Finished an Omake. Can anyone help me by proof reading it? Please?

With Phase cherries on top?

Syr Rotbart
Age: 76, rejuved to 20

M: 29+20 (10)=40(30) (+105 martial bonus on ground, +50 martial bonus in space)
I:18+3=21
A:15+10=25
L: 17+5=22
P: 15+4=19
D: 16+4=20
C: 22+15=37 (+570 combat bonus)
(57/7=8)
Very Beautiful (+3D, more likely to persuade people of the opposite sex) – Syr seems to take after her mother appearance wise. She is a beautiful child and you are sure that she will grow into an even more beautiful woman.
Tainted Bloodline (-1D, -1P) – Many members of Syrs bloodline have developed psychic powers; indeed, in later life her grandfather awoke his own Warp-born powers and became a Sanctioned Psyker and one of the best Diviners currently on the Nine Worlds.
Blood of the Vanir (+1M, +1D, +1C) – Syr has inherited from her mother and is unmistakably one of the Vanir.
Heir of Rotbart (+5M, +3A, +1P, +1C, +1 morale for military and civilians) – Syr has truly come into her own over recent years and has developed her skills to a high extent. She seems to be very bit as naturally talented as you are and is improving those talents though hard work and dedication. Syr is without a doubt worthy of taking up the reins of Avernus when you pass on and you can trust her to rule well.
Survival Instinct (+1M, +2C, less likely to die) – Syr seems to have either developed or inherited a strong survival instinct and has a real sense for incoming danger, a very useful trait for ay Avernite.
Pious (+2P)- Piety and faith in the Emperor have been a strong part of Syr's life from a very young age. Syr has both a deep seated belief in the Emperor and an understanding of the New Imperial Truth that exceeds that of most her age.
Curious (+2L, more likely to gain new traits)- Syr is a curious child always willing to ask questions and explore the world, or at least as much of it as she can.
Military Genius
(+6M, +1C) -Syr seems to have inherited your natural talent for military command, being able to feel the flow of a battle and lead her forces to victory with surprising ease.
Stealth Expert (+3I, +15 to stealth for units under her personal command)- Her training with Arbitrator Jane Oakheart has allowed Syr to develop her skills in stealth to a high degree. She can sneak past many sentries and is capable of passing some of this skill to her direct subordinates.
Skilled Swordsman
(+2C, +20 to melee rolls)- Arbitrator Jane Oakheart has taught Syr as much about swordsmanship as she can until Syr develops more experience. This has brought Syr to the level that she can be considered a skilled al tough not exceptional Wandsworth, even by Avernite standards.
Avernite
(+1C) - Having survived growing up on Avernus Syr has developed her combat skills to a level rarly seen outside of Avnernus.
Militia Officer (+1M, +3A, +1C)- In her time as a member of the militia Syr reached the rank of captain. She duties and responsibilities of this rank forced her to further develop her skills.
Avernus Officers Academy Valedictorian
(+2M, +3A, +3L, +2P, +2C)- Syr graduated from the Avernus Officers Academy with the second highest marks of on record, losing out only to her legendary father.
Helltrooper Major (+2M, +2C)- Syr was promoted to major after a mere nine years experience, not a record for the Avernite Helltroopers but still very fast. During this time she gained much combat experience and further developed her already high command skills.
Naval Training
(can use personal attention for Void actions, can command naval battles with -10 Martial)- Syr has been trained in the Avernite Naval Academy and is able to command a fleet at war. While she lacks the instinct that she has for ground combat you are still one of the better Admirals in the Nine Worlds.

Your beloved daughter Syr has recently reached adulthood. While she is currently grieving for her mother she was once a bright and cheerful child, who inherited your military genius and wishes to become a general.

Question: Will she get a trait upgrade or new trait that she's a General now? Or at least something that tells us she's a Brigadier General?

Why Jotunheim and Muspelheim? Our high relationships with them mean that these actions are very unlikely to succeed. Surely it would be better to focus Diplomacy efforts on the worlds we have the lowest relationship scores with, because we are more likely to succeed.

Because we haven't tried to do so for a while, and we have additional penalties on many of the others because we have succeeded in raising relations with them. I'd just like to have these five years as a rest period for that before we resume, which means we can spend the efforts on worlds that we are a bit closer to.

It looks like it was added in but the trait was left as Major instead of General. Otherwise martial would be +18 instead of +20

He did have a point on the Quartok's. Our relationship with them is "two degrees above frozen" as it stands.

Edit: Can I ask why your not doing the free Thaddeus Expertise: Ion Shields: All Cities? We're not hurtting for AM/EM anymore and he gets it done for us.

@Enjou Can I get a link to your plan?

It's here.

If enough people want I can switch an action to that.

I want to get both of the Codex actions going. Next turn we should be able to have Thaddeus do that.

Normally I would agree with you, but we have a massive 20 Gammas coming up for trials this turn - in the the last few turns, we never even broke double digits there. I think we'll get more bang for our buck by having more Gammas pass.
The thing is that Mentoring: Gammas provides points of success... per 20 points of success. So a 90 would give +2, for example, for a net of +40 after accounting for the number of gammas.

Though we do want more Gamma Sanctionites anyway, I suppose.

What I don't like is the advice coming from NIlfiem and not the space marines. What do they give us again that beats advice on training super soldiers?

An what do we want now? We should go for more training techniques if anything in my opinion.

Aaaaand caught up. Whew lads.

Alright, what are the current issues, what are the plans to deal with them, and how do we end up sticking our god-slaying sword right up the Star Father's ass?

I ask because while I've read all the threadmarks, I have not read the omakes or any of the other posts.

Oh, my suggestion: new Marines often need to be bloodied in some sort of conflict. A proposal to the UMs suggesting that squads of fresh Marines be sent to Avernus to spend 5 years or so facing off against the Wildlife would be a great way to cement ties, once we've got the trust there.

If you're talking about the Arbites action, it needs to be done so that Jane actually integrates the Niflheimer genetherapy technology into her training program. Otherwise we wouldn't actually be making use of the tech, which is an absolute waste.

I thougth we already did that..

Okay never mind I guess.

We've got Space Marines and want to help them be the best that they can be. Which can be legendary.

The Quortak are cranky. Vanahiem may remove the cool Governor who likes us and replace him with an arsehole. An Jane is in need of something to do because she's bored as peiece of wood on a Deathworld.

By the way, I still favor shipping her and Fred. If only because impregnating her could keep her busy with raising a child and because said child would be amazing for a backup in case Syr dies.

There are no current issues and we give it to the God-Emperor when he resurrects.
Good plan, good plan.

Hey, the response of the Captains reading about Avernus and wondering why anyone would willingly choose to live there sounds like a fun Omake. Anyone who it isn't past midnight for wanna give it a shot, to try and get some Omake bonus for diplomancing the marines?

Awesome. Pit them against the Governor's own. New standard for the Ultramarines: You should be able to at least match a well-equipped baseline human in single combat, even if your own equipment is inferior.

The Quortak are always cranky. It's a racial feature, I think.

Vanahiem is a bunch of salty dicks. They just mad that we could be cut off from the Trust indefinitely and STILL not give two shits about half the things that could come crawling out of the Warp. Our independence lets us get away with pushing some really interesting things, and their debt to us means they really can't raise all that much of a fuss about it. Salty fuckers.

Jane needs a boyfriend. Or a girlfriend, if she swings that way. Regardless, once the Elite Operatives are in motion, she'll be too busy playing Mother Hen to a bunch of adorably tiny murder machine wannabes to complain about an overabundance of free time.

By the way, I still favor shipping her and Fred. If only because impregnating her could keep her busy with raising a child and because said child would be amazing for a backup in case Syr dies.
I like the way you think.

Crusader kings 2 certified baby.

Although i'm sad im no longer allowed to kill of the extras in an assassination plot :(

Actually, wasn't one of the Petty Imperiums based around Ultramar?

Are the rest of the Smurfs all Abominationed?

No, the DE info regarded that it was a petty empire. We have no way to know if it failed and I don't know if the Ultramarines know. I think plan enjou involves asking them about the state of the outside and for the Xenos outside too.

I am open to suggestions for the name of the Artisan Psyker City

Venetzia.

Venice is an architectual wonder of a city with multiple forms of art. Which fits perfectly with Artisan.

Oh and they have a very famous glass factory that makes things for everyone.
