Green Flame Rising (Exalted vs Dresden Files)

Also for dodging, this charm is vastly superior.

So it is scene long and we do not need a rising difficulty to effect it.
You pop it and enjoy for the rest of the turn by applying it to ALL attacks.
Much better then Multi-arm.
Not all your actions in a action scene are combat.
And a bunch of the non-stabby actions will use non-Key Attributes and Abilities.

Also, as @zxzx24 pointed out, 5 dot charm.
Even by the standards of 5 dot charms, its way down on the list of priorities.

Signature Incarnate Shadow Insinuation for two bonus lethal attacks in Shintai?
5 dot yeah? Eh....
Probably yes, I didn't understand how rare multi attack was in ExWoD and Kakuri is Key anyway.
Edit: Though maybe not, Thousandfold Typhoon Hand goes up to 5 and its with weapon so its Agg too.
Nah.
Splintered Gale Shintai. (Essence) temporary clones with your normal body that disappear when shintai ends.
Thats the true meaning of multi attack. Especially if they can fly.

Re: multiple actions and combat
This is what ExWoD says on page 34

This is what V20 page 276 says

Is it just me, or is he saying that Exalted dont take multiple attack penalties to defense or attack in close combat ?
Because that would seem to jibe with his comment about dancing through swarms of enemies untouched.
See you'd think that wouldn't you? But literally the page above it (pp33) is about how Multiple Actions have penalties in Exalted vs. WoD.

I think the intended reading is that unlike in World of Darkness where fighting multiple enemies simultaneously is effectively impossible (+4 Difficulty to attack and defense is nasty) here it is at least possible. The problem comes from the fact that defending and attacking simultaneously isn't really an intended feature (unless you are taking penalties or burning Essence/ect) and that multiple enemies can build up chip damage to take even an Exalt down.

Of course the answer to this don't let multiple enemies attack you simultaneously by either bringing friends or being in a situation where it isn't practical (like a room full of people with guns who don't want to shoot each other). If that isn't an answer Soak. SWS + VLE has Molly Soaking ~5-6 Levels of damage which is enough for most regular tier enemies. Just look at that Red Court Vampire who only did caused Molly 2 Wounds; SWS + VLE would have buffed our Soak enough to tank that.

Killing our enemies faster is also an option. Extra Attack Actions or AoE Charms/Spells so we can kill everyone before they hit us works.

Against just 3 or 4 enemies we could still make one good attack per round and make several parries via multi-action.
With our dicepool we could easily beat some mooks that way, even with low soak.

Say, there are charms that lower the difficulty of all rolls Molly makes under certain circumstances. We discussed them plenty over past many pages.

Does that apply to soak rolls? Does Cracked Cell make Molly into ultimate mega-tank as long as she is escaping something?

So, Thousandfold Typhoon Hand Signature, kakuri tentacle signature or Flight of the Brilliant Raptor?
Let me introduce you to a combo:
Fat-Rendering Aura(DB-style anima flux, 1L of autodamage a turn in a 1-yard radius around the Infernal, 2L/turn if Fire) + Faster than Sight(invisible and inaudible when running) + Windborn Stride (x3-10x movement speed)

Now just run into a crowd of enemies.
:V

Yes, for example if we're running towards an exit from a CCC situation and someone is trying to hit us.

I think it may also work if we're locked somewhere and we have to kill someone to get the keys to exit? This is less sure, but it does work for stuff like social too, so it should work.

Is online ordering of basic household stuff a thing yet? I bet Molly could leave some very …interesting Amazon reviews for Clorox. :V

Probably should be blanket there.

Edit:

@Artemis1992 I think you should swap swift stride for flexibility, based on this comment from DP on the matter of human scale buildings:

At 12 feet we'll fit just fine in most public places, and with unnatural flexibility things that are a little tight shouldn't be a problem.

The speed loss isn't that significant, since we can get other charms for that, and buy the aspect through RR. Which would be nice since we could stack the boost with the wind stride charm out of Shintai if we needed to.
I'll note I'm six and a half feet tall and I do not fit in every public place perfectly.

Cool. Thought so, but nice to get confirmation.

So, scar-writ saga, + that one charm that reduces difficulty when wet, and Demon Emperor combo means pretty much automatic soak. Tempting, even if hueg size feels impractical.

Also some Charms just lower the difficulty of actions.

Soaking is not an action, it's entirely passive.

This is very important, as that also means wound-penalties don't apply to it.

So, Thousandfold Typhoon Hand Signature, kakuri tentacle signature or Flight of the Brilliant Raptor?
Erupting Fury Rebuke rolls [Charisma + Intimidation Diff 6] and everything in (Successes x 10) Yards crafted by human hands (not in the possession of the Infernal or her allies) is destroyed dealing 5 Levels of Lethal damage and since it destroys everything crafted by human hands armor won't help you Soak that, since it is also exploding, so Mortals are screwed and even the supernatural is going to have a bad day. Transcendent Anathema should up that to Aggravated damage since it is an attack we are making and thus make it even nastier.

Best of all it is a 2dot Lanka Charm so only 6xp. Only down side is it costs 2 Essence and well is not conductive to fighting with allies, civilians, or just anything in general we don't want destroyed nearby. Some supernatural creatures like the Fey might be better off against it given they probably have armor made by inhuman hands and so would be able to use it to help Soak the damage. Still 5 Levels of damage is harsh and would put a lot of enemies on the ground, at least temporarily.

I was under the impression we were going for 'Without Honor Without Hope' for our signature which starts a blizzard.

Evocative of Molly's origin as an Infernal, adds 2 dice to 'all rolls' from soak to attack to damage to willpower to socials to in theory crafting or creating bakemono, provides concealment from ranged weapons to an extent, penalizes anyone not protected from cold by -2 dice (again for 'all rolls' which is crazy), and we already have it. It's surprisingly good as signatures go.

A bit of a masquerade issue in summer, but you know - global warming.

If we get the telekinesis with BRR, I honestly don't expect multiple actions to be a huge issue until we're much further along in the game and throwing down with gods. At which point we'll have bought Thousandfold Typhoon Hand even though it's expensive, and we can just take that as our second signature when we buy Unbound Eschaton Shintai.

Finished reading chat I'll note I really prefer the fluff, theme, and narrative of apocalypse princess and don't want to lock out some of the stuff ujus plan has to our shintai form. I still like his plan I just prefer apocalypse princess from a base standpoint mechanically and the themes especially since in a way its leveraging our mentor 5 someday it could mean something.

By the way not asking for vote to end as thats rude does anyone else ever feel stressed during close votes though? When your winning you worry you'll no longer be winning at any point and when your not winning well your not winning and sometimes both ways you just want vote to end.

Without Honour already adds dice, and just having that 2 dice on hand is...a waste of a Signature, honestly.

Compared to some others that give much more or novel abilities not just a small dice boost.

I expect a lot of high level stuff to resist Cold where it would matter most and compared to multiple free attacks like the Kakuri shadow tentacle Shintai or others is weak
