But mat does add up in both ways.
He either has a +25 raw modifier in his giant form or a separated +15+10 modifier to make it more even on both sides of the battlefield, normal and giant.
Maybe that's why Eggman made mass produced versions of it out of all his mechs.On the other hand, the death egg was also both on the economic and quick side.

The total combat roll modifier is 57. I personally suspect that the DC will be less... If I had to guess, anything above a 40 on the dice beats it, and I'm willing to bet it's 30+ on the dice.
