You're not totally sure what's been going on in the western provinces - last you checked, the prices rose across the board for no discernible reason. It's not like they were intentionally diluting the money supply or anything, so what gives?

Why do people not want another action at what is essentially half price?
Having another action is far more valuable than just being able to legally investigate more. We can still do illegal investigations, something far easier with another action. Another action every turn offers so much more than getting In The Light achievement again will. Maybe in a more meaningful legal system the wider remit might be more useful, but given the state of the country, it is just useful for giving us official pretence to do something we have to achieve via other methods.

The 3 shinies perks seem kinda OP. Tripple the cost of Tier 1, but about twelve times the power.

That is why we banked our first Shiny for later. Higher tier traits are disproportionately more powerful compared to lower ones.
This seems more powerful. Stat bonus make it easier to succeed, but this would really help get things done faster and to do more, and could choose to use the free actions to stack the deck if necessary.
Edit: No wasted monents is 3 shiny = 2 free actions
Higher tempo 2 shiny = 1 free action
Higher tempo, while still powerful, is actually worse than no wasted moments in cost effectiveness.

Looking at these two cooperation bonuses, it looks like it would be better to ignore enhanced cooperation as it gives the impression they dont stack. Though if they do, Two as One would be more cost effective with the bonus being 2 shiny 1 roll bonus vs 3 shiny 2 roll bonus.
