I'd disagree. At the very least, Kyoko Sakura has endured so much crap she can't go insane from something as small as this. Madoka Kaname is also doubtful.

Madoka and even Kyoko have witched previously even the iron willed homura needed to block memories to keep her sanity, besides think for a minute, would you like to relieve your memories as an eldritch abomination? how about have memories of your death? of you killing your friends? seeing your friends being killed over and over again?

I wouldn't call having potentially decades worth of memories of your friends suffering, dieing and witching out crammed into your brain "small."
Pointing out that remembering a Witching is likely not as bad as seeing your entire family die because of something you did.

What if we simply wish that Sayaka Miki, Madoka Kaname, Mami Tomoe, and Kyoko Sakura get 'cliff notes' knowledge of the previous timelines, without clear enough images of what happened for them to go insane? Some of them have dreams of it after all, so we could amplify that.

Hundreds of memories of going through various kinds of Hell and dying horribly. And the reveal of the Puella Magi system. And the reveal of Walpurgisnact. And the reveal of Kreimlich Gretchen. Assuming Mami doesn't witch instantly, she would start hunting down other magical girls. Assuming Kyoko doesn't witch instantly, she would still be horribly broken. Sayaka would break. And Madoka would probably make a wish.

Note: this is in every way meant to be the definitive reading of this fairly abstract and totally deep story.
This is a story about excuses.
Here are three things we know about Homura:
1) She has a father.
2) On some level, she considers herself the broken nutcracker of the eponymous ballet.
3) She refuses to let anyone but herself shoulder the weight of her own despair.
Given these three facts, I began to wonder. What would Homura want from her family? What are her desires, her wishes, when it comes to her father?
But then I realized--she wouldn't allow herself any of those wishes. She wouldn't allow herself to even think of her family as a potential source of shelter from the weight of her burden.
So she dreams. She dreams of another father, one who denies her any choice whatsoever, who will not allow her to unload her burden. It's an illusion--and she knows it's an illusion; the further the font color from the SV default, the greater the distance from the reality her heart remembers. Brighter is more painful; darker is more abstract and unrealistic to her.
Homura knows she's hurt. She knows she's only making excuses, that it's really been her own initiative to turn away from her family. But she can't just reach out either: she's not who she was, and her family is something she set aside long ago, yet another treasure cast aside in pursuit of her obsessive pursuit.
So she turns away, from her illusions and from reality.

O.K new alternative- What if we use a 'Wish' to turn Kyubey from acting as an enemy to acting as a genuine ally for Homura's cause? This means he will help us with his considerable knowledge base, a contract becomes absurd, and we can control the flow of information as we desire?

Best case still doesn't help us in future loops. Most likely case, the other incubators view him as compromised and eliminate him. Worst case the other incubators discover how he was compromised and initiate preventative measures.
Actual worst-case. To balance the karmic scales, all of our potential allies now hate our guts, Madoka included.
Madoka Wishes us dead.
We can't just think about what we'll get, but also what we will likely have to pay.

The glasses are such a small price we should most definitely go for it. Homura has no hesitation in sacrificing her innocence anyway.

We lost that a long time ago.
A single memory. Every last bit of knowledge is precious. Less so because the world is Fragile, but it could be something like one of the times Madoka hugged us. We kind of need what sanity we can retain...This is probably the least dangerous thing to give up.
Glasses. Could be literal, which would be hilarious, but as Crow pointed out, it could be more representative of who we once were. Which means we then can't act Moe. Or it could be that our glasses have some strange plot powers. Wouldn't put it past Higure.
Time? Dear god, no! Could mean an early Loop, or could mean less Loops left! The former means we learn less about the weird things, while the latter is even more disastrous.
Body? Our entire body? Sure, we could probably steal a corpse - like Sayaka's, 'cause she's basically dead already - but that's a major SAN hit.

Gunna be honest I don't think any of those are worth it. The first will probably be our memory of meeting Madoka. The glasses could result in Homu becoming blind and thus not needing glasses anymore. For 3 we don't know how large a portion it would take and number 4 is pretty obvious.
Or maybe I'm just being paranoid and looking too hard for potential traps.
