So do we know what base traits each chapter has? As in what traits would be gained if they were used in chimeric gene seed.

nope but we know with potent smufs give stability.
You know, the Space Marine video games makes me wonder how would our boys would be portrayed in them.
I would not make a chimera chapter if we go with the Thousand Sons request. The Emperor is straight forward on wanting that genestock and I would be nervous if making a chimera would ruin something in the long run plan wise or not.

But once on the Battlefield they get super pissed when their enemy doesn't die fast enough and start tossing wrecks and debris across the Battlefield, by hand.

Before getting crushed by a flaming wreck of a Baneblade tossed by an angry librarian.

Considering the almost all focus only on 3 ultramarines the magpies and death watch probably they wouldn't besides some lore bits in conversations
We have that already. Just don't spend all points during Chapter creation. Here. It just that, everyone spend every last point for every Chapter.
I'm myself guilty of this, but that's just the truth of the matter. If we want to make super Chapters, we just need to think long-term and not spend everything immediately for every new Chapter.
IDK the number of adaptive geneseed we can use at a time for a chapter, ideally we get to cram as much as we can with cusodes/Emperor oversight and just make it work

Looking at the list the only Homeworlds whose general positioning is totally unknown are Fortuna and Yararara.
The [Sanguine] tag seems to mean that the chosen Homeworlds could serve to aid any Blood Angel Successor stationed there handle the Thirst and Rage rather than meaning any proximity ro Baal.
Unlike [Near Terra], [Segmentum Solar] and [Ultramar] which are geographic locations.
Also the 3rd Founding was mentioned as happening at the beginning of 6th Chapter Prologue thus the tags to help me remember the general time of our Foundings.

Reputation Shop
Reputation Shop only opened after the reputation points is between 400 to 500, sometimes over it. Here, you can buy items that will increase the creativity of each chapter creation. The items in this shop reset, except for certain items.- Creation Point +5: It cost 25 reputations initially and increases by 25 each time it is bought. The increases are permanent and will not reset.
- Random Gene-Seeds Modifiers: Cost 15 reputations each and you get a random gene-seeds modifiers based on chance. 1 - 60 will get you Adaptive Gene-Seed. 61 - 85 will get you Potent Gene-Seed. 86 - 100 will get you Legendary Gene-Seed.
- Extra Items: Cost 20 reputations each and will get you random items by chance. 1 - 50 will get you More Equipment. 51 - 100 get you Extra Trainers.
- Free Charges: Cost 50 reputations each and gets you a free charges for extra items (secondary Gene-Seeds do not count)
- Free Gene-Seed Charges: Cost 100 (50) for a Free charges of Secondary Gene-Seed (Traitors Gene-Seed)

It's a fun idea but I'm not implementing it myself.
