Scrambled Eggs. A Sonic X Sega All Star Villains CK2 Quest

I don't know much about Sega games except Sonic and Valkirya Chronicles. So I'm mostly interested in the various Badniks, henchmen and old enemies react to him reappearing. I kind of want to see the Super Special Sonic Search and Smash Squad show up as a hero ball for the lulz. But I wouldn't mind Snively showing up either.

If anyone is interested in writing Omakes for this quest, well… First, Thank you for the time and effort given! We appreciate your contribution and that your decided to write something for this project! You have no idea how much it means for us. And that leads us to our second point, how we will reward omakes.
The reward to an Omake will be similar but a bit different to how other VV Quests have handled it.
Instead of giving XP that is transferred to a bonus to national actions, we will reward the omake writer with a bonus they can use to next turn dice rolls, but the bonus might be specific regarding the contents of the omake.
For example, let's say someone writes an Omake of Eggman spending time planning his revenge against sonic or how to get back his empire from Zavok or Orbot and Cubot doing some shenanigans in the base, we will reward the writer with a +5 or +10 or so to a National action roll fitting According to the Omake, or instead a bonus to his next Personal action.
We will do our best to tailor the rewards with the created. In case someone writes an omake that has nothing to do with Eggman and instead involves the rest of this crossover world, we will do our best to assign a reward fitting to it, like bonus to a roll in the Power or Brains Category or the like. It's even possible it might reach canon status!
If you write something REALLY great, we Co-QMs may allow you to ask any question you wish about the world, though we can veto things deemed too spoiler-y. So keep that in mind!

If I am allowed to make a comment, I think it would be better to not make omake rewards stack up with each other to avoid omake scam and ruined the quest.

Now I'm not the most knowledgable regarding Sonic and Sega, but Valkyie Chronics I can pitch in on.
Kidnapping and/or flipping the Valkur is bound to be a worthwhile endeavor. Eggman certainly can't treat them worse than they already are, and they'd be very useful.
Anyway as far as I can tell our options Hero wise are-
Rose- Fills one of our immediate weaknesses and set us up to figure out what the hell happened?! There is the potential problem of her loyalty however.
Mecha- Diplomacy/Intrigue? Not clear on what she's capable of, but a connection to one of the Doctor's more dangerous versions.
Giselle- Literally an Out of Context Anime character. With all of the power, potential and blindside ability you could ever want. Also gives us an immediate thing to reasearch to prevent us from blindside ourselfves.
Personally I'm going with Giselle. She fits most of our immiedate goals and should still be useful down the line.

I agree with @bigking321. Having the remnants of the Mister Tinker personality stick around as a metaphorical angel on our shoulder makes for good story potential. Especially since there are villains far worse than Eggman roaming around.

According to WoG Mr. Thinker suffer a death of personality, always think the reason Eggman didn't like Starline much was because he subconscious remember his time as Dr. Starline "pacient".
Still it's interesting that amnesiac Eggman first though was to help people and in my opinion this means that Eggman at some point tried that before but something happen to him to awaken he's desire for world domination and prefer the company of machines than people.

Hey, Eggman has a long and storied history of coming across something completely unprecedented to him and immediately deciding 'I can weaponize this to my advantage' - it's how basically every game gets started.
Also, someone without an existing opinion of Eggman getting involved in the schemes of a man who takes over planets to make theme parks just because he feels like it seems interesting.

Follow-up edit: Sure, it tends to blow up in his face, whether because Sonic and co. punch through his defenses and take him down regardless of whatever he's using this time [Most entries], it works too well and whatever he unleashes turns on him [SA1 and SA2 finales, maybe Heroes depending on how you look at him upgrading Metal resulting in Overlord], or there's a third party waiting in the wings to take advantage of whatever he's doing [Black Doom, Mephiles, The End], but if we aren't gonna take the risk of whatever our genius plan to take over the universe and finally defeat Sonic is this time blowing up in our face are we really playing Eggman?

Thinking about it, Rusty may be a double edge sword.
Like she is a combat model, so getting her as a starting unit without repairing Metal first may be a bad idea.
Especially since he got in a Big fuck up on no fault of his own which no doubt Will weight a Lot on him once we repair him.
After all he failed under the guise of Neo Metal Sonic.
So going for someone who looks like Sonic friend may give his personality matrix the wrong idea that we are replacing him.
And if Metal can be described as something it would be close to a moody teenager.

Personally, I've always viewed Mr. Tinker more as a representation of Eggman if you removed 99% of his ambition and ego. Especially since IDW/Games Eggman at least somewhat believes that if he was made in charge of the world he would quickly fix all of its problems, reducing both of these would likely lead him to be fairly similar to Mr. Tinker.

Rusty Rose is a bit more interesting to me than both the others. Mecha-Robotnik means bringing up Archie Eggman shenanigans (which I'm not entirely a fan of), and Giselle, while interesting, just doesn't feel right to me.
'Rusty' is an alternate universe Amy from Sonic Prime, a cartoon series centered on Sonic breaking yet another of the setting's gradually increasing number of super-powered gemstones which resulted in the creation of a bunch of fragmented timelines he has to put back together to get his original one back. Her timeline features a bunch of edgy Mad Max cyborgs, IIRC.
'Mecha' is an android built by one of the Archie Comics versions of Eggman, I forget who, who considered herself his daughter and was basically one of his lieutenants for a bit until ADAM, another AI he made which may or may not have been a different Archie Comics Eggman in disguise - the plot was going there but it got dropped, convinced Eggman she was a traitor to hide his own betrayal and he killed her.
Giselle is someone from another Sega franchise entirely, as far as I can tell, and offers the opportunity to do either the traditional Eggman thing of 'convert a heroic figure to work for you via either robotics tech, deceit, or a combination of the two' or the other traditional Eggman thing of 'encounter new tech and/or supernatural elements, immediately begin working on turning this to his ends.'
Edit with change of topic: I'm wondering what other Sega franchises are here, besides the ones already mentioned, and which 'villains' from each were 'victorious.' Is the villain of Yakuza 7 here and in charge of whatever weird fascist Japan he was aiming to make? Can we cause him to have an aneurysm by building one of Eggman's trademark mega-casinos right on his doorstep?

Wetodet got it pretty much covered but here's Dr Starline.
Dr Starline: A platypus Mobian from the IDW Sonic the Hedgehog comics. He's an evil scientist who Idolizes Robotnik and wants to help him take over the world. In the comics Robotniks bad treatment of him and Eggmans inability to plan ahead and hyper focusing on Sonic leads him to betray him. As stated he's Eggmans biggest fan also he's an utter monster. His response to Eggman unleashing a nanomachine based zombie virus onto a small village was to shed a tear and marvel how "beautiful" it was.
It's probably the mods just making sure your not a bot or scammer.

I personally have a grudge against Maximillian so I'm happy to have an excuse to knock him down a peg.
