broke off and stayed behind as the South Glaciers retreated millennia ago.
🌠 As Wind thief does we threw the meteor away and used it to destroy our betters! There was a muffled sound of displaced air as Zhengui appeared in midair, falling with the force of a meteor toward the center of the cavern, Hanyi clinging to his back. Cold stone warmed to heat, as stones were made to remember their fire, and the ground rock as a plume of lava roared forth, launching the Starstone into the air.
Only A DODGE build like LQ with her spirits could survive something like this consistenly at her level. For everyone else this would cost soo much Qi it would make them useless for the rest of the fight. Ling Qi is truly a certified monster of her generation.Near a hundred arrows fell upon her position, even as warriors shouted in outrage. Theory crackled with lightning, screamed with wind and whispered with frost, and Ling Qi wove through them like wind through the rain, spiraling down to Zhengui, who stomped forward, head down toward the Starstone.
Not even Piccolo could do this. LQ has not even met him and she has already realized the true advantage of DODGE! Make the impossible possible and not die immediately to corruption poison fluid.
I'm really feeling Renxiang's mood here.
I could quote bits from the update but not feeling it, it pretty much went like I expected barring the White Sky being even more annoying.
Question @yrsillar, have only the two Appraisal Shishigui and the one Shishigui aligned cloud tribe guy died? Wanna make sure I didn't miss anyone in my enemy casualty count.
A comma after "knew"
Arrayed around her were so many powerful cultivators.
I think caldera is lowercase, not sure though.
Missing a "what", what she knew was enough.
Missing "the", the chaos of the caldera.
"rocked" not "rock"
Just needs a space between the two linesLing Qi was not sure she liked the way the woman was staring at Hanyi.
But she didn't have time to think about that.
I think theory is suppose to be the sky, but I'm not sure.
Again, just needs a space between the lines. But it wasn't the only one. Her heart almost stopped when she heard Zhengui scream. She whipped around in time to see a second Dancer rising beneath him. Her knife was held two handed as she drove it down into Gui's neck.
Her voice wasn't the only one that rose.
Missing a period I think?
Maybe an "and" instead of the comma?explosion splashed across her back, her ankles as she leapt over a blade
Sky should be capatalized as well I think.
Use of "on the ground" twice, and then it is used again in the next pharagraph. On the ground, those warriors left on the ground climbed painfully to their feet
Hmm. Looking back, I'm less confident on my thoughts regarding White Sky.The man on his flying horse eyes everyone warily, a spear of glittering glass in his hands, but she could feel his qi drifting out like a warm wind and clean sunlight, bolstering warriors. On the ground, those warriors left on the ground climbed painfully to their feet with renewed vigor, broken limbs straightening out.
The woman remained on the ground, and around her there was cold, stray pebbles and stones, deflected arrows and more that flew toward her, lost all momentum and clattered to rest a dozen meters away.
I didn't notice someone saying it, and bloody hell, it was freaking amazing.Good fucking lord, strange things are afoot at the Circle K. Did anyone propose yeeting the starstone with a volcanic plume? I don't remember that idea being floated.
There is also guy that LQ crushed with Starstonea handful of the yellow doods died to artillery and Ling qi took out 1 of the g1's with elegy, but otherwise yes. Well the guiys who got their everything broken by Guan Zhi aren't actually fighting fit yet.
Also...The Starstone crashed into the middle of them, and the barbarians scattered like pins, but one was too slow, and there was an ugly crunch and a hideous sizzling as the starstone struck him. Ling Qi did not look at what remained when it rolled ponderously away across the scoured ground.
Only the White Sky barbarians stood unharmed. The man had taken to the air on his winged horse, but the woman stood in a circle of frost. Cloth and fur had become armor, stiffened by blue white rime. A crown of seven points had formed on her brow, and in a hand clad in a gauntlet of ice, she held a scepter of dull iron, its head wrought in the shape of a snarling demon, menacing with spikes.
Ling Qi was not sure she liked the way the woman was staring at Hanyi.
"Stop her!" a man roared, his voice halfway to an eagles shriek himself.
It seems we somehow aggroed everyone, can as well capitalize on it and fulfill tank roll in this grazy party.Carried on the Western Wind, Ling Qi moved just as the boil burst, filling the air with a stinking miasma of black smoke that burned and sizzled. She rematerialized beside Zhengui, and met the eyes of the tall Shishigui. The creatures gaze burned with anger, as he leveled his outstretched hand, five more droplets of filth blooming on the tips of his claws.
Not really a surprise to me. The moment we went for the shiny macguffin, that's what was going to happen. It seems we somehow aggroed everyone, can as well capitalize on it and fulfill tank roll in this grazy party.
I thought at least white tribe delegation would flow away. Also I don't think we can afford anything but defence right now, we will just die otherwise. Not really a surprise to me. The moment we went for the shiny macguffin, that's what was going to happen.
Functionally, we're kind of in a bad position. With the Bardbarian, his three buddies, and the five twelve star guys aimed at us the amount of force coming at us isn't going to change. The cloud tribe Shishigui helpers and the five twelve star guys are coming either way. The only real variable is how closely we work together with Renxiang in my mind. With her keeping the G7 mostly busy we can strike him and help distract him and get her direct help dealing with our own enemies.I thought at least white tribe delegation would flow away. Also I don't think we can afford anything but defence right now, we will just die otherwise.
Hmm? Wasn't that Bardbarian?Shamans hit us with lightning: I'm assuming that was what the lightning from the clouds was about. They're still absent from this party and can presumably take potshots at whomever they want.
