He sounds like a very good dog indeed. I have to say though, while looking thru the Genshin Impact list, I did not see the Oratrice Mecanique D'Analyse Cardinal! Is it thought there is not enough sapience or independence there? I mean, it is the basis of their justice system, not to mention a marvelous power source. If it isn't here, does anyone know if it appears in any of the other "Celestial" documents?

Cassette Beasts had a couple that would be interesting to expose to Taylor.... Khepri for a sort of inside joke, and Miss Mimic if we want to remind her of her trigger event... doesn't that sometimes cause powers to increase temporarily?

I did consider that it could work on him though part of me really wants to give him a symbiote from Marvel if we ever land on the power to choose a 500 point creature. As for how to hyper link words first copy the link you want then mouse over the word you want to highlight it then click on the thing in the chat box that looks like a link in a chain and paste the link on the top part then insert.

Or it will do nothing when velocity enter into his breaker state everything about his becomes lighter that's why carrying foam grenades to stick on someone would his best move, not sure just giving ox or seed of strength will cancel it to allow him to hit harder. Your better off instead giving an equipment in which the more moves, more kinetic energy is gather to unleash an attack even while in his breaker super speed state.
I can be wrong tho and it depend on how @zagan rules it

same as above, extinct species should be in the menagerie, I'm sure that the entwives would like being placed in redwood national forest as a guardian

deleting all bullets in an area is immensely useful for the heroes, as it basically negates gun in any one battle, heck if scion is using the bullet hell mode for Stilling it affects it as well

the basic shadow ninja that Jackie Chan defeats in every episode, basic but high utility

[X] Shaman King: Vanessa

Vanessa is great for both Alex and Taylor, she can make indestructible webbing, and since oversouls are immune to any mundane damage they are indestructible to anything in worm, it legit can stop endbringers as they don't have anything that can affect an oversoul

oversouls are famously more unfair in a fight then stands

Much as I want to see the Ents/Entwives for The Return of Plantman 2: The Two Towers edition, ghost powers over tree giants for me.

Duplicat seemed a good choice if it can do similar things to a Ditto, transforming and copying attacks mainly.

Enforce-mint would be good when he gets more from that category, but this is his first and I know a magic wielding Rose that can move around, cast time stops or temporarily transform enemies into goats is a good pick. That and the thought of Alyamon calling her Aunt Rose is too precious.

Monsuno is beyond my knowledge, three headed dragon go brrrrrr.
[X] Jackie Chan Adventures: Ninja Khan
For the Jackie Chan Adventures Category, I would pick the Ninja Khan. All Khan can enter the Shadow Realm, this means they can move or teleport through shadows along with bringing people with them into the Realm itself, enter peoples dreams through said realm, and phase through solid matter as a shadow. Along with their versatility and equipment, they could make for a good training partner concerning Alex's martial arts and ninja training with the pandas.

Kid Icarus I'll follow along with the Divine Bow, with Kuja's new combo power she can merge and grant it piercing homing shots.

Enter the Gungeon Blanks are such an OP thing, meant for bullets but literally any projectile counts as a bullet in that game, meaning he just trumped Legend with that ring.

Was glad someone could find more spirits for a category, Matamune would be a cool partner for Alex to have.

Cassette Beasts was a unique take for the monster taming genre, a nice pumpkin to dance with Thorne would be swell.

Faster yes, but that was not really his issue, the more he speeds up the weaker his effect on objects, more speed won't really help him.

True, one of my concerns was if it can be used to heal Case 53's. I would say yes, but their Shards would try to turn them back afterwards, unless @zagan were to rule the Talismans description of "If activated, the Noble Horse expels all alien forces within." as acceptable reason to prevent that at the cost of their powers.

eh, in some cases I could see it, if it was biologically based, but curbing the influence of their Passenger feels a stretch. It only heals, whether that's a simple paper cut or a magical poison that turns you into a statue, it cannot be used to attack someone. On the wiki where it talks about Valmont's curse of youth by Daolong Wong, the Talisman could only make him physically healthy rather than removing the spell that turned him into a young boy.

It's why I asked for a ruling about removing powers from Case 53's from zagan. To clarify, I don't believe it can cure them fully, it would restore their bodies to their original states of humanity, but their Passengers would quickly turn them back into Case 53's soon after, as part of their mutations are the Shard being unable to understand what a human is supposed be, which is something the Horse can't fix. As most Case 53's are Cauldron's capes made from VIALS OF ALIEN FLESH, from my knowledge of the JCA series it could be said to remove the alien influence they introduced to their bodies.

    So in total, we have a phantom dog, not my choice for Various but nice enough. I expect a pseudo-legendary from the Fakemon category but Duplicat is a good idea even if they'll need some training before they can transform but even just Copycat has a lot of potential. I need to check with an expert (@Dolly Fail Fail) how the Mint and the Kiwibeast work exactly but they look interesting. A big flying serpent from Monsuno, we'll see what we can do with it. On the other hand, I fully expect the rabbit talisman to win after seeing the comment about needing more speed. I also expect a weapon from Kid Icarus, I'm not sure I would have gone for this one but it work. The Blank Ring looks to be fun, I'm inclined to give it away, it might make for a good standalone hero. I just need to make a ruling on how it activates in the story. Another Cat with Matamune, I'm not sure how to handle its spirit-destroying power, perhaps for projection. Then we have a ninja dog, it's nice. And we finish with a seal sporting a diving helmet, not my favorite from CB but nice.

    And speaking of Diveal, I have one last vote for you about this one. It can evolve in two different directions. Which one do you prefer?

    Okay, now I can elaborate. After rereading the wiki page about the Horse Talisman I decided that it wouldn't undo transformation effects such as Valmont Young curse. It might close the miniature portal inside the Corona Gemma but they may do more harm than good if the Shard handles some physic alteration effect to keep the Case 53 alive.
    Maybe a few Case-53 with specific mutations that aren't too far from their basic human shape could benefit from it but it wouldn't be the majority.

    Checked their moves before voting, Diveberg had more ice moves but the effects like Tape Jam and damaging Fusions may not work outside their setting, Scubalrus had similar moves, but it looked the better one to me.

    I'm starting to worry if I'm being pretentious by responding to posts just because I know the series so well now, so I apologize if I'm overstepping by answering with my opinion. The event you're talking about was not the Horse Talisman but the Dog that gave Uncle youthful energy, and it doesn't specifically restore energy just ensures a condition of prime vitality for the user, hence Jackie not being scorched to cinders by Shendu during the Book of Ages timeline when he was stealing the Talismans.

    Whether it could help Eidolon? 'shrugs' His problem is the Shard not having any more energy to burn through, even if he used the Talisman on himself, it can't reach High Priest.

    Yeah if we ever land on a choose 400 the Dog Talisman is definitely on my list of things to get in that section that particular Talisman is pretty nuts from what I remember in the show.
