Magical Girl Quest - The Fire That Burns

Fixed that for you.
(The worst thing is that it is actually true now...)
Anything that is a danger to Una is going to be dead along with as much collateral of other things we don't care about to get a point across.
The fact that he would even suggest Una being in danger means he is a possible target for elimination put him on the list.

Now let us not get hasty here! Besides, I am a part of Cerys mind, how does she want to...
Wait, where is that red light coming from?

Anyway... I am actually interested in how those around us will react when Cerys goes full-murder against something that hurt Una for the first time.
Shock I expect, though Morgan might take it in stride because she can guess.... everyone else would not, though.

By the way, I think we should make it a habit to prepare a few spears before heading into battle, just so that we can push out a heavy alpha-strike.

Cerys can control fourty at once, so having six hanging around her should be fine without taking too much of her concentration. At the same time, it would allow us to dish out 786-1,020 damage on turn one if necessary and follow up with another spell.

karen can probably guess. which is why una tends to be inside the base and protected. no one wants to see a murderrage MG.

Actually I would expect Morgan to be injured first after the relationship progresses since she will be going back into the field and no plot armor.....makes me wonder if we can invest in Morgan's survival for the coming darkness.

I think we should spend as much time as possible training with Daiyu before she's deployed. We need to make sure she's strong enough to handle herself on the field and have the two of us working as a unit. We can spend time experimenting and working on our magic some time/visit London later.

We also have enough XP and the requirements are fulfilled, so we can buy Knights's Aria and train it.

Actually, training together does not mean just sparring.
The two can also work on their magic together; Cerys already has a place set up for her, after all.

Aside from that however... I want to spend the very next day solely on making a better armour. We need an upgrade on our defense either way, for the cases where our tank can not hold them all away from us.
After that, it will be training, though.

Edit: I am finishing my own work, then see about writing up a plan.

Working together means we're helping each other. If we work on our armor all day, in what way can we help Daiyu, and in what way can Daiyu help us?

I guess it was not clear, but this is the one exception I want to make. This day will be spent mostly without her. As I said, we need it.
However, we can ask Daiyu to let us examine her armour, which is better than ours. It might give her insight into how to improve her own defense as well.

Edit: Besides, Daiyu does not need much help in doing what she does; we would have to bring out the heavy hitters (Plasma Sphere and masses of Thermal Spears) to even scratch her. So how should anything else be able to do it?

Well, we weren't able to scratch her this update, but she still leveled up her Plate Armor, so I don't think hurting her is a prerequisite to strong armor.

Alright then.
I will make this vote under the assumption that we can have it span over several days. If this is not the case @Rukia, please tell me and I will take the additional lines out for later usage.

Not X'd in for the time being; they probably need slight revisions.

[X] Tuesday: Work on improving your armour; see if you can implement other materials (ask for samples if it works), try to strengthen it with magic or any other way that comes to mind
-[X] Ask Daiyu to let you examine her armour; maybe you can get an idea from hers... and apologise for not having any time for her today, you really want to get this done
-[X] Once you are done for the day, have a talk with Morgan about recent events

[X] Wednesday: Work on magic with Daiyu
-[X] Try to explain that she can make her magic make most things work if they fit her concept; if there is anything she thinks could be useful, she should try to get it
--[X] Provide her with targets made of ice
-[X] Make an attempt for another spell to attack on range without thermal-based damage; preferably something corroding
-[X] Later on, go ask Morgan how things are about that farm she mentioned, where you can try out healing

[X] Thursday: More Magic and Magic Control
-[X] If you were not yet to that farm to test Regeneration on others, go today and take Daiyu along to try as well
--[X] Work on Ignition Aura during your off-time; it does have protective properties, so maybe you can increase them?
-[X] Once you are back, go over to practicing Magic Control together

[X] Friday: Sparring and other practice
-[X] Spar with Daiyu some more, but keep Reinforcement active this time
-[X] Afterwards, go over to experimenting with your weapons; you found quite a few neat things you can do with Infinity Edge after all... so maybe there are some functions hidden in her own weapon and shield as well
--[X] Go about creating several swords at once and train doing so quickly (Training for Limitless)
--[X] You can make the blades float; do this again and improve your precision when moving them (Training for Levitate?)
--[X] Try channeling your auras through Infinity Edge... but stop immediately if it starts to hurt

[X] EXP Plan Buff
-[X] Knight's Aria (300 EXP)

This is what I have. With the time that already passed, we should be only one day away from returning to the field together after this... and this should help with almost everything we have currently in the backlog.
I cut it off at Friday, though... that is long enough.
By the way, all of this is under the assumption that both sisters would want to watch.

And before someone comes talking how we need more Flight... yes, but better armour and trying to get this last Spell is kind of more important, especially the latter due to our time limit.
Then we have to see if we can use Regeneration on others (I hope so) instead of stalling this... Magic Control is mostly for Daiyu, seeing that hers is probably low.
And then I want to get the additional Abilities for Infinity Edge, so that they are out of the way.

Flight can be done at any time while most others requires us to be somewhere or do something... and I do not want to risk higher DCs from pushing it into any of the four days I have here. If nothing else comes up, we can train it on Saturday while trying to get actual Boosted Flight.

Actually where does our armor go when we are not using it? Is it possible that we have had a hammer space this whole time and not noticed? Can we try to dismiss and summon stuff then is not our sword and armor? It would be really cool to be able to carry an entire armory with us.

Also being able to recreate things after destroying them seems to fit into the Beginning End theme.

We do not need an entire armory when we have Limitless on our weapon.
I also doubt that it is hammerspace; Cerys previously created her armour from wrapping magic around herself, so this is probably what it consists of.

However, the properties are those of solid fire and might be changeable.

However if we could freely summon high yield explosives....

plasma sphere is a high yield explosive

Edit:
@Naron can we use some time to try make Ignition Aura only hurt what we want it to hurt? Might fit partially under magic control.

Um... what do we need high yield explosives for? We have Plasma Sphere, which does the same thing in better and does not need us to try absorbing bombs in order to carry them somewhere.

For reference:
Arty shell is 155mm HE.
It does 500 Damage Base, and does x2 if it exceeds armour by x2 and /2 if it doesnt.

So 250 Base Resilience means the shell does 1000 Damage.
251 means the shell does 250 Damage.

So some of the strongest explosives in the field are... probably this, doing about 1k damage.

We have this:
Plasma Sphere
-Create a ball of Plasma.
Level 3
Base Damage: 720
Magic Modifier: 30
Affinity: Beginning
Ability: Detonate | Melt

Um... what do we need high yield explosives for? We have Plasma Sphere, which does the same thing in better and does not need us to try absorbing bombs in order to carry them somewhere.
We can only manage one of those at a time and can't leave them somewhere to explode later. Also that is just one thing we store. We could make it so that we don't have to worry about destroying our radios.

Question @Rukia: Can we write down a vote for several days?
You can, but there will be correspondingly less fluff as I focus more on the results of the days than their contents.

So some of the strongest explosives in the field are... probably this, doing about 1k damage.
A grenade, not packed as the bag was, would do about 300 damage.
An RPG would do in the realms of 500-600. (Not set on this)
A tank Main Gun would be between 700-1500 depending on what gun it is.

Actually, does anyone know why Jet aircraft seem to have disappeared from the Counter Force?
I'm assuming there is some sort of AA demon that can handle Super/Hypersonic planes.

You can, but there will be correspondingly less fluff as I focus more on the results of the days than their contents.

That is actually fine with me; aside from the talk with Morgan, there is nothing really important fluffwise anyway... and aside from that, right now sounds like a good time for another training montage.

We can only manage one of those at a time and can't leave them somewhere to explode later. Also that is just one thing we store. We could make it so that we don't have to worry about destroying our radios.
The radio problem is already solved.
And we might be able to control more with better Magic Control/Thermal Control/more levels in Plasma Sphere.

You were hoping to keep Una out of the loop for how badly you had been injured, and she'd just told her. You could kind of understand why she did that, but it still rankled you that she did.
Care to elaborate @Rukia? Because I honestly don't see the point if the end result is traumatizing Una for seemingly no reason.

-[X] Make an attempt for another spell; have the magic cloud attack/destroy your own target
The verbs you're looking for are disintegrate and decay.

I think it's cause of things that can make it so that other things cant be in the air is a common occurrence?
Maybe, but I don't think so.
There is a total of one Complete Aerial Denial Magic we know of right now, Sixth Heaven.

Morgan's thinking is that Cerys won't be so reckless in the future now that her little sister knows.
Morgan doesn't want you to die either, so she played a little dirty.
