True... Im kinda scared to ask, since we have a frack ton off potential missions to do, NEW missions beign added and limited housing, but should we considering doing another recruitment mission to potentialy get more candidates? Or should we refrain for now?
I mean, we have 4 candidates currently along with an incoming Homer and potentially a 6th bundled in with him. I don't think we're likely to need to roll the candidate gacha for awhile still.

I was revisiting the talk we had about how Valkyrie got mind whammied by the Ladder and with confirmation that the Mysteries and the Horae Guard are opposed I'm more down with the idea that it was the psychic equivalent of her sticking a fork in a socket that Hand screwing with her.

I think that can wait until we actually get around to giving Powers to all of our Candidates, as it stands, I don't think we have enough GoldNine to go around.

Honestly I wonder what's going to happen to the magical girls after we do that mission. We can't possibly recruit all of them and I'm not sure how likely them being safely depowered is.

I also gonna wonder about the limits of making heroes . . . again. The primary reasons I limited it was 1) to avoid power creep, and 2) to avoid character bloat. Except I'm making every candidate a major character even before they get their powers . . . and Justice Unlimited's now in this weird position where it's a major player in Horizon while still being under threat from the Big Bads.

So, those concerns don't bother me as much? Gotta ponder on it.

It's comics, Mona and Chris are already establised as holding back because they want there to be a city left when they're done. Character bloat is still a real concern unless this get's successful enough for you to hire a writing team

Hm, I wonder if this would reasonably be something that might lead to a removal or changing of the generic recruitment action then? If the plan (or even the natural outcome) is to make the candidates functionally be prominent characters from the get go, something that could bloat those numbers ends up potentially awkward.

Hmm, maybe. But the generic recruitment action isn't meant to get more than 1-2 candidates at a time. And honestly, I've thrown some potential guys at you already, so I could just mix them in with other submitted candidates for formal recruitment.
