Wait someone supporting the empire? I understand supporting Zavok because he's using our stuff but don't recall anybody supporting the others... but could just missed it.
Either way I can't judge, let's just hope gets applied to a anti—shadow Doom action.

The Empire imcome from a WWII-expy setting so they bad guy status is nostly born because protagonists are the ones stand against them.
I mean there are four games in the Legend of Heroes, that the main characters are part of your typical antagonist Empire that usualy is designated as bad guys in most medias that subjugate and conquer nations using they technological and military mighty but the guy himself and the other NPCs are genuine nice people and show just because they are born there does not mean they approve what the empire is doing and show they are not worse than anyone else by that matter.
If you are worried that much I have a omake I am writting about GUN but I have a important thing to ask.
Agent Topaz in this quest is a native of the Games/IDW or from Sonic X?
Because my omake will only work if she's from the former.
I wrote a omake where some Empire scouts liberated a village that was being terrorized by Zavok's badniks and then proceed to free the wisps imprisioned there as well and the guy wondering the fact that it seems lately the Empire is fighting nore monsters and robots than man, no getting why they are even invading Green Hill in the first place, and being cast in the roles of liberators by the people they save.
He can't control the policies of the Empire but he at least glad he and his comrades help the mobians and this friendly aliens.
You know, should we try to upgrade metal sonic next turn or rusty? Or continue to chip away at the Empire and get some more metal.

Next turn most Hero Units will go to the mini-adventure so only Rusty, Metal and Belle will be around.
Metal also has that -5 in NA rolls and Rusty is too expensive to upgrade for now even Metal is a bit pricy costing 30 Metals.
We can also assign some badniks as well to go on the adventure. Just as long as doesn't go over their caps.

I am half tempt to not let Clove go but since that auction will have tons of heroes even half stats are better than nothing.
Rusty and Metal are too on the nose over who could they belong and we will lost all element of surprise having Eggman return being in a auction is so... boring.
I imagine this arc could be called War for Green Hills or Total War:

Ever since the mysterious event know as the Shattering mesh several universes togheter, the world has been at chaos and none is more aparent than Green Hills Zone, once a peaceful place to live now is once again a battlefield.
The Deadly Six, a group compose of six members of the legendary Zeti species have assumed command of the former robotic armies of Doctor Eggman and are terrorizing the region. The malevolent alien species know as Black Arms, once though exitinct has returned to life and seek to devour all on it's path and the Empire a conquering force brough forth by the Shattering have set they sights on Green Hills in order to mine the rare mineral know as Ragnite.
To stand against the forces of chaos are the Restoration, a volunteer force that seek to rebuilt the world one step at time and the resurgent Guardian Units of Nations ready and willing to defend the Earth from any and all threats.
Meanwhile a mysterious figure lies in waiting for the right opportunity to strike with desgins for Greem Hills only know to him.

Maybe? Eggman did make that robot shielded from Zavok powers, but also is the only one ever shown to be like that, if he was able all the time to make his Badniks Zeti proof why wouldn't he do it? Could be ego but making Metal Sonic zero proof if he could straight away it's something I see it happening.
Not making anything certain Would put in the maybe but would take extra resources tk shield every badnik you want from the zeti, wojld get back to you at start of turn 3 after discussing it with the rest of my Co-Qms
We won't reveal that info unfortunately, you will have to find out in your own.
I will say don't worry too much about focusing on making your omake canon, just write what you wanna write, wether it's canon or not it's really second place/not as important.
While the fastest thing alive is currently missing and his comrades in arms search for him one has to ask where is Sonic the Hedgehog?
I can also imagine eggman returning and getting his power back up would be like a separate mini arc series

Sonic Dream Team reveal the motto of the Eggman Empire, love it in Forces give it a official crest as well, it's called: Eggman Empire! Our World, your future!

I think this is a bit too harsh response to attack him, she should look at Eggman with a evil eye when he propose the suit, her loyalty, without the the last chance bonus is at the second tier in the negatives, not enough to try to take shot at him but enough to know she make her displeasure clear but keep in a professional tone.
The third would be barely restrain loghting towards him and the forth would attack him.

Quick correction, it's the Eggnet not the Egg Fleet, but I get where you are going.
Speaking of the Fleet in the moment we get our empire back we should make a top priority to rebuilt it. Eggman, Neo Metal Sonic impersonate him, once claim it was the most powerful armada in the universe and considering it manage to get close parity with the Black Arms ships than it may not just be the usual boastful claim from the doctor.

Nah don't worry about it.
It might make stuff interesting, but mystery box rewards will never be outright hurtful to you.
They can be possible opportunities rhat if you take advantage of them you can get a nifty bonus

Starting turn 3, the Archducchess of Gallia (Cordelia: Cordelia Gi Randgriz ) will appear somewhere between The Enpire's territory and Gree. hills!
Appearing lost and confused in this new world, who knows what fate is awaiting Cordelia. She might be found by the empire, captured by Zavok, eaten by the black arms or find refuge in the restoration and gun.
Or…could perhaps an Egg Shaoed person find her first and somehow use her to further his goals? Up to you!
Also yes, Cordelia wasnt brought with the empire at the start, some of you guys might have assumed too much how much of Gallia(or what parts) got brought along. (Ought to read the sega all star villains docs)

I was reading a bit and the doc straight warn it's a very bad idea to attack the Empire on it's lonesome since despite they outdated tech still has a lot of people and a population loyal to the prince and is a permanent war footing while also bringing some parts of the Empire and Atltantic Federation in this new world, that were conquered by Prince Maximilian.
It's noted that one can find the remnants of the Federation's military and Gallian resistance and arm them but as of now they are only annoyances.

We wouldnt give this reward if there weren't any ways for eggman to stumble into Cordelia.
Sure he doesn't know she exists at all, but still. Count there are ways for their oaths to cross.
Did Rusty Rose Personal Action doesn't count? And do we need to do it exactly Turn 3, or do we still have some turns left before the Trait Activated?
