About Tattletale and her motivations, I was talking to @Raiseth the other day and we reached a conclusion I can agree with. Deep down, TT resents Regie because he never told her, he kept this secret from her until it was too late to do anything about it. Because of that TT directed that resent towards all secrets, aiming to unveil them all. In her eyes, if you keep secrets then you're a bad person and you deserve having those secrets exposed. That's why in canon she liked the US (and Taylor in particular) so much, because they were all open books that were fairly upfront about how messed up they were.
I'm telling you this because you shouldn't take Peter's words as the absolute truth. He has his preconceptions and can be wrong.
But even if he's wrong he did press every single one of TT's buttons.
It would be for the best if they don't find out.
This would only work with TT and with some other specific thinkers that can figure out how the cycle works. If you told this to most parahumans they'd just assume you are another conspiracy nutjob and ignore you. But TT's power allowed her to figure out that Peter was telling the truth and it everything went downhill from there.
Even Cauldron recruited natural triggers like Number Man and yet Zion never did anything against them.
Like Magus said, in canon TT's power was slowly shoving her away from trying to research the subject, but having the information dumped on her in one go let to a stronger reaction.
But it works, and right now that's the most important thing. This isn't a permanent solution or anything remotely resembling that. Peter just wanted a quick, cheap, and fast solution to put a roof over the heads of the people that needed it.
Remember that they stole Coil's generator last chapter, that one they'll be using to feed electricity to the houses after the detonators are removed. They will later have to build generators of their own to supply the demand as more people conect to their network, something that the city won't be happy about.

Not well, that's for sure.Though I'm worry if it's ever found out that Tattletale point her gun at Peter, what would be Taylor and Aisha reaction?

Some people already answered this but I still want to comment on it.Wait, is that all you have to say to essentially stun a parahuman? You can even use it to stun-lock them. Kind of reminds me of that Monthy Python sketch with the best joke in the world. Want to kill Jack Slash? Scream this at him and shoot him in the face when he's dizzy.

The biggest reason in canon why they won was because Zion didn't care. He kind of let himself be killed at the end.And the first conclusion her power will come to is he isn't a parahuman him self good thing Zion is ignoring all his emails or he might of already died.
Even Cauldron recruited natural triggers like Number Man and yet Zion never did anything against them.
All parahumans are edited at the start when the memories of the trigger vision are removed.or can all parahumans just get edited when ever there powers feel like it.

It's a possibility but they have other things to worry about right now. Also @Poliamida question, any idea if their planning to patent this stuff? Cause their path now is open to make tech and stuff that are not really tinkertech but can be manufactured by mundane means now.
It's in the list as an option for the future but for now I haven't put much thought on that.
Go for it!
Uh? When would he use that?
Eh... yes, it was the later. Let's say it was the later.Did they say Kill altogether 3 times or did each one say Kill once in order? Because I would find the latter cuter.
Oh, absolutely, this is a mess waiting to happen. With no fundations a heavy wind could cause troubles, and as each part only 'slots' together there's no good issolations and there may be some leaks when it rains.Ah geez. This is one of those designs that sounds good, but really tells you that the designer is not a contractor. Christmas Light circuitry is right: in real life it'd be incredibly prone to surges, over pressure, under pressure, not to mention no methods of power regulation. You can connect as many of these together in any configuration you like just like legos? You know where that leads you? Wires too small to carry a heavy load burning through their insulation. Outflow pipes backed up because of too much input. Input pipes barely dripping as too many try to pull from the same source. Also, who's paying for all this electricity anyhow? Just run an extension cord from one unit to the next building and hope the power company doesn't notice the sudden apartment-block level uptick in usage? Water he can handle but I don't recall any extensive power-generation that qualify as tinker-tech free.
Might need to alter that "no tinkertech" sales pitch to handwave this away.

That's based on a project I read some years ago for disaster-relief houses. Sadly I don't even remember what it was called.
Uh, I totally forgot.I'm pretty sure at the end of the final boss battle in Portal 2, an automatic fire suppression system activates. Still, great chapter!
