Can we replace the Refugee program with the Man on Fire? That R&D program is only useful if we have at least 100 people. We only have 10.[X] Plan: The Last Runaround

Also different world different animals. Could sell excess for big bucks. To be fair it would get us some free struts for a petting zoo. We could then use those to grow food and animals for more food in the new world.

*Ignores main op #3*I'm going to go with this one since it covers the most of the important points I think we NEED to do. Personally I'd make Beach Party the 8th slot but that's just me.
Why my plans are always bad. No one ever votes for any plan i made
. God why !?! Why !?!

If he's unimportant, then why the fuck is he in the main ops section?I don't see the point of getting the Man on Fire given the world jump coming up and Mantis is currently following Eli around. Either Volgin will remain a corpse or Ismael can clean up his own mess in the future.
Your plan is pretty solid man. I just think showed the world covers more of what I want to see.

I think it's because the Diamond Dogs think it's important and they don't understand how the Man on Fire works.
[X] Plan Diamond Dogs
-[X] Main Ops 3: Recover the Man on Fire
-[X] Main Ops 4: The Trial
-[X] Main Ops 5: Denuclearization 3 "A Glimpse of Today"
-[X] Side Ops 2: Check on Paz *New Game+*
-[X] Side Ops 11: Beach Party *Must take Denuke 3*
-[X] Side Ops 12: An Interview with the World
-[X] PMC Ops 7: Wannabe Heroes
-[X] R&D 10: War Dogs (Advanced Infantry Tree)
Just wanted to throw this into the ring for it's own sake really. Not too different from any of the other plans put forward but here's the reasoning.
Main ops are done so that we can go with a clear conscience. Without the man on fire and with Huey's fate settled there's less ghosts haunting Big Boss. Same for the denuclearization tree and Paz. I REALLY hope we end up face to face with Ishmael before we go though. I'd love to see what type of conversation they'd have, what feelings they'd express and I REALLY want to see Ahab turn Ishmael's 'You're looking at yourself' line as acknowledgement of our faith in him and his ability to continue our legend.
Wannabe heroes is simply too good to pass, and War dogs is something I think will pay dividends between giving Hana her own pup and the therapy/relaxation benefit of pups being around for almost every squad. That and dogs appeal to me.
Sorry it wouldn't make any income but I'm a sucker for story above all else

Where does it say Paz is time sensitive?

[X] Side Ops 12: An Interview with the World
[X] R&D 2: Repairing Sahelanthropus
[X] Side Ops 2: Check on Paz *New Game+*

Side OPs: Semi-story driven missions, but still important and time sensitive
The part that say 'New Game +', I imagine.
