Because it's a subtle mockery of the Patrol? Badges will seem to say every time: "If you had stopped the Dollmaker that very first time, none of this would have happened." I would say outsource henchman to N.E.M.E.S.I.S, most of the functionality with no loyalty concerns.
It gives Humdinger an battalion of goons but honestly he may the best person to have them.
Talking about our dear Mayor, we may look into his kitty crew as trainers in escaping capture and custody.

She's an insane very powerful shapeshifter, who's taste leans towards wiping out everyone in a whole realm. She might play along for a while, but its going to get bad with her, very bad. Like set the town on fire and devour all of the Paw Patrol bad.

Had a idea or two for a Halloween episode:
We go to trick or treat at the Pups, Merlin, manning the door, unwittingly dismisses us in our costume (not our actual villain one, a homemade one appearing to be a fan of hers), and as we walk away, it's revealed we're actually the Puppeteer, and we say something like "If treats will not be provided, tricks are due the course, traditionally".
As a result, well, we decide to unleash our friends, and see just how much pranking we can have them accomplish. All throughout the town, but especially at their Headquarters.
The other idea is a fair bit darker, same opening, but we're a bit more hurt and uh, unleash what cane best be described as Fiddlesticks. We wind up being plagued by Guilt, and intervene to save them though, though as a reminder, we are seen walking away with a special little scarecrow puppet.

Hmm on the Go Kart scheme what are the chances that can get Humdingers cousin The Cheetah involved? Seems like the perfect scheme/episode to use her when you think about it~
Also it occurs to me to ask but did the Paw Patrol ever get their vehicles if not back, than replaced?
Anyway here's another minor omake using my OC Nyx, who know hasn't appeared beyond omake and probably jumping the gun already writing a second omake for her despite not yet appearing in main quest yet. But eh I had this idea bouncing around my head figured there wouldn't be any harm in sharing it~ Do hope you like.
Also did use/reference the lore and content from @Kutenaiabi omake the The Hero(?) of Barkingburg, and really hope that's okay but had the idea of Nyx having been the one behind Bubsy and Sweetie toy/minion/friend being even more than she realizes.
In as of a yet undisclosed location the greatest chaotic mechanical genius this world has ever seen (At least that be her opinion if you ask her~) was currently not only setting up shop overseeing the construction of a new secret factory.
Which was intended not only for the construction o her creations and work, but also as another lair for her stay at. But she was currently overseeing footage received by transmission from one of her more creations as well as minor work in AI.
"Me, I'm a hero. I've saved people all over town. They idolize me. I'm the 'Hero of Barkingburg.' You? You're a brat. The 'Brat of Barkingburg Castle.' You know, I've heard some people in the Game Center wondering why the princess even keeps you around."
The image on the screen displaying Sweetie and Pence of Barkingburg paused before the the room was filled with laughter, "Heheheh oh this is too, too, GOOD!" Exclaimed Nyx with a wide grin as she spun her chair around and around with a gleeful smirk before it came to stop back in front of the screens with a wide mad grin, "When I sent that little toy of mine as a anonymous gift to that spoiled little Princess for her even more spoiled pet pooch I didn't think i'd get something this juicy~"
Nyx said with a giddy tone as she clapped her hands together, "I mean really.." She said shaking her head, "I figured i'd that the most...Bubsy." She gave a slight pause before letting out a amused snort at the name Sweetie gave her little spy, "would get me would maybe be some juicy gossip or blackmail...or failing that.."
She leaned back in her chair arching a brow, "Perhaps the location of some secret treasure or mystical doo dad the royal family might have that's just waiting for a mischievous little genius like myself to snatch for herself~" She gave a giggle before gesturing grandly at the screen, "But this the spoiled pooch being put in her place, and the so called hero of Barkingburg being nothing but a sham...NOW THAT'S ENTERTAINMENT!"
Nyx yelled out before once again falling into mad laughter and it took several moments to gain control over herself before looking at the screen and readings received from Bubsy with a amused smirk that slightly fell. As truthfully as some time after she had sent Bubsy (As he was now named) to that cute spoiled naive princess of barkingburg (What was it again a year or two ago? Eh didn't matter) and her spoiled pup had latched onto her new toy with a vengeance at first the plan done on a whim seemed to have gone off without a hitch.
But lately...she narrowed her eyes while pressing some keys on the keyboard...lately it seemed like the transmission readings from Bubsy were....off. She brought up the file and blueprints of her spy-hop project...it was almost as if the programming was evolving....like it was..."
"Arg i'm being paranoid.." Nyx groused out before closing the files, "There's no way any creation would betray me.." She told herself assuredly before snorting, "Especially not for some pup.." She said in a slightly bitter tone before a amused smile crossed her face, "Especially not one that spoiled or treacherous~"
She remarked while bring up pictures of the Princess of Barkingburg Margaret and her pup Sweetie to the screen, "I just don't get you Maggie.." Nyx said staring at the Princess photo with confused disdain, "Why in the world would you keep that spoiled pup around especially after all she's done to you!"
She asked outloud snapping with a slight growl at the end! Truthfully after she received the footage of Sweetie stunt (Never mind her anger at seeing that little backstabber and how happy she was with her NEW FAMILY!) when she tried to take the crown she thought that was it for the pup and she was going to lose the eyes and ears she had inside the Barkingburg palace....only.
Nyx gave a sigh pinching the bridge of noise, "She steals your crown and you basically just put her in time out!" She repeated in disbelief before looking back up at the princess picture, "You're either crazier than me or more gullible naive than I even thought!"
She remarked shaking her head before pausing than gave a laugh, "Oh who am I kidding it's the second one~" She said with a giggle after all no way some spoiled princess was crazier than her...but naive? She let out a snort smirking, "You might be cute but it's clear that you don't have any brains~"
Nyx remarked to the Princess photo with flavor of disdain as while truthfully ever since she had started spying on Barkingburg through Bubsy as bit of side hobby or plot till her spy picked up something useful she could use. She had developed a mixed opinion on the princess at first she hated her after all while she had to fight, scrap, steal, and work for everything she's had in life.
The little princess practical had everything handed to her since birth on a literal silver platter no less. Something that needless to say irked Nyx greatly, and made her hope her spy found something good whether juicy dirt or a big target she could nab to make the brat feel the sting.
But overtime as she examined the livestream recorded footage she got wondering how someone even someone so sheltered and spoiled could be so naive yet so nice and forgiving...she really didn't understand it.
And what was weirder she finding herself strangely enjoying the transmissions she received from her little spy about the princess it was strangely amusing yet relaxing..."Argh.." Nyx said with a groan shaking her head, "What is wrong with me?"
She asked with a frown and shake of her head growling with disdain at herself, "Get it together Nyx remember what happen when last trusted someone.." She told herself remember a certain pup who's long deserved payback was coming at last, "Plus the princess might be cute but really what else has she got going for her.."
Nyx asked with a snort, "Okay admittedly she's naively sweet to the point it's adorable rather than annoying.." She said with a wave of her hand and coy wave of her hand before shaking her head, "But that's just it she's naive and blind to the real world.."
She remarked with a frown before letting out a snort, "Not to mention wouldn't know real fun if it kicked her in her royal rear~" She said with a giggle looking over at some of her hovering drones near by, "She'd probably be nothing but a wet blanket spoiling my fun or whining about what i'm doing to people.."
She said with a heavy mocking tone before bursting into laughter, "HEhe oh give me a break!" She said with a maniac smile before she shot the princess picture one last grin, "You might be cute but it's clear that you just aren't ready for the real world or to play the game~"
She gave a sadistic giggle bringing up the freeze frame picture of Pence, "If you were you wouldn't have been duped so easily by this little fraud while causing that spoiled annoyance to run away.." Nyx remarked with a amused dark grin as she leaned forward staring at Pence picture, "The only question what should I do with this information?"
She asked herself rubbing her chin true this turn of events had cost Nyx her spy inside the castle with Bubsy currently sticking with Sweetie, but what she gained was very juicy and the perfect opportunity she was waiting for. The trick was of course using it just right.."
"I could admittedly just send this footage to the Princess or spread it online and expose the little fraud here and now." Nyx said in a musing tone before a twisted mischievous grin grew on her face, "But what would be the fun in that?~" She asked herself before giving out a laugh and another spin of her chair, "Hmm I could contact the little hero and blackmail her...put her under my thumb perhaps?"
She mused still spinning, "Or perhaps I could use that spoiled pup to get closer to the royal family for my gain by helping her expose the fraud.." She said to herself with a frown, "What to do, what to do? She mused to herself as her drones watched on silently before bring her chair to a stop than gave a shrug, "Eh i'll think it over and watch things play out for now I guess.."
She said closing the files and putting Barkingburg out of her mind for now, "Besides i've got to focus on some real fun~"
She said as she started typing away at the keys, "The people of Adventure Bay are just begging to be shown a good time..." She gave a dark grin as schematics and blueprints reporting the progress of one of her current projects, "And who am I deny them that~"
She said with a giggle as she rubbed her hands together while speaking in a sinister, "Don't worry Skye i'll reunion will come soon enough.." She said before giving another dark chuckle while clicking another button, "I just need to prepare some party favors~"
She said as the screen flashed and her eyes gleamed, "And I think giving Adventure Bay a sea monster to go with Puppeteer Dragon would be a excellent start~" She said with a dark mischievous tone while overlooking the schematics and security footage of her project that was just about ready to hit the waters of Adventure Bay and give any swimmer or boat that cross it's path a experience they'll never forget~"
"Oh but don't worry my old friend~" Nyx said with another chuckle while bringing up some other blue prince schematics onto another screen toward the right, "While my beauty of a monster is terrorizing the seas pretty soon you'll be getting plenty of company in the air once my robo-eagles are ready to take flight~"
She said with a sadistic grin edged with malice remembering well the incident that happen before Skye and her parted ways and they were first testing her new wings and Nyx's gift to her...that lead to Skye crashing into a Eagle who had made it's nest in the city for some reason and how she had almost became bird food if it weren't for some quick thinking from Nyx.
However Nyx once again shook her head and focused back on the present with a grin, "Hehe oh yes.." She said to herself, "The party's about to start and i'm holding all the cards~" She sighed as a drone floated forward carrying a serving tray with a root beer drink on it which she took gleefully, "Ah I love being me~"
She remarked as she sipped from the straw eager for the entertainment and fun ahead of her, while showing Adventure Bay how to really have fun~ And of course while also getting some long awaited payback on a certain pup she once called not only friend but family...oh yes things were looking up for her~"
She looked enjoying her beverage and looking at her monitors with a sadistic gleeful smile

Now to address some things first off know the Princess of Barkingburg was never named in canon, so decided to give her a name in Margaret. Hope that's cool and hope everyone approves of and likes the name choice.
Next is anyone picked up on Nyx having not just mixed feelings but a strange crush on the Princess it wasn't your imagination it was intentional. I figured it'd be a interesting if amusing touch with angle of Princess being perhaps 12 like Nyx, and the whole two very different girls from very different worlds angle.
Nyx of course being Nyx currently trying to deny and ignore the crush on the naive "wet blanket" princess. But still threw in idea because thought it could be interesting. If used how it turns out likely up to quest event and dice rolls but could see angle of Nyx trying to show the princess the fun in villany or princess trying to "help" Nyx change for the better for both her and Skyes sake with Nyx not making it easy, or two just end up hating each other~
Also added this touch because figured Nyx being a bi/gay character could potentially induce a interesting reaction from the viewers in universe.
But if @Duke William of or even any of my fellow questors here not a fan of the idea for one reason or another I don't mind the idea getting dropped and not used even if this omake makes canon status instead of non-canon status.
Though canon or non-cannon still hope everyone got a kick out of the omake~ But moving on another part of why did omake was to put some potential cards and schemes Nyx has in her hand and in the works.
As we now know she created Bubsy (If this makes canon only of course~) and has been spying on BarkingBurg royals through it...while also potential foreshadowing in regards to Bubsy loyalty between Sweetie it's friend and or it's creator Nyx.
Nyx has the confrontation of Pence recorded what she'll do with it remains to be seen but likely means trouble for Pence with the mischievous mechanical genius having this leverage~
And the last bits added were potential creations and schemes Nyx could be preparing to put to work against Adventure Bay. The first inspired by episode of Gravity Falls and Scooby Doo movie is a mechanical sea monster made to look like the actual thing terrorizing boats and swimmer near and in Adventure Bay waters.
While second is Nyx exploiting the fear of her old friend by creating robotic eagles and setting them loose in the air space surrounding Adventure Bay leading to the sky's becoming a more hazardous place and likely trouble for not just Skye but also Adventure Bay citizens.
Anyway that's all I had and really hope again everyone liked.

She said with a sadistic grin edged with malice remembering well the incident that happen before Skye and her parted ways and they were first testing her new wings and Nyx's gift to her...that lead to Skye crashing into a Eagle who had made it's nest in the city for some reason and how she had almost became bird food if it weren't for some quick thinking from Nyx.
However Nyx once again shook her head and focused back on the present with a grin, "Hehe oh yes.." She said to herself, "The party's about to start and i'm holding all the cards~" She sighed as a drone floated forward carrying a serving tray with a root beer drink on it which she took gleefully, "Ah I love being me~"
She remarked as she sipped from the straw eager for the entertainment and fun ahead of her, while showing Adventure Bay how to really have fun~ And of course while also getting some long awaited payback on a certain pup she once called not only friend but family...oh yes things were looking up for her~"
She looked enjoying her beverage and looking at her monitors with a sadistic gleeful smile
And there we go hope everyone likes it! But seriously if anyone has any thoughts they want to share whether positive or negative please let me know.
Now to address some things first off know the Princess of Barkingburg was never named in canon, so decided to give her a name in Margaret. Hope that's cool and hope everyone approves of and likes the name choice.
Next is anyone picked up on Nyx having not just mixed feelings but a strange crush on the Princess it wasn't your imagination it was intentional. I figured it'd be a interesting if amusing touch with angle of Princess being perhaps 12 like Nyx, and the whole two very different girls from very different worlds angle.
Nyx of course being Nyx currently trying to deny and ignore the crush on the naive "wet blanket" princess. But still threw in idea because thought it could be interesting. If used how it turns out likely up to quest event and dice rolls but could see angle of Nyx trying to show the princess the fun in villany or princess trying to "help" Nyx change for the better for both her and Skyes sake with Nyx not making it easy, or two just end up hating each other~
Also added this touch because figured Nyx being a bi/gay character could potentially induce a interesting reaction from the viewers in universe.
But if @Duke William of or even any of my fellow questors here not a fan of the idea for one reason or another I don't mind the idea getting dropped and not used even if this omake makes canon status instead of non-canon status.
Though canon or non-cannon still hope everyone got a kick out of the omake~ But moving on another part of why did omake was to put some potential cards and schemes Nyx has in her hand and in the works.
As we now know she created Bubsy (If this makes canon only of course~) and has been spying on BarkingBurg royals through it...while also potential foreshadowing in regards to Bubsy loyalty between Sweetie it's friend and or it's creator Nyx.
Nyx has the confrontation of Pence recorded what she'll do with it remains to be seen but likely means trouble for Pence with the mischievous mechanical genius having this leverage~
And the last bits added were potential creations and schemes Nyx could be preparing to put to work against Adventure Bay. The first inspired by episode of Gravity Falls and Scooby Doo movie is a mechanical sea monster made to look like the actual thing terrorizing boats and swimmer near and in Adventure Bay waters.
While second is Nyx exploiting the fear of her old friend by creating robotic eagles and setting them loose in the air space surrounding Adventure Bay leading to the sky's becoming a more hazardous place and likely trouble for not just Skye but also Adventure Bay citizens.
Anyway that's all I had and really hope again everyone liked.

In the end is not really up to Johanna.

Elizabeth is a fine name, but it's a bit too reminiscent of Queen Elizabeth in my biased opinion. I think a name like Eleanor or Margaret would also work, though if you wish to keep it, I won't object.
Other than that, I'm good.
Side Ramble: I'm honestly rather fond of the Ryder/Princess of Barkingburg ship ever since it crossed my eyes some time ago. The concept of a princess falling in love with something akin to the captain of the guards is just fun for me, and the fact they do have some genuine chemistry as well doesn't hurt either. I don't oppose the Nyx/Princess thing, though, especially since the questers are going hard for Johanna/Ryder.
It'd be a good time to introduce her, yeah.

That said I'm glad you and others seem to like it as guessing the 🌞 symbol means good things ~ That said I'm good with changing the name I'll think I'll go with Margaret and perhaps Nyx call her Maggie ~
But yeah happy you're open to ship thought it been a fun touch. But do agree Ryde and the princess have interesting chemistry canon wise.
But quest wise I guess this means so far the only person Johanna has to worry about for competition for Ryder's heart is Katie and well...... Puppeteer ~
Hmm unless Dreamer turns out to pull something lie Sadira fom Aladdin or Queen La from Tarzan and wants to make Ryder hers~
