In Nuclear Fire

Mmm, there were stasis chambers in Portal, could make holding super villains easier... not, considering the whole fucking Brockton Bay PRT system has more holes in it than Swiss cheese in the middle of a gang war.
Now its a must that you have to send someone to the moon in an awesome scene.

...put the E88 capes he captures into stasis pods he stores on the moon.

Then make references to secret moon nazis when asked where they are.

Does aperture have nanites?
They do (or at least nanobots), given Wheatley got himself assigned to a work crew with some.

Also can you make a factory with this tech?
With enough resources he should be able to. Doing it quickly or to Aperture's scale would be a tall order. On the other hand, designing one and tracking down someone to do it for him should be much easier, given he's joined one of the few on Earth Bet (not in Cauldron) capable of doing what Professor Haywire did.

Edit:Ninja'd

Are the turrets non lethal? Cause I remember them not using gunpowder
Depends on what ammo they're loaded with, since they fire the entire bullet.

I dont know if it has been stated already but because portal and half-life are in the same universe does that mean he has access to combine equipment or is it specificly just portal?

Edit: I also just realised that now we can have a moon base! He needs to get moondust somehow right? Why not make a moon base and hope ziz doesn't care.

Make GlaDos and sic her to Saint and co way For SCIENCE!

molecular deconstruction barriers might be helpful killing Crawler or bonesaw I think xD

Huh, have you ever checked out the ideas of the portal based infinite gravity generator? Idea is pretty simple. Take a tube with turbine, fill with water (air tight, this is important), open portal end A at bottom of tube, put portal end B at the top. Profit!

Honestly, this is one of the times where GLaDos would be necessary in order to try and replicate your equipment and having a powerful AI in your corner doesn't really hurt when there's so much SCIENCE to be done in a world like Earth Bet.

Hmmm, so I'm wondering if he souldn't start integrating the Portal tech into the Zerg. He had little to no trouble with adding the Deus Ex stuff to them to give them cybernetics capabilities. The reconfiguration ability of the testing chambers could be really useful. Making some dedicated buildings for the production of various gels could really pay off later. The lube gel is fucking invaluable.

Gentlebeings, I think you all forgot about one very important question. Why Bakuda chose that places, and not something else.
I figure only one explanation so far: One near territory protected by our heroes, one near the place where working Taylor's closest person (beside Peter), one near the place where lives someone, who could be considered as Peter's friend. "I know who you are under the masks and can fuck your lives in any pose I want to".
I hope someone have different answer for the question. Because I really, really don't like that one.

P.S. Feel free to start panic. :V

I hope that he builds a research type core and a builder type core! One could be used to turn his tinkertech into actual tech and the other could build a factory to manufacture it all! And I'm sure nothing could possibly go wrong at all...

(finally decided to make an account over here as well, breaking my lurking, just to respond to this)
So Kireg asks if the team has claimed territory, and then that night there are bombings in neighborhoods that aren't E88. Yeah, they weren't really trying to hide their actions there, were they?

Besides the fact that all it would take to not be linked with Bakuda is to use "traditional" explosives.

So, how long until a portal opens under Medhal and a the entire building falls into it one night?

Vista would be so angry . Now anybody could span portals .

Wonder if Peter will ever tell her that the Sword actually came from a magical girl setting.

It's an option, but as the original quest showed us managing a prison is extremely difficult and stressing.
Peter would be willing to sell the blueprints to Dragon and let her deal with that.
Huh, must've been the Grimdark stories I've been watching...
Believe me, grimdark is the last thing I want to write.
Dude, 2 words

MANTIS MEN

its a single dna injection and ruins his whole bond villain shtick
They may or may not have a Mantis Men invasion after that.
This genuinely confused me. How does a cold connect to magma? Do you mean opening a portal to the mantle inside Coil?
Cave Johnson would do it. He managed to turn people's blood into gasoline.
Will you make an ai? Just like Jarvis
Also will you mix the gels?
I demand that you make the combustible lemon launcher
Will peter use Cave jhonson Quotes?

Also will peter make wheatley?
Answering the questions that weren't answered before:
-Building an AI with Portal is possible, but Peter will be on the fence because the Personality Cores are very... quirky. And slightly murderous.
-Mixing gels won't be possible but Peter will make heavy use of them.
-As if Peter would miss the chance.
-Here and there
-Oh, hell no! The only reason why to build Wheatley would be if Peter managed to plug him into Zion's brain. And as awesome that idea sounds, it's not possible at the moment and thus not cost-productive.
Now this is where he starts offloading his problems to alternate reality versions of himself. (Just look at That squid Peter)
Reminds me of this NerfNow comic:

I dont know if it has been stated already but because portal and half-life are in the same universe does that mean he has access to combine equipment or is it specificly just portal?
No, only Portal. Half-Life has its own Tree.
Huh, have you ever checked out the ideas of the portal based infinite gravity generator? Idea is pretty simple. Take a tube with turbine, fill with water (air tight, this is important), open portal end A at bottom of tube, put portal end B at the top. Profit!
It should be perfectly possible to build, but Aperture and the MechaZerg have their own forms of exotic energy generation that should be easier to build and more robust.
Honestly, this is one of the times where GLaDos would be necessary in order to try and replicate your equipment and having a powerful AI in your corner doesn't really hurt when there's so much SCIENCE to be done in a world like Earth Bet.
Sadly GLaDos is a bit... neurotoxin happy. The scientists of Aperture never managed to fix that bug, not even by implanting her with a morality core that she happily ignored.
Hmmm, so I'm wondering if he souldn't start integrating the Portal tech into the Zerg.
Integrating the two techs is perfectly possible.
Why Bakuda chose that places, and not something else.
Many bombs exploded all over the city, the three that Peter mentioned were just the ones that were inside the range of his sensors, and that he cared about.

Hey, happy to have you here!
I'll say that the Empire has many plans involving the team, but that this was mostly a coincidence.

It could be a different power, but it should be from the same shared, so some type of stranger power. That is related to making people forget.

Well that is if she connects to her original shard.
Maybe the reverse of her old powerset? The bomb already went off there is a chance she and/or someone she cares like Brian or . . . someone else is stuck under rubble and needs medical attention. She triggers from the fear that help won't be able to find them to save their lives. It can be some sort of tracking based power.
