I wonder how the Eldar would react to that, kinda ironic we have a daemon doing nature stuff… similar to Isha in a way.
Right. If I remember some popular internet adage, Tzeentch's biggest enemy is Tzeentch. I know little 40k, but I've heard Tzeentch has a betrayal boner or something. And if there's anyone who's best equipped to fend that off, it would be the guy aligned with Insidia.
Okay. We should have the FTH for it.Well… IF we do this, I would HIGHLY recommend to start doing:
AntiChaos Warding: The Chaos Artefacts recovered would be studied and wards would be adapted and improved to both contain those artefacts and, more broadly, more effectively counter the influences of Chaos. 0/50, Ward effectiveness Vs Chaos improved. Cost 1 ART.
That way we have at least some protection,
But don't forget any other additional projects as well that are on a timer, like the Psi-Rituals (0/25 with 1 warp cost) for the Yr Albain group.
Then Logic-Cage and Logic-Adaptation can be our go to, since both can benefit a lot later on.I'd really rather not get logic virus code-weaponization; I think it would worsen relations with the Autons if they knew we had it, because one of the things they're afraid of is our ability to hack them.
You know what this reminds me of? The devils from K6BD.[ ] The House of Devils: In time there would be other dark spirits that sought a different course. They would be hunted by their peers: mortal or daemon alike, as well as the sins of their past. The Goldspite Devil would create a refuge, a sanctuary that existed in and out of the warp, where these renegades of chaos could put on different faces, masks containing the essence of altered identity...for a few small favors, of course, and so long as they obeyed a few simple rules. This will align the Goldspite Devil with Insidia. Gain House of Devils.
And also clowns. Our best defense there is just to tie Hope and Cunning to some of our own deities.
Hope. Perseverance. Preparation. He's the god of light, yes, but there are a LOT of ways the concept of a god light can be permuted: not all are super relevant to travel. His stuff, broadly speaking, is more about moral management, apocalypse preparation, and supernatural protection: ergo, a lighthouse meant to help with navigation wouldn't really be his thing. A lantern to banish malign forces out of a portion of the warp meanwhile is much more his speed, hence the warp lantern idea, which wpuld help with travel, but would do it by leveraging the Lanternkeepers narratives and themes.
Yeah feels like it'd be hard to set up that sort of pipline.I don't entirely disagree, but we've been told to take more risks and I'm not sure we'll have the opportunity to do this later if we choose not to now.
It's similar in concept to how we handled the AutoVessels when we first met them. The biggest differences is there's only one infected Autonite right now, which doesn't know we're here. The SimTek would make its subconscious have a grounding for TNDI's team to work with, and we've had more than a 100 years of CompTek improvments since we did it with the AutoVessels. No offense, but doesn't this plan sound like an instant way of being infected by the logic-virus?
Plus who knows how bad those manifestations are… could you explain more of this plan.

This is about a shutdown, can't fight it. I think it's better to find a way to shut the brain down long enough to stop the purge.I DON'T THINK WE'LL BE ABLE TO VIRUS BUSTER THAT FIXED, TNDI noted. Still, the good news was, they didn't have to. They just needed to shut it down long enough to turn off the purge. They just needed a way to do so.
Not worth risking. We have been told that the brain is corrupted in a way that the AutoVessels were not, and that they cannot be cleansed. We have very little time.[] Plan: Digital Fistfight
-[] TNDI
--[] Access one of the CAB's consoles and generate a SimTek program to digitize the team into its "subconscious." (Essentially forcing it into a dream sequence to then kill manifestations of the logic virus to regain the CAB's sanity.)
They can't be cleansed with a basic data spike. Not worth risking. We have been told that the brain is corrupted in a way that the AutoVessels were not, and that they cannot be cleansed. We have very little time.
Your gambit or the gambit 'Emergency Blackout' seem to be the winning choices so far. We need to turn off the brain either way and fighting it isn't an option. Not worth risking. We have been told that the brain is corrupted in a way that the AutoVessels were not, and that they cannot be cleansed. We have very little time.
I'm not going to risk Itep and Kaziim over an unconventional way of removing the virus work in, what, ten minutes? They can't be cleansed with a basic data spike.
That doesn't mean they can't be fixed at all, just that the quick-and-dirty method isn't enough.
