Oops! Forgot to mention that Non-Elite Conventional units do not explode their die rolls! Only Jaegers, Kaiju, and Elite Conventionals explode!

With the kaiju exposed between them and Tacit, the NPPDCDF opens fire again! The spray of phosphorous and DU catches Arbalest off guard, blowing off more spindly limbs and pocketing its hide with scorch marks!

Arbalest takes 3 Strikes!

The kaiju snarls, and whips around, shifting to the side-- just enough to unintentionally dodge Tacit's first attack!

Arbalest's sensors flare in surprise, the kaiju lashing out with its tail in an attempt to knock the jaeger's other blade out of the way!

Unfortunately for the kaiju, the slap simply changes the blade's path. Instead of going for the throat, the blade slices through the monster's underbelly, leaving a shallow, bleeding wound!

Arbalest takes 1 Strike! +1 Ongoing Damage! Arbalest is losing strength!

The kaiju doesn't take kindly to this, and lunges, limbs unfolding like a bramble!

Arbalest is attempting to start a grapple!
