Also, what's the word on pushing multiple points in to research, and the limits on military tech? There's RAW and then there's Prussia. ;)
I had an idea, Estro had an idea, but the whole system was Estro's idea.

Plus my itenerary tonight has been
1) Remember it's Thursday
2) Panic
3) Paperwork
4) Beer

So I'd make a ruling, but at this point I'm drinking Ruppinator Dopplebach until I'm too smashed to pronounce it correctly.

*is now buried under spreadsheets*

I don't see how that's possible.
Some people don't do math.

One thing though, Raptor, regardless of how your spending of turns goes -- you need to subtract the EP cost of your military units from your actions.
Until next turn, when we have trade agreements going to pay for them, it comes out of our base economy and thus our ability to perform actions.

The government has to pay bills if it wants to do things, but it also has to pay bills for the military. It can use money from trade to pay for the military, but if it doesn't *have* money from trade, it has to pay from the other things it wants to do, limiting its ability to perform large actions [such as the research].

Also, yeah, the military research I had a question on as well.
It says you get +5 years when you research it, but then it says something about "up to floor of the average" or something. Is that the average of CivTech or MilTech? Because if it's MilTech, you can only ever research things you're behind in -- and once you catch up, you're stuck forever. If it's CivTech, I just answered my own question and it all makes sense now.

Im rereading the systems.
Just based on the previous messages, if you're reorganizing military you may want to wait since it sounded like @Theravis and @Mina are redesigning the cost breakdown of naval/air production & maintenance as well.

I'd give them plenty of time for that, since that's some complicated stuff, and they have to be mindful of a lot of stuff going into it.

Air just needed checked. We're still discussing naval.

@Theravis how long till the turn ends because im making sure my turnpost is correct by rereading the systems? Also have to wait for the redesign.

@shiverczar thanks for the heads up. <3
