Heaven's Ascension Dio, the new villain for the Eyes of Heaven game coming out soon. Which brings the total number of Dio's in that game to five (technichally four).

Diego Brando From Another Universe, seeing as he has Diego's appearance while borrowing DIO's Stand.
But he has a different personality from Scary Monster Diego. The only thing the two have in common is appearance and name. Otherwise Diego with The World is as much like DIO as he is Scary Diego.

I...didn't mention anything about his personality? I only mentioned borrowing Diego's appearance (and name) and DIO's Stand. And last I recall he's actually still similar to Scary Monsters Diego.
But anyway I was only providing my reasoning on the 'technically 4 Dios' claim by Xkeizer, I kept the two Diegos partitioned in my mind and so its 5 Dios for me.
You said they were the same.
