In terms of psychics I really want the Emotion Man build I suggested earlier. With Mental Manipulationx3 and Energy Manipulationx3 there's no way it won't be a psychic of some sort, plus Nox has a ton of tags so we might hit some good synergies by accident, and even if not I prefer a powerful psychic now over a more powerful psychic later and this combination has serious support potential.
I do think Nox/Eastwood/Solferina/Millions is a great combo but to some extent, I do wonder if doing a split build might be better in terms of still doing the job while having some useful defensive elements/not neglecting some of the more physical ones over hyperfocusing. Nox is one of the semi grab baggy powers so I feel like leaning into it probably isn't a bad idea.

Mental Manipulation (General Power), Energy Manipulation (Sadness energy blasts), Transformation (Anger increased size), Regeneration (Happiness), Teleportation (Disgust), Enhanced Strength (fear), Enhanced Speed (Surprise). Nox/Eastwood/Millions/+4 and Nox/Solferina/+3 are probably the main build cores here if not just putting Eastwood and Solferina together.

On the Eastwood/Millions side, Sewer Rat/Soldier X gives Autobiokinesis while fishing for a Self Enhancement package + doubles down on size changing given Sewer Rat could shrink. Feels like this would be a very strong all rounder pick given I could see strong Ops/Esp/Hit applications. I'd talk about the Dragonsteeth option potentially building into Autonomous Construct Creation but Wade Family + Millions probably leans into that niche a bit frankly if we end up doing that.

On the Solferina side, Soldier X/Daggermaw/Millions builds out Autobiokinesis and a lot of the Enhance/Transformation side. I don't think Fast Track fits that well otherwise I'd eye up the tag combos due to the ally empowerment and speed (Probably wants an invincibility type for Fast Track?), though Frostbite is a decent generic who could be deadly with the potential teleportation aspect considering the Enhanced Strength.

I'm not really interested in having another Autobiokinesis since we already have Rhys, and the potential versatility of my build is one of preferred parts of it.

I'd present some other build using the cores you mentioned but I'm at the doctor so I'll have to respond later.

Honestly, I mostly want to try and get Self Enhancement stuff and like the Sewer Rat build due to that. But Nox has Transformation and Regen at baseline, where a lot of builds feel like they want one of Sewer Rat or Daggermaw off tags and get the second Transformation tag as a result anyway. Where at that point I'm fine with eating the one point cost for a strong extra synergy on top of the rest of the fishing.

Plus I'll admit to wanting to help guarantee some defensive tool on any max potency builds just from an investment standpoint.

Idly, I think I have a plan for Shroud.

We get a free New Dawn hero, and for him, I'm thinking the best choice is Gentleman James.

Rhys lures Shroud into a room with a ceiling via disguise, and then James puts his chain from Shroud's back to the ceiling and reels him halfway up after Rhys counters Shroud's attack.

Shroud fuses with shadows, which means he we deprived him of contact with shadow by lifting him off the ground, we cut off his escape route. He dangles from the ceiling until we can detain him in the new Wonderland in the Throne, if we're still comfortable with that.

Great Job on the rolls everyone. Also if we managed to recruit Noelle Id prefer to have E-B online next turn.

As nice as a pyschic build is having Noelle debut as a hero against the mgs is too fitting.

As for giving yara E-B i think its a waste since her age means a cover of having natural powers for her is easy and she needs a passive protection that powers can give.

Its actually why Im willing to go with Metamorph or Chimera for her though I can uderstand wanting our psychic out immediately to guve her a psy synergy.

I kinda want the drug addcted candidate to get E-B cause i vfeel like E-b is mre about how fighting on than new potential...

Plus I want Yara to have powers and for Noelle to get psychic powers so she can save those Magical Girls by communicating with r-Train. Plus I feel like her having psychic powers makes her a good partner for Mona.

The fact E-B fits someone with fighting skills is actually why I want noelle for it.

Homer seems nore like ans espionage char since hes surviving under anodyne while not getting even more drugged. Noelle on the other hand has been fightjng ahaisnt the Triad to keep girls under her safe she even has ops to help maintain E-B.

Homer being stuck under anodyne probably isnt conductive to gaining lots of knowledge that ops is about.

Imagine this.
It's a tough fight. By some miracle, YQ manages to have Justice Unlimited on the backfoot, trapping Black Swan somehow and overwhelming the rest.

And then, from the heavens falls a star. With a sonic boom that shatters every window in a mile, clad in steel painted black and gold, the newest bearer of the Valiant name arrives, freeing Black Swan with a slice of her psychic blades.

And as the Ghost Dragon Triad reels from the new arrival, Noelle grins under her new helmet.

Do you see my vision.

Edit: Noelle's future armour should probably be red and gold. We don't have enough primary colours among our line-up we look like a bunch of bad guys.

If we want to go hard on protecting her due to the company shares, then a Steadfast build with something like Automne/Crimson Soprano/Hydrocity would work wonders.

Though there are plenty of options with like Zeno/Giant Slayer/Lightstep/Nox/Red Huntress/Golem builds as well for interesting higher end builds with some form of easy protection either inherent (Zeno/Lightstep/Golem) or very easy to sneak in due to how their tags are set up (Giant Slayer/Nox/Huntress) if not wanting to just dump Steadfast into the build.

I already pointed out that Yara wants to trust people, but is afraid of betrayal as a result of her dad. A power set that lets her reveal lies and see people's true nature would be extremely fitting

I actually like the metamorph Build for Yara in term of stats.

Metamoprh is designed for a Master of all while having both Streadfast invulnerability and Adamants regen. The idea of giving someone who loved in a cage the freedom to take any path they want and succeed is a cool narrative for me.

That said Chimera also fits since it was made for turning a cute girl into a dragon.

For colors I think Gold and Green works.

Gold as Valiant silver successor

Green because Astrologian costume had a green half cape.

So Mainly black with Gold in Gauntlets and shoulders then Green scarf.

Well now I'm torn between toning down Hero Worship like I planned, or keeping it at its original level but giving everyone a little treat!
