". . . using it doesn't hurt? How . . .?"

". . . can think so clearly . . . I was fucked up . . ."

". . . Oh. Two. . . power always meant for two . . ."

". . . too much for one. Need two . . . so obvious . . ."

". . . kid. Too late for me, but thanks . . . love . . . "

Hmm, this might be a possible way to resolve the Algernon issue? Break up the power into smaller pieces, because it's meant to be used by multiple people working in concert, not a single person.

Talked about it before.

Algernons basically need to ise a Pacific Rim Drift equivalent to share the load between two people.

Which due the Resonance Noelle and Nora did shame we werent lucky to get a clue about it to open up research to make algernon dna actually viable to use.

You do have to admit, Arcus, the Yemoja/Osayin/Uiara connection is at least interesting, even if you don't think it's a smoking gun, though.

Right, but you have to be careful to not let the desire to pattern-match sucker you into drawing wrong conclusions. Case in point, the "Uiara from the video is from an alternate timeline" idea.

Looking at the last memory, it being the leadup to the Movement can't be discounted, but I'm not sure who it belongs to. "Novalight's remnants of New Dawn" is a fairly conspicious turn of phrase.

But it's very importantly not compatible with our timelines events

Because it implies either a culing before the the god corpse shifted or that new Dawn split again because JU & Newgen were very much smaler than New Dawn pre movement

Thing is it makes as much sense given we got like zero facts to go on so far even like "normal" ideas have no evidence

Old video doesn't make any sense given it's saying things that happened after she died

Is a SB clone would require both an quantum leap in what the clones can do & for her to have took the opportunity to get near her when she was alive & would basically make her going after the younger sister a basically unreasonable risk when she could have just faked Uiara being alive

Is some type of ultra deep fake that can't be found from a tech hero

She's alive and drugged like the spider woman would mean she not only lived the behemoth we learned got her but our foes somehow got her as well

We are in the savanna here zebras are just as likely as horses

It doesn't imply either of those things unless you assume the speaker has to be from JU or Nora specifically.

The more likely implication is that this particular memory belonged to someone who was acquainted with the old, pre-Susurration New Dawn.

What the actual fuck are you on about. If the video suggested that Uiara didn't die people's in-universe reactions would be "we should find Uiara".

There were 3 people in the seen nora, Elle & lady in blue 2 of them had the same face

Unless lady in blue who I feel it the strongest contender was Nora's secret, twin sister, who was also a hero, but only for a period before and a bit after the Susurration to have that opinion. because Nora was never on A not novalight new dawn unless my understanding of the time line is wrong

And us getting like a random king or Scarlet memory is odd

No it's not implying she is alive but it is using information that would only be "known" enough after the movement. Like the movement even being a thing

Because it otherwise it means Uiara knew that the big bastard was awakening up a while a head of time didn't stop nora her , didn't take it to the rest of team, made a vlog about it sent it only to either to her dad ( who she hates) , the American super team ( who we don't have any evidence of a connection there) , the honor guard ( who while we don't know for sure but probably wasn't well liked by Ju due to being involved by in action in the death of their teammate).
Or in the sudden response time they had she took a moment to shoot said vlog

This is the series of events that are implied by the video not that she's alive

You're getting nonsense conclusions because you're starting from bad assumptions, i.e. "the memory must belong to Nora or an alternate timeline Nora".

It is plainly fucking obvious she would have only sent it to her dad, who was the one who shared it with the other parties.

Actually he has been named Doctor Who with in the show's story's a couple times

No I am starting from pretty normal assumptions

We are getting memory leaks we can Pin all but like one of them down to Nora or Ellie

There is a Thrid character in the narrative. this memory that doesn't fit with either nora or Ellie can very likely be long to this Third character

This Third Character also had the fave of Nora Kim.

Throwing out those Assumptions gets you much closer to what I call Bad Assumptions
The lady in Blue just has Nora Kim face for reasons tm that so far haven't come up
We get only a single randoms memory, like only a single one no Silvo shaving or him coblin-ing the suit together.
there is another character we have learned nothing about that can be called the mother of psy-technology

I bet Scarlet hates the Harlem Globetrotters
Not as much as he hates the Washington Generals.

"The ball is right there! Grab it! He's just spinning it on his finger! Grab it!"

Also, I'm loving all the speculation, but just a reminder to not get worked up about different interpretations. There's no harm in it, especially when it's not tied to a vote. I put the breadcrumbs in for a reason! You lack the information necessary to completely solve a lot of these mysteries anyhow.
This is your fault.

Well, not entirely your fault. Theodore was the fool who went ahead with the experiment without proper testing. Kyoko enabled him. Now he's dead and she's unresponsive.

Oscar is gone. Run away, as always. Like a child hiding his soiled sheets under the bed. He's used your device and gone so far, you doubt he'll ever come back.

Yemọja has rallied the metahumans in the city—even Novalight's remnants of New Dawn—but they will make no difference. It's just a fragment, but even a fragment of a god is a god.

It's your fault. All of your faults. You were not just Icarus flying too close to the sun—you all were flying into the sun. And you—the mother of psychic technology—built the machine that let them.

Perhaps Oscar had the right idea. Perhaps . . . you should run away too.

feet.

"We must do something immediately," the woman in blue says. You can't see her through the tears, but you know it's her. "I'm losing my ability to keep us all separate. Hurry."

"That last memory . . . it wasn't Ellie's and it definitely wasn't mine," Valiant Silver says, "Who are you?"
This was supposed to unambiguously be a memory form the Woman in Blue.

Now here's the real question: does Scarlet Maturity respect the professional players of chess and e-sports as "reaching for the pinnacle of their craft", or does he only respect sports that require physical strength to excel at?

Honestly, the more I hear about him the more I think that the ideal death is for some sort of way to cancel his power and his ability to revive through some sort of elaborate trap ending in him being shot in the head and killed by LL, or someone "far beneath him" on the power scale.

But probably LL, just because it's fitting.

...the anime reference would be Shikamaru killing Hidan. :V

There's a question that I don't know if Black Swan would have the insight to ask during her meeting with SM, but I hope it comes up anyway.

Black Swan: ...Do you like being like this? I mean, yes, there's no point in hating your powers. Yes, it feels good to be in a position where nobody can push you around or make you do anything you don't want to do. But... you keep talking about how reaching the top of the mountain is all that matters, and I can't help but think that even if you succeed, there's nothing up there but the view. You seem like someone who's invested in gaining a lot of power, but has no idea what to actually DO with it, or even how to use it to get what you want. ...What do you want, Scarlet?

Like, based on what we see of Scarlet Maturity, he'd probably be the sorest loser imaginable if it was a final defeat and he was going to die (as opposed to being a rather gracious loser if it's just a single defeat), but "Black Swan gets so strong that she can kill him six times in a row in a series of epic fights" is a grand way to go as far as it goes. It's the sort of thing that'd be remembered for years or decades.

Whereas, "It turns out he can get punked and someone just shoots him in the head" is... uh, not that?

...What do you want, Scarlet?
I doubt that question will get through to him, those type of characters almost always view it as axiomatic that they want to keep doing what they do.

The top of the mountain is not a fixed spot to him. Going by what he says about the fights finding you, power attracts conflict, and newcomers always arrive to challenge those at the top. And the conflict spurs growth, quite literally in his case. If he didn't enjoy that I think he would've retired long ago.

Just to clarify, all examples of genetically related metahumans (Osayin being Uiara's grandfather, Adamant being Steadfast and Dragonsteeth's child, Leizi and Qirin being half siblings, Plasticity and Perspective being twins) are complete coincident in the grand scheme of things and it really is pure luck that those happen?

...what if Princess is a test tube baby or the result of artificial insemination?

Ye I am always read for new clues to knock over our tower of theory

Nice to know she's the one who knows those people if we find them we might learn who she is
Don't forget we have the line to Star about the Americans "sacrificial dragnet turning up only your ignorant predecessor."

That's a line that points to our foes having Yazmin, even if it's not conclusive.
Best case is maybe she's dead and a puppet
what if Princess is a test tube baby or the result of artificial insemination?
