We do not need to send the warhost anywhere else there are no chaos on any trust land but the colony. The Eldar Fleet is already in Muselphiem and 20 hours from killing the atlas fleet.

well, technically 20 hours from starting to kill the enemy fleet. they get to live a few more terrified and confused hours after that. Though given their screening elements are mostly gone, and the eldar are fresh, I doubt it will be that many extra hours.

hmm, ok so a tidbit from the fight. crone's ark came away with light damage, but atlas's got obliterated despite crone's forces taking a thorough beating. This is likely because we had a heavy accelerator in the fight against atlas, meaning the ark was tanking shots that could actually pierce it's armor. I think that puts in perspective just how much of a game changing having an AP 24 gun can be. While we likely won't be able to build a battle ship around it due to i'ts minimum length, we might be able to build a defense station around one. Having an answer to hyper caps in our core worlds would be super useful.

@Durin would it be feasible to try and design a defensive instillation around a Heavy Acclerator? assuming we where willing to make compromises on it's other armaments.
It would. The main reason for the difference though is the fact that one Ark was an e war build while the other was designed as a frontline combatant, and therefore far tougher

But the chaos forces were (and will be shortly) in cities of Muspelheim. We could use some help there.
Also wait- are they arleady in Muspelheim?
However they have been stalemated for the last few days by Muspelheim's technological tricks, giving them only twenty hours to press the attack before the Eldar Fleets arrive and swing the balance of power against them.
It'll be 20 hours before they get there in the first place.

Do you think the ground forces will retreat soon after?
Just want to know if it's worth it to tweak the ending strategy, considering the short duration of remaining fight.
...
Can we even order forces of Muspelheim at this level? Without Rotbart there to command?
Which ground forces?

Turoq's? Those are trapped there?

The Dark Mech's? Those are trapped.

Aside from the Eldar I don't think we can do anything, we certainly can't command Surt's forces.

wow, they really got unlucky if they sent the fragile E war monster against the one place in the trust that was capable of matching it. On top of rolling poorly on their E war assult.

Welp we gotta re-investigate her then.

@Durin
1. Any chance we can salvage some of their stuff from destroyed ships and dumb it on Avernus for it to Clean?
2. How fast is Lulana's hierarchy growing in power?
3. Do we think it would be beneficial to assist her growth via our economic power? Having a very powerful, friendly Avernite society close at hand, especially one we can do projects with rather than broadly work around seems like a good thing.
4. Out of curiosity what horrible things would tattooing a rune of focus do to a person?

Not really, big galaxy and these things can't exactly propagate far.

Especially since Durin's keeping exactly what goodies each polity has quiet until the meeting :D
1. even if there was reverse engineering chaos tech is stupid
2. relatively
3. not that hard
4. forces them to channel all powers though their body, including powers that they really dont want to channel though their body
@Durin

So speaking of Bertil...

1. How does Vanahiem see its incoming psykers?
2. Are they granted the same citizenship status as others after graduating?
3. Are citizens and psykers allowed to go to the plane to enjoy its beauty?
4. Who runs the Vanahiem office of telepathica?
1. a neccicary evil
2. mostly
3. if they can pay enough
4. Master Of the Vanaheim Office Ravi Bianco
yes
@Durin Is there any chance we could harvest some useful tech and STCs from the wreckage of the Dark Mechanicus fleet, or from their Forge Worlds if we choose to launch a strike against them? Or would it all be unusable due to the memetic hazards and effects of being tainted by Chaos?
unusable due to memetic hazards, often ones built into the design at a base level
Yeah syr is a natural sarnow successor if we dont have anyone good enough to replace him by the way.

also @Durin ,asked this before but havent seen a answer to this.

1) What about getting geneseed and leadership astartes as a reward from the tech trade as a idea ? Since we have valinor to settle anyway currently.
2) Wich legion geneseed would be available if the upper answer is yes from the 4 primarchs or maybe even other loyalist ones if they have spare geneseed for some reason?
2b) My thought on geneseed avaliablity is mainly salamanders and raven guard with maybe for white scars and probably a no for space wolves and no idea on the rest of the legions? Not very interested in smurfs tough since we have our own.
wait until the meeting
@Durin, is there a reasonable chance that Lulana's skill in administration will improve if Rotbart spends time with her?
yes there is
@Durin I think you missed this question.
there are no formal requirements, Triumphs are not a major part of your culture

Actually they are maybe going to attack the very dangerous Star forts we have stocked with elite units that have had weeks to prepare for them. I highly doubt they can do more than establisha beachhead in the amount of time that is left before they are killed by the Eldar.

@Durin
1. Out of curiosity. Could we perhaps upgrade the Vault with the technique muspelheim displayed, either as an additional self destruct, or a way of clearing out attackers and keeping them at bay for a little? Expensive, but the Vault already is. Probably not as the plans are finalised, but eh.
2. Would the barrier they are using the keep the plasma in have uses elsewhere?

Not sure if you'll answer, but may as well.

1. not really, it does not work well with atmospheres
2. yes and it is part of the tech base that you have, it is used heavily in reactors

@Durin

Sorry to ask but have you checked out my last two omakes about the Vanahiem national anthem and about Bertils daughter going on a Sabathical?

The Eldar ground forces will stay there for the full week regardless. Remember the fleet leaves days before they do, and will arrive at Muspelheim well before they would have left anyways.
