[] Plan What happened
-[] Name: Valiant Aether
-[] Color Scheme: Green and silver highlights. Golden armor
-[] Emblem: A Circle with a Triangle pointing up

Going with alchemy Aether as in mysterious

Wonder who those words are?

So, given that Open The Stage was straight up reality warping and the way Nora talked, what if the limit break is literally just making a powerset on the fly with all the tags you want, no worrying about DNA?

Hmm...thinking about it, how exactly did Nora develop psychic technology anyway? By which I mean, did she study some specific psychic metahumans' powers in detail, or was it more as a result of taking a look across a wide variety of people's powers?

lolwut flashback overload

Glad we've got the armor online. Feel like Rock is the best to use if we don't know what we're facing, because of Power Nullification

k so lesson: Don't trust Nora's notes, she definitely had Algernon Super Brain-Damage. Glad we got Ibis Junior on the team in case it happens to Ibis Senior too

Kudos to that one guy who predicted Nora being held captive a few pages back, you were right

Nice update!

You know I was going to make a morbid joke a while back about Nora having a bunch of metahuman autopsy reports somewhere in her office/lab that grew every time a metahuman with unique physiology died.

Given that Rakeem was a late joiner, I wonder if Nora ever did a thorough examination of him and his metal body to 'get ideas'.

"I don't know fucking know!" she complains, "I don't even know how long I've been here—wait."

She grabs your arm, terror in her eyes. "The Leviathan. It was moving. What happened with the Leviathan?!"

". . . it stopped," you say looking away, "But . . ."

Well, whatever happened to Nora has to have happened shortly before or as a result of her death. Maybe Nora herself had something that allowed this, but she forgot. That also may indicate that the !StageNora Nora herself saw during the fight against Catch-22-13 was a future version of this !StageNora (I am calling her that).

Kind of sounds like someone with a bunch of different powers is using a psychic engram of Valiant Silver to help fight King. Probably the 'Interlocutor' since that's the person King is chasing. Based on the wide variety of powers that this individual seems to be capable of expressing, and the Stage connection, I'm going to guess that the Interlocutor's 'power' is psychic in nature.

Based on the above, I'm going to make a wild leap and guess that the 'Interlocutor' is also 'Oscar' form the suspected Susurration flashback. The person who ran off after using our masked individual's psychic machine.

Her point was that she basically agreed with them, but their actions were in no way conducive their points. It was "I'm poor, go beat up people stealing all of our money, not me".
Tbh it was more the "these particular rich people are nice and helped me" that ticked me off a bit, because that's a really really common argument used against phrases like "eat the rich" or "ACAB". Makes sense why she would say that though.

She did have a point about their attack being completely ineffective and pointlessly hurting innocents, especially since holding universities hostage is a long and storied tradition among leftist groups known for being pretty darn stupid.

Amyway, on some different topics: Ellie and Mona are very gay for each other. Good for them! Please don't copy your predecessors dating habits.

Also, I'm absolutely convinced for the name to Valiant Gold.

RAFO! It might be important!

Might go back and clean up that section then. Of the three, only Kelso had any wealth, and he was purposely attending a "low-class" university out of spite which largely got him cut off from his family's money.

Im guessing something similar to Glaistig Uaine from Worm: absorbs metahumans to gain access to their powers.

So, the Woman in Blue was part of the group that actually responsible for awakening the Leviathan, but she was also trying to help Nora and Ellie avoid getting brain-scrambled? Curse you, moral ambiguities!

I, um, holy shit, holy fuck.
This is incredible, I can't describe in words how good it is, oh my god, this deserves the world, somebody give Bitterman a gilded right fucking now, I am going to be thinking about this for weeks.

We have to name Ellie Valiant Sun now. Or Gold. It's one of the other.

The floors begin to shift and pull you forward. The wall splits in half and a golden child made of light greets you. The child rushes forward and tackles you with a flying hug.

"I missed you too."
Apiary…
Black Swan . . . is . . . her hair like gold?

"Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!" Valiant Silver cheers while laying backwards.
This is the most positive thing Noelle has to say about Mona.

They are going to have the gay shonen rivalry of all time.
You can feel the heartbeat of a lost child, waving goodbye sadly.
Oh, Rosemary.
Before you is an endless field of golden roses, turned to face the sun.
I want to call her Valiant Gold more than anything now. Maybe we can have the golden roses as an emblem.

Ok, I don't have a good costume design but I do think I have a great name for Ellie

[ ] Valiant Requiem

Perfect since it's literally a Requiem for the Valiant and… A JOJO REFERENCE!!!

I love that we have enough recruits that we're reaching soap opera levels of connection.

Chaucer -> Maddie's Guardian -> basically Mona's sister -> Noelle's shonen rival/love interest -> filling the gap left by Natasha in John's life -> The Ibis's new best friend -> Co-lieutenants with Opale.
