Was also SCP among others but thinking of the Chaos Insurgency is probably not helpful...

Hey QM. I kinda feel that this kind of decisions need a Moratorium, so we had somw time to discusse on what to vote on

International level, hero leagues, rival groups of villains. More escalation, more rivals, confrontations with entire states and special services
 
If MC are gonna became the leader of this villain club, then she is gonna need to learn some skills fx, Leadership, base management, politic, and other skills needed.
Also we are gonna need to make some rules/guideline for the members of the union. Like what is acceptable and unacceptable.
Here some three rules I come up with.
1. No taken over another country.
2. No genocide.
3. No mindless rampage killing.
And others rules like that. This is to make sure the governments dosen't come down too hard on us.

The concept was actually pretty novel for a guy like Humdinger, and you had to admit that it wasn't half-bad. Although, he was most likely planning to to use you as some kind of stupid mascot-

"No, I want you to endorse it as its first leader." He smirked back at you evilly as your eyebrows lifted in genuine surprise.

"Oh? I'd have thought you would want to lead your own creation?" You questioned him, keeping your face as calm and emotionless as you could.

"I did." Humdinger frankly admitted, shrugging as he did so. "However, I've come to the... realization that for all my charms, you would be far superior at leading and inspiring our henchmen and allies. As such, I'll instead take the role as the league's accountant, managing our finances and budgetary needs."

Huh. He was placing himself in a seemingly unambitious, yet actually one of the most important, roles of the union so as to secure influence and importance in the league, while also trying to placate you by staying in a subordinate role.

Very cunning of him. Very unlike him. Almost like he was trying to improve himself...

Truly, he would be a very dangerous foe if you weren't careful in how you dealt with him.

Indeed, but we can be the moderation between the crazies that can be tempered and be used for greater heights and the ones that just want to see the world born. Can't conquer to world or show how amazing we are if its destroyed.
