One of the more common uses of Psyker power is to enhance the strength and speed of their user. Let's make a bunch of Nerd that are normally super chill. But once on the Battlefield they get super pissed when their enemy doesn't die fast enough and start tossing wrecks and debris across the Battlefield, by hand.

We have that already. Just don't spend all points during Chapter creation. Here. It just that, everyone spend every last point for every Chapter.We really need a way to permanently increase our points so we can get more stuff for each chapter
IDK the number of adaptive geneseed we can use at a time for a chapter, ideally we get to cram as much as we can with cusodes/Emperor oversight and just make it work
