I think it's fine not to get everything in one go and we can get everything else in the turn after anyway, right on your schedule

I mean fair, but it takes 1150 to upgrade from T4 to T16, which means we won't hve enough left over for the defense network unless we are sacrificing on infrastructure. And sacrificing pretty heavily.

I got to say we go infrastructure till we can get a reasonable amount. Building infrastructure has a snowballing effect that increase the more we keep doing it.

If we become Best buddies with Perturabo I think he'll give us a PP reduction when improving the infrastructure or tech of planets. A company or two of Iron Warriors that come to join us will have all the construction time they desire and will be the happiest in their legion save for maybe Perturabo himself. Could we possibly convince the Emperor to let his sons have more direct control of their territory? Like everyone gets a hundred or so worlds that they can actually govern like Guilliman.

That's plan aside from fixing our Homeworld up so it does become overrun with enemies and mess up our PC with bad morale and bad traits due to losing it.

From what is going to attack us? The cultist who Alpharius helped exterminate. The orks the Lion is going to exterminatous so he can Beta Lorgar. The dark Eldar who ran for it after getting beat. There is no clear threat to us right now and we should focus on getting as much PP till we can easily pay for the defense build up.

Better have and don't need , then need and don't have .

@Daemon Hunter how much control over our worlds do we have? Can we actually govern in a general sense like Guilliman with Ultramar? If not, can we convince the Emperor to let us(and maybe others) do so?

Well, I'm rather concerned about Lorgar going Chaos early and attacking us.

Just a note, but I would bet that Valhalla will be one of the first worlds the AdMech will upgrade to T8 - it's a rather logical choice for an upgrade. It's only 20 PP difference in cost, but should be noted.

Honestly I'm surprised that they didn't actually give us anything for the knowledge we shared given how high the roll for that was, now that I think about it.

And??? Lorgar attacking us after going chaos would cause the Emperor to lay waste to his Legion. Also it is too soon and we don't have a century more of resentment to play off of. Who would help Lorgar?

The question is if Lorgar would need any help before dropping a Cyclonic Torpedo on Valhalla. If he attacks suddenly and swiftly, then if there's insufficient defenses and our Legion isn't on site then nobody could stop him.

Right now, you have complete control over Valhalla and Hearth IV. However, the rest of the planets in your domain will basically listen to you and follow your instructions. However, they can sidestep your orders if they want to, they're just unlikely to do so. Guilliman has complete control over his worlds to the point that they can't really sidestep his orders. You can try to get more control from the Emperor although you may not succeed.

Also, midterm is done. WOOH! Now I just have more class at 4, but in the meantime, Omakes! So I've threadmarked a bunch, time to read them and hand out rewards at the reduced thing that I mentioned earlier. Also, if I have missed an Omake, let me know.

Next turn we will have enough PP to use the Pert's plan and upgrade to Tier 15. We can then use the left over PP to buy all the quality of life buildings and some of the first PP multipliers.

I know it's not the most efficient as far as getting more PP generation, but I think there's something to be said to turning our home into a fortress world using Pert's plan before we need to meet with him again to study the station. We can get then last infrastructure tier the turn after, as well as all the tech levels and buildings.

Or we could keep upgrading the top level planets for the efficiency. The point is we can get Pert's plan and a lot of infrastructure, which means we can tell him to his face the next time we see him that we value him, his thoughts and his plans.

Malcador's Struggle and Kesar's New Lessons

I would like to see the narrative effects of the omakes in some such as the Arrival of the MKIIB Power Armour for example

Alright, Omakes. First we have a nice story about Malcador and Kesar bonding. It's a good story and I like it. It describes Malcador and Kesar really well and really highlights Malcador's intellect. One extremely minor gripe is that sadly Kesar isn't getting his armor this year. Vulkan is busy with Lave V and hasn't had the time to complete it yet. So for your reward:

[] +5 on a roll of your choice
[] +10 on the next roll of the GM's choice (I'll use it to reduce casualties in all likelihood)
[] +10 to the next relationship roll with Malcador.

Then, with the next of your Omakes. This is beautiful. Kesar is portrayed fantastically, and the invisitext is used excellently. I wanted to have reduced rewards, but it was so good. So your rewards:

[] A Grave for Every Solider - When a solider dies, they deserve to be respected. Their bodies should be recovered and their souls laid to rest. The cruel reality of the galaxy denies that to many, but the Wardens make every effort to cremate/bury the dead. *+5 to relationship rolls with other Legions (not Primarchs)*
[] Peace-bringer - Where Kesar goes, tired souls feel a moment of peace in his presence. He exudes an aura like all other Primarchs, but unlike them, his aura makes others feel at peace instead of the awe that it normally causes. *+5 to relationship rolls with normal humans*
[] A Monument to the Fallen - The fallen in the nascent Imperium number in the billions. Brave souls who gave everything for a brighter future. They deserve to be honored and celebrated. Let the galaxy know of Cratos Leonidas who died after stepping on an Orkish mine, let the galaxy know of Alexander Serverus who died when his Stormbird was shot down. *Monument Megastructure Unlocked*

Next up is the continued history of the Ruoult. I'm going to combine these into one, so I can offer a better reward for them. It's a very compelling history of the Ruoult that I enjoyed reading. It has a good mix of action and tactics with a brutal death for Zagtrakk. For your rewards:

[] 3 +5s to rolls of your choice
[] +10 to the first 3 Ruoult combat checks as long as they are on your side
[] Next Ork roll at Lave V takes a -15

Following this, I'm going to look at Kirbstomp's Omake so I can look at both of jjffjhjf's Omakes at once. It's a good story about a memorial being constructed for the IInd Primarch. A nice description built upon a good concept. I like it, so for your rewards:

[] +5 to a roll of your choice
[] +15 to next corruption resistance check
[] Valhalla infrastructure upgraded to Early Space tech level

Next is one of our AIs, or possibly a Necron Omake machine. A nice story of a totally normal Eternal Warden. *Looks at underlined words suspiciously* It's nice. A good description of Scafrir and how some will view peace with Xenos. Also nice how you showed the respect the Wardens have for Kesar. For your rewards:

[] +5 to a roll of your choice
[] +10 to next Legion roll
[] Next 1000 casualties negated

And lastly, we have the machine spirit research. This gives me ideas. GM approves. For your rewards:

[] Unlock Machine Spirit tech tree - Rather high level tree
[] A Third Stirring - ??????
[] +5 to a roll of your choice

Also, you raise a good point thefoolswriter. I have been meaning to do that, but I just kept putting it off. I'll try to do that where feasible.

This one I definitely got to go for the machine spirit tech tree. I want ALL the tech trees.
