And her big good (because all magical girls need to have a bigger boss guy back at the base being awesome but not generally helping out physically) can be Lelouch. I mean, he's literally gone on TV as an Ally of Justice. :rofl:
 
What might be even better is because of the optimal age/deaging effect from exaltations the magical girl could have been in her twenties, thirties or older and then basically deaged back to 18.

This poor girl is going to be devastated when she has Acts of Villainy explained to her. Or goes through her first limit break.

We can explain that she doesn't need to use good people for her Acts of Villainy, or convince her that accepting the aid of a lesser evil in order to get rid of a greater one isn't all that morally wrong. Remember, we're Lelouch, the poster child for the ends justifying the means. In addition, we have access to the Ebon Dragon (AKA the greatest liar there ever was)'s charms. We could probably convince someone the sky was actually pink with those.

Besides, we already have one superhero in the form of the Emerald Strix. We could just have the two work together to bring joy and happiness to the world.

For Caste, I'd say...Slayer, because they're the ones that excel in close combat and Sourges coming in as second most suitable. For Charms, durability-increasing charms, speed increasing Charms, area-of-effect Charms, Charms with flashy effects, and weapon creation and modification Charms seem suitable to me.
 
Playing straight up deluded kid works great...plus IIRC some Acts of Villainy works fine for straight up Heroes of Justice.

Who has the one where you must declare your plots at length? You could use that for a justice speech.

Hmm, sounds like it'd be Charisma heavy ranged attacker build.

With exalted charisma and some excellencies, it might actually make them believed.

Someone passionate, deluded and so incredibly helpful.
 
Well, actively friendly compassionate and helpful. Just with powerful delusions and socially competent enough to convert people to it.
 
And in classic magical girl style, she promises to help the Yozi become true good guys again. Including the Ebon Dragon. Because the Ebon Dragon likes to betray himself and Mahou Shoujo is determined to be a great heroine that makes the world a better place. Childishly and with insane logic gymnastics!
