Can fleshcrafters prevent the player charecters children being born with horrible mutations?

We are one of the Forty. Give it a few centuries and mutations would likely become first socially acceptable, then a matter of prestige, and then as literal proof of Valyrian divine heritage. Its pretty hard to deny that, as a lowborn, when the other guy is rocking a body temperature high enough that he produces steam whenever he walks through the rain or snow.

Chances are that our personal holdings were Mantarys, the City of Monsters, and that that name massively predated the Doom. It just went haywire after that point due to rogue magic, radiation and lack of maintenance.

Quality of life is all I care about there. The neutral and the good stick around, the bad is either handled by fleshcrafting or bred out of the genepool by conventional methods.

Interesting so is it going to be like the Spartan modifications before they were improved in your Halo quest?
kinda.

Yep...

Hippity Hoppity, the Dragons are now part of Prophecy.

Honestly want master Intrigue before we ever decide to join the war. Our traits just make being good at Intrigue and I'd like to capitalize on it

Works for me. Mantarys is prime territory... though its also one of the two points the Lockstep Legions would plow through if they want to take the land route into Valyria. It has a number of natural bottlenecks which would make it easy for whoever the defender is to Thermopoli... but we have dragons and dragons would adore soldiers that clumped together.

Its also a damn beautiful place to live.

Gonna make my pitch for Master Intrigue. I think it would help us at securing our home and becoming someone useful in the army with our dragon. Home we can find out who is actually loyal to us and find useful allies. War we can be the officer that gets useful information on the enemy and our dragon would be useful for scouting. With better command/leadership we'd be golden if we pick to join the war.

Either way Master Intrigue helps us no matter what we decide to do.

Why not all of Valyria?

If things work out after all.

Are the valerian gods real? If so can they make an appearance (visions, manifestations, etc) if certain events are followed.
I'm going to say... maybe.

If only because things are... strange and not what they seem.
The mutations occured by our heightened bond with our dragon have happened before in the history of the freehold or any other dragon rider?
Not to your knowladge.
