OOC Durin revealed one of the possible chaos power ups was Tjapa finding the Emperor's body.

Well, given that Tjapa had a net loss of power from the ritual backfiring, it does seem safe to say that he did not find it.

That helps, but not enough in my opinion, the Emperor is still the Emperor, a singular effigy of human perfection that disdains and distrusts the other (if not to the point of automatic extermination). I don't think it is posibile for the Emperor to to ever be the opposite of Tjapa, because the only true opposite of Tyranny is freedom to choose, no godly throne at all from which some power proclaims what it is to be human.

But now with emotions. Aka instead of being a sociopathic dick, he is now an emotional dick with a ton of time to reminisce over all his mistakes and filled with regrets.

Speaking of inquisitors. I wonder who the female inquisitor was in the Omake who shot the Angyle for claiming to be Ciaphas Cain Hero of the Imperium?
The most amusing option would be that it was in fact Ciaphas Cain... it's a long story.
Yeah the writer said it was Amberly Vale, Cain's inquisitorial friend.

Well lets see what he's like when he gets back aye?

He's got his emotions back, he's had 10,000 years of constant agony to think on his fuck ups, and well the example of Tjapa is right there.

+ we'll have the mind whammies of his parentage and + he's now a god so hopefully less idiocy around that.

Nah nah it was its own option, since using it and his connection to Emps Tjapa would have been able to use it as an avatar incarnating himself a la the avatar of Khrone only he'd not eventually bugger off.

The new order of power is apparently Tzeench > Khorne > Slaanesh > Tjapa > Nurgle, though Nurgle will go up by one when the Eye of Terra goes away due to the Void Dragon getting out.
I think Khorne is still ahead. Tzeentch won the most in this ritual sure, but he was down at 4th place before this all went down so he has a big ladder to climb and Khorne's ritual went fairly well too. War still defines the galaxy more than Change.

Not according to Durin. Apparently the rituals are a bigger deal than we thought as his going best boosted it to the top.

I implied, but never explicitly stated Amberley Vail. Though either her or a daughter were my intention. Same thing with all the subtext in Message of Hope's conversation between Anath Raema and Kuranos. What precisely Anath Raema plans to ask Isha while she's "in a really good mood" was left deliberately unclear, but you can use your imaginations.

The main problem is not really with him, I mean sure I don't think he is worthy of worship after all he has done, it's with the idea of worshiping anyone like that as an ideal of humanity, ironically the same objection he had against being called a God during the Crusade (even if he did handle it like an utter fool).

Indeed.

Heck with Zahak, Ruick and Faust gaining full godhood, we may entertain the idea of adding them to the Pantheon of worship. Defiance, Unity and Free Will are things that already resonate with the Imperial Truth. The possibility of it now empowering beings aligned with our interests and perhaps leading to boons makes it worth consideration at the very least.

Nope.

Already asked we're not allowed :(

I could potentially see the eldar adding them....maybe

they are pretty desperate to gain assets.

probably the biggest possibility of it depends on if the coalition has any diplo gods left.

Yeah apparently considering it.

What coalition :D they're all dead.

But yes getting Faust on team would be excellent in general.
Faust is the one that eats demons right? or am I getting them mixed up with Zahak or whatever?

can somebody throw down a refresh on the remaining 3 now-greater gods for those of us who forget/are-new?
thanks

(we need a term for non-minor gods that are not chaos-god tier I think...maybe some kind of synonym of medium/standard?)

I mean we have that. Major.

They are now Minor gods on the very cusp of becoming Major, with the power of unrestricted domains.

Faust would be a huge deal considering the Khorne ritual impact making peace harder.

That said, as gods without restricted domains, the survivors of the Concordant are likely willing to support initiatives in line with their core domains without the carrot of worship, as they are indirectly paid off through it increasing the power of said domain.

Zahhak: Once goddess of Evil as a Choice, now goddess of Free Will she's the daemon eater
Rurik: Originally god of the frontier and exploration was given the domains of defence and fortress and now has the domain of Defiance
Faust: Goddess of Friendship now goddess of Unity and potentially friendship.

Zahak eats demons and permakills them when it does so. That may have changed when she switched archeotypes from Evil to Free Will.

Faust can insta-teleport herself and her friends around to other friends as well as make friends with the most unlikely of people. She also makes cooperation work better/boosts effects of teamwork.

Didn't have much in the way of offensive abilities. That may have changed with the evolution into being Goddess of Unity.

Edit: Ninja'd twice. lol

Sadly that is not possible, the very idea of the Imperial Trust was built upon the foundation of being faithful to the Emperor upon his return. Ironically even as Saint Lin loosened the chains of the Ecleziarchy he ensured we would never be fully free of them while there is a culturally recognizable Imperial Trust.

With all the energy Nurgle wasted during the ritual how long would it take for him to be able to launch an attack on Avernus? Kind of hoping that even if Nurgle did find out soon he still would need time to be able to gain the energy to launch an attack.
