[X]Go to Mami's
[X]Rest
-[X] "... sigh, it probably would be for the best to rest and continue tomorrow."
You grunt in annoyance, this is very important and you can't stop just because you're-
Madoka waves at you cheerily from the doorway, and you sigh in resignation, "...it would probably be for the best if I get some rest and we finish this up tomorrow. Come on, let's take Mami home...one of us should stay there tonight, in case she wakes up."
Kyouko shrugs, "I can do that. I know her best, and it'll be nice to sleep in my old bed again..."
She blushes as Sayaka and Nanoha turn to gawk for a moment, "...w-wait, it's nothing weird. We were just roomies, okay?! She let me stay in the guest room!"
Sayaka chuckles, "...right. Sorry...just kind of came out of nowhere there, you know? I was afraid Homura might get jealous."
Nanoha just sags in defeat, giving up on dealing with the implications being thrown around. You're rather busy reminsicing, though...you remember one loop, where you moved into Mami's second "spare" bedroom. The blonde dragged you all over town shopping, before painting the walls purple and covering the place in every clock she could get her hands on.
Kyouko's, as you recall, still has a large red refrigerator and a custom stained glass window depicting their first witch-hunt together. Between that, the custom tea set she keeps in case Kyouko visits, and the fact that said refrigerator is always full of the redhead's favorites...well, it's too bad you can't possibly know that yet.
If you could, Kyouko would be matching her outfit right now.
The consequences of giving a very lonely girl a lot of money and nothing to do with it aside, you find yourself looking forward to getting there. Mami's got room for everyone, and there's plenty of space to cuddle Madoka in those oversized beds...
"You're not the only one looking forward to it, Homura-chan. An insanity-induced hallucination gets lonely without her best friend, you know?"
You smile at her, vaguely aware of Sayaka helping you to your feet and leading you out of Red Lobster. Madok reaaches over to pull some money from your wallet, paying the check in passing as you head out. You nod in thanks, and she vanishes with a wink, "See you at Mami's!"
Sayaka shakes you as you stare into space, clearly concerned, "Homura-chan? Are you...?"
You pause, staring into her eyes, and the world slowly slides back into focus around you, "...I'm fine. Thanks for the hand...here, I'll carry you from here."
You scoop her up in a princess carry before leaping off towards Mami's alongside Kyouko, who is likewise carrying the comatose blonde. You can here Nanoha's wingbeats behind you as she takes flight to keep up.
Eventually, you arrive, carrying Sayaka inside...only to drop her on the couch unceremoniously as Madoka skips down the hallway, towards your old room.
"Hey, what gives?!"
You glance down at Miki Sayaka, shrugging, and grimace as you look upon Mami's limp body in Ophelia's arms, "How's she doing?"
Koko chuckles hollowly, and it's all you can take not to wrap her in your arms at her melancholy expression, "She's fine...I guess. I'll take her to her room. You and your sidekick can head home whenever."
You glance back at your sister ("Is that truly what she is to you...?"), ignoring her scowl as you hug her without warning, "Actually, Kyouko...I think we should sleep over. It'll be fun, just like old times! We can watch some anime...I can show you Eva, so you'll be ready if another Angel pops up! Then we can-!"
Kyouko just stares, as does the vaguely draconic monstrosity that is watching from the open door...and suddenly you're in the air, and Octavia is fussing over you as she carries you towards one of the bedrooms...you're old one. She's so considerate...you hope she'll stay with you and Madoka tonight. It gets so lonely sometimes...
You land on the bed with a light oomph, grabbing on to Sayaka's arm with a giggle, and she just freezes long enough for you to pin her in. Madoka joins in, bouncing into place next to you, but eventually stops giggling long enough to stare at you seriously, "You should let Sayaka-chan go for now, Homura-chan. Mikimom will worry if she doesn't at least call home."
You sigh, nodding reluctantly as you let Sayaka go. The bluenette slips away quickly, looking panicky for some reason...you're surprised she manages to close the door that fast without catching her cape in it.
Satisfied for the moment, you curl up under the purple sheets, and doze off to the sound of all your clocks ticking around you...Madoka strokes your hair as everything fades away, and you feel at peace, at least for a little while.
