I would also like to note how fucked up Perpetunite weaponry is. But since we already fought Imperials and nukes proved insufficient, I guess its time to commit some space war crimes.

Further, Perpetunite nuclear weapons are even worse: while eventually the Perpetunite exhausts itself, this can last for over twenty minutes. A twenty minute long nuclear explosion

Funnily enough, this is actually a lot closer to the atomic bomb proposed by H.G Wells back in 1914 - a weapon that gains its destructive power not from a massive explosion, but from the fact that the explosion is continuous, going on and on rather than using its power in one go.

It's only a space war crime if there's a space Genova convention.

And considering what the Aeldari Dominion got up to I suspect any such documents were long ago converted to toilet paper.

With us starting to leave the prologue for this quest, now is probably a good time to start investing in better security. Orbital Shipyard to build more ships, Wargames and Academy Fleet Compartment to make our people better able to fend off attacks, and Security Bots so we have some disposable forces in place of actual people. We're also able to get close to finishing BlokTek Arcologies, BrainScan Storage will give more culture and meshes well with TekCrypts, the Deep Crust Scanner will come out in time for the new ships we make, and another scan of Luna can help us find something interesting for our base to look at. And the High Energy Labs Jr. gets us more Network while also (presumably) amusing Bird for taking the joke option even further.

[X] Plan: Some Security Securments

After some thinking, that out of nowhere point for C'Tan cult is a little spooky, and we do want academic compartments (we also want mystic compartments, but they are costlier, so they can wait).
