Why would it be a boon to know stuff that the conservatives and the progressives already know happened? What we need to find are some DAoT Research Stations and their logs. Extensive examples of the Ancients committing "tech-heresy" of innovation to achieve greater technologies (like the Gellar Field for example) would be an incredible boon for the Reformist cause.
Good luck with that, finding a ship was already a miracle and even more on the current state of the galaxy. What we need to find are some DAoT Research Stations and their logs. It'd be a boon because it's an example of structured and reasoned innovation that led to clearly beneficial technologies. While the AdMech does have a track record of being innovative in its own way (like with Power Armour), the majority of the case examples of "innovation" that it has seen over the millennia were by radicals. That is to say, often crazy fringe factors working in isolation with scraps and guesswork, with predictably terribad results. Why would it be a boon to know stuff that the conservatives and the progressives already know happened?
The Ancients fell because they advanced to much and the admech knows how they did it they just see the MOI and think never going to let that happen again.
@Enjou
I think you should swap the order of 'Xenos of the outside' and 'Aspirant Details' - Reason being, when Aspirant Details is done, we'll start finding suitable aspiratn immediately (well, logically we would) that year, while none of the immediate details of 'Xenos of the Outside' or 'State of the Outside' should neccesitate an immediate changing of our plan or have any immediate effects.
With regard to Telepathica actions, I would swap Ridcully and Tamia's Mentoring:Beta/Mentoring:Gammas actions, since Ridcully has a higher control and a Beta is more valuable than a Gamma.
This is something that we'd have to ask @durin, but I will eat my hat if the admech don't know basic scientific procedure i.e. TEST TEST AND TEST AGAIN.It'd be a boon because it's an example of structured and reasoned innovation that led to clearly beneficial technologies. While the AdMech does have a track record of being innovative in its own way (like with Power Armour), the majority of the case examples of "innovation" that it has seen over the millennia were by radicals. I believe that with the works of the Ancients to act as guidelines/examples for safe procedures, mixed together with hindsight wisdom of the AdMech (ie. don't build AI), the Reformists could make some headway in disassociating innovation from daemon/AI outbreaks.
I prefer Enjou's plan to expand Dis and to be a bit more conservative in the expansion into Duat, though your DD on Implantation Spider study is better IMO.
Yeah the expansion of Dis is a big choice. I was against it in order to strengthen our hold in Iota and to get to all the iron reserves locate in Iota.I prefer Enjou's plan to expand Dis and to be a bit more conservative in the expansion into Duat, though your DD on Implantation Spider study is better IMO.
Your concerns about "Sharing the Truth" failing is understandable too, though I personally prefer to tackle it with a DD.
I'd recommend rebuilding Mirkwood. The place is a hub between 4 railway lines, so it'd be nice to have a strategic presence there. If you have an advise to rebuild another city instead of one (second lake) in Durat I am open to suggestion.
That does seem like a good idea. Any other key junctions we may need to rebuild?I'd recommend rebuilding Mirkwood. The place is a hub between 4 railway lines, so it'd be nice to have a strategic presence there.

stilling the waters would probebly, though the more you take it the more liekly it is to backfire@durin
Would Stilling the Waters and Diplomatic Relations (Vanaheim) strengthen or hurt Olaf's position?
that would be impossible, your Tech-Preists barely understand the generator to begin with and shrinking something bigger then a person in order to fit it on light power armour would require a good level of understanding, if it is even possibleHas anyone tried taking the phasing properties of Phase Tanks and putting it in a special line of Recon Armor for the Phase Tigers?
At some point soon I will be reorganizing the Adeptus Telapathica and will add in positions which psykers can take to provide bonuses without giving actionsI have been thinking of a way for us to get more heroic psykers without bloating the telepathica action list. would it be possible for most if not all new heroic psykers to be made into a mentoring group to give a bonus to the pass rate for major psykers. without having to take the mentoring action
Edit: I also seem to recall that Vanheim also wanted a branch of the unseen university opened up as well

Diplomacy
SLOT A - Year 1
-Y1: State of the Outside
-- REPEAT IF NEEDED
-Y2: Diplomatic Relations (Jotunheim)
-Y3: Elite Operatives Aid: Ultramarines (shuffle this to match SLOT B if needed)
-Y4: Stilling the Waters
-Y5: Diplomatic Relations (Muspelheim)
that is definitely a thing I may do, at the moment they would be members of her command squad@durin I'm currently writing an omake where Syr is given two retainers for her protection and advise. I wanted to ask you if you would be willing to allow retainers who would join her? Mechanically I was thinking of these two working as a trait for her so that you wouldn't have to make new character sheets.
