Do we need to sacriface another action for more story ? I got this is Metal Gear but still think this is last turn on MG world can we afford to lose actions on something that can wait that one more turn ?

The trial can't wait because we run the high risk of having someone on the base take justice into his own hands and murder Huey, which would deprieve us of someone who can help with research and render all the actions we spent trying to "fix" him meaningless.

What part of 'Soldiers being up in arms about it NOW' is not clear yet? Or you want them to form a lynch mob first?

Remember Miller still hasn't forgiven him. Right now, he's in shock about Huey coming forward about it himself.

We need to use that. Now.

Okay, here's my pitch. We have to do the trial to make sure we don't backslide into the Diamond Dogs destroying themselves with their pain and hatred so the trial is a must. I'm adding the beach party because we can improve the Diamond Dogs opinions with one another defusing more of our timebombs at once.

My other choices are where my thoughts diverge. I'm going for the refugee integration program and Operation Conservation because they synergize well and set up the ability to be more self-sufficient in the future. We combine these humanitarian options with the Kurdish Turnaround and our denuclearization options to completely solidify our 'build a better future' message.

We defuke the Diamond Dogs, we get some money, we build up our resources, and we get our feels. Everyone wins.

Something else to consider:

Huey could do something very brave and foolish if/when the Lord of Dust/whatever else comes out during the Wormhole event.

He could get it into his head that putting himself at risk, or death, means redemption.
 
Also, think about what we can DO with the Lord Of Dust remains, with Huey still with us?

Nanomachine tech? YES PLEASE.
 
I sometimes don't understand people first we wanted Huey dead and now they want him to live .

That. He's not the same guy who thought that releasing Vocal Cord Parasites would be a cool idea, he's not the same guy who tried to deny he had anything to do with his wife's death...in short, he's actually moving back towards his characterization when he was, y'know...likeable.

Given that he's basically going to fix Sahel in less than an month I really doubt that's an option he'd consider at this point. He's (now) the kind of guy who firmly believes that living and atoning - or at least letting others see the full extent of his crimes - is a far more fitting punishment than death ever could be.

I like this plan though I'd put repair at the bottom of the list and Paz after the denukeing

Switch repairing sahel to one of the actions we're guaranteed to have.

We already the omake for it, there is literally no point in not taking it.

Operation conservation is a waste of time.

To be fair it would get us some free struts for a petting zoo. We could then use those to grow food and animals for more food in the new world.
