Yeah but his powers could also make it possible to make guards stay around also just realized she might not store it either as she can get it from the tap
There's no way she personally meets with Yellow Qilin everytime she needs to sell just so Monarch could put it in the container the Qilin brought. If she does Yellow Qilin is more reckless than I thought (which is saying something) since not only there would be a risk of exposure to Le Petit Prince, Monarch could instantly kill her by dropping her in the QZ then have someone else take over the Triad.

Look if we pay up. We are still going to get blamed right? Thats why the other guy is in the room. To investigate and pin the blame on our organization. If we go loud. We can shut this down. Help both the frozen throne and the girls being dosed by leviathans blood. You don't negotiate with terrorists for a reason. We know whats going on now. We might as well be heroes and do our job. Plus. After we take her down we can keep her stockpile that she has of leviathans blood. The important thing is not letting this get worse. Say we pay up. How many more girls is she going to dose in the meantime before we come back?

Sorry meant Brass Shield not Ronin. Sure he stepped out of the room. But when he reports in to crusade he is going to blame Justice for this anyway. We shouldn't give him more ammunition.

They're gonna blame us even if we go Loud and take down GDT thats the entire point of Crusade. Getting scared of them so much with their PR attacks that we ignore the benefits of Press our luck is a bad idea.

Press our Luck gives us Ambrosia for 1 more candidate and buys the girls enough time for us to get a stable supply of G9 from R-Train. That probalby gives us Noelle as candidate this turn so we can E-B online next turn.

Not only does going load risk a fight in an enemy base without our strongest Hero, it does nothing to ensure the girls dont die next turn since they only have enough ambrosia to survive this turn.

It's not like were letting GDT last longer than next turn since the point of pressing our luck is getting enough ambrosia to last the victims and ambush them next turn.

BTW for those going loud id like to point out that noelle is a normal human with no real equipment trapped in a room with a crazy woman. If we fight theres very good chance she could die and unlike leizi she doenst have a shield and as High candidate should have low stats.

Im not sire you giys really inderstand risking her if we go loud. I dont doum qm wont heistate tonkill her off if we roll badly just like the rest of our team.

I'd like to point out that if we give up our current stash of Goldnine we're going to have 7 AP next turn instead of 8, which means our ability to hit Monarch (and Mahou Shoujo Justice Unlimited, and the R-Train) is going to be further limited.

We basically trade off saving some people now (who will be a lot better off if we succeed on Press Our Luck anyway) over saving a lot of people later and further hampering Crusade (who are already taking missions against Monarch and basically building up credibility)

Oh, and if we die during Go Loud the girls are all dead too. And YQ will do as she pleases.

[X] . . . press your luck.

The money cost here will suck for sure but I do appreciate that this allows for minimal uncertainties in terms of covering both Noelle's girls and the magical girls in terms of supply, along with just guaranteeing we won't have any injuries going into Hero Worship. Black Swan and John would always be fresh and Handyman could heal at base, but Leizi has no Regen or symbiote, Noelle is in the crossfire, and I do kinda want the shield generators wholy intact if we can swing it for Hero Worship.

Still, by far the biggest thing for me is having the guarantee for everyone potentially, since we would almost certainly be coming back the next turn just to help destabilize Monarch's money supply. One turn would likely lead to some restock while she could only get so many new girls set up as hostages, while we start setting up the start of the R-Train supply questline. There are risks and annoyances on this path but I do think its the safer one in some aspects, as much as the money really hurts.

I am an agent of chaos who is swinging the vote again now that it looks like the option I actually wanted to win has a chance.

As a headsup to people who are on mobile and can't check the tally, it is a 25-24 vote currently, with Press Your Luck barely edging out a lead right now.

It's only a minimized uncertainty if it works. If we fail the rolls, we don't get any goldnine, and we lose 8,000 income, not the 6,000 income it costs if we succeed. Failing to pres our luck here makes a follow-up attack much harder. (As opposed to the surprise attack we could do rght here and now.)

I just realized something important about the income I need to confirm. @Bitterman is the 10000 income listed on the organization sheet before or after deductions from Spoonful of Sugar and Project Prometheus this turn? If it's before, then the cost of pressing luck plus those things will leave us with only 1000 by the end of the issue. We would enter issue #4 with 2000 assuming no other changes, which will bottleneck our global actions. And a failure to extort now would put us in the red and cancel some global actions.

Though I note that I think it's unlikely we'll ever be able to get future goldnine from R-Train for anything cheaper than 2000 apiece.

That is pre-deductions. However, someone pointed out you have 11000 income and I added wrong.

The back and forth in this part of the thread has been pure chaos. Im honestly more inclined to fighting, but ill assist in whatever wins...and whatever consequences may come.... ugh this is going to suck no mather what happens....

It's more likely that the R-Train will want one of our heroes to be away for QZ patrols in exchange for goldnine.
I think the R-Train secretely has a Gunpla hobby, and it needs lots of money to fund it.

Or maybe it's a Gacha addict./jk

You're probably right about the QZ patrols though. Or maybe we'll just need to find the person who built the R-Train and it'll be so grateful it'll allow us a dose per turn or something.

So the that's 11,000 to start with, -2,000 for Spoonful of Sugar, -1,000 for Project Prometheus, and - 6,000 from this update, then +1,000 at the start of next turn for 3,000 income at the start of that turn. Assuming we succeed at the roll. If we fail, we'd go down to 1,000 income instead. Which wouldn't be enough to do another Spoonful of Sugar action.

So, it seems that people are fairly set on giving E-B to Noelle, but are people still wanting to give that psychic package to Yara? I think that old Chimera plan would work fairly well for her.

I want Yara to have the psychic packet, and Drug Boy to have whatever power we make from Rosemary's Baby since that sounds incredibly useful.
