Green Flame Rising (Exalted vs Dresden Files)

Considering if we were a conventional hell we could invade en mass and probably take over a continent it's pretty impressive as far the rest of the world is concerned.
We're not a conventional Hell, and Yomi Wan can already move forces at will if they so choose.

Impressive does not equal XP-worthy either.
We didnt do it intentionally, nor can we replicate it.
I dont think its fair to count it as an achievement.

Yomi wan can not send out millions they have a limit they sure as hell don't have a way to deploy their whole armies on earth.

Also let's mention again a goal we've had for over a year of real life time of clearing the council of traitors was done and without our interference in fairly sure the council would of suffered a blow worse than the cumulative losses they've suffered since before to the most current book of Dresden files in less than a day. We are likely talking half the council and somewhere in the range of several dozen wardens dead and whatever other members without us. Seriously the first is worth 1 exp and it's not even about resolving things it was just the discovering of it on rewards. I feel if we did the things across this arc across multiple arcs we would of gotten near double the exp but just didn't because it was all at once.

We've arguably done more this arc than the last three combined. Mind you maybe not in amount of interactions or things done but in impact and finishing plots yes.

Ok, so, reasoning:
Molly:
multiple actions which are in the name the plan. Proxy Servant Protocol + By Rage Recast: Extra Limbs = multiple actions at no malus. Treading the Golden Path is for essence economy, which is vital. Sandstrike Blast for ranged option, even though I think that the gun-summoning charm is more useful in the long term. No stat boosts because we did them last turn, and I am fairly sure the point cost wouldn't have dropped to 1 by now. So, waiting here, and asking Tiffany for help. Awakened Eye of the Dragon so we can both use it, and teach it to Dresden and Lydia if she can learn. We have access to a number of locations that make it useful. And I want to slowly expand our knowledge of magic.

Lydia, Tiffany, and Olivia take advantage of the potion regiment and raise their stats by 1 + Tiffany boosts physical stats to 5 across the board. Tiffany buys Human and Vampire countermagic, leaving only Fae unchecked. Lydia buys Fae countermagic, and Molly gets vampiric countermagic, because part of her soul sits right in the middle of their territory.

Olivia buys mana manipulation rituals. With one of those she can make off-brand Jade Talismans (store up to success / 2 mana in a consumable form) greatly helping her action economy. With another she learns to permanently bless locations:
•• Infusion: While a spell can only store a single point
of mana, this ritual allows the sorcerer to store several
points of mana in some consumable object, usually a
potion (especially for alchemists). Each success allows the
item to store one point of mana, though the transfer is
imperfect. For each success, up to two mana can be spent,
half of which (rounded up) "leaks" and is lost, leaving the
other half (rounded down) in the consumable.
••• Shape Mana: With this ritual, the sorcerer can
make substantial changes to the flow of mana. Positive
energy can be turned toxic, curses can be turned into
blessings, and ley lines can be bent to go where the
sorcerer wants. These effects are generally permanent,
though some require regular rituals (more frequently for
bigger effects) to maintain them. The size of the effect is
determined by the number of successes. A single success
can dissipate bad luck. Three successes, however, can
bring good fortune (-1 difficulty on all commerce, better
healing at a hospital, etc.). Five or more successes can
allow truly spectacular changes, like moving ley lines,
changing what a ward defends again, etc.
With Molly lending her 20+ dice with Proxy Servant protocol, while Olivia uses her mana and hellweaving for -5 DC adjustment, she should be getting 10+ successes. Possibly 20+. Spectacular results await.

Anyway, this is my first draft for now. And I am off to sleep.

I like it but we dont actually need to bless the land to create protections for our hell, we can always use our crafting charm to create a location. Not only that but as the god is fused with the land he could also be empowered by being fused with it.

Actually can someone tell me what is this charm "Treading the Golden Path", Im not sure if its handmade or from the corebook.

I will be honest Yog. Give me some points in politics because this is too much. They are needed now, we participate in politics too often not to know it. I usually support you, but this plan does not quite meet my desires.

Should we get a Perfect Defense? We have clones as backup, but it's always nice to get some more protection. Or a scene-long reflexive dodge/block like Opened Eye of the Hurricane. Reflexive counterattacks from Thousandfold Typhoon Hand would also help the next time we're dueling a murderblender.

A perfect defense gives us less means to do a Jesus and someday we should do a Jesus :p

If we want a ranged attack we should get Principle Invoking Onslaught, not Sandstrike Blast
PIO is keyed off Dex + Firearms, Sandstrike Blast is keyed off Dex+Athletics
PIO is DC6, Sandstrike Blast is DC5
We have Firearms 0 and Athletics 2

If we want a ranged attack we take Sandstrike Blast first.

Opportunity costs at the moment suggest we cant afford it without skimping elsewhere.

To put this out there, if we die and respawn through a clone our essence rating goes down one and whatever charms we bought at that rating we died at get locked until further notice. Also if someone or something manages to kill us at least some of our party is also going to die being realistic.

Who Strikes the Wind? is 9xp with a pretty convenient flaw for Molly's build. We could grab that instead of False Springs Beckon since we already have Mercy In Servitude. For whom are we getting F.S.B?

I'm pretty sure we got a ruling on this. Don't have time to waste looking for it right now. @DragonParadox can you confirm this?

As far as I can see in the ExvsWoD book since you can take any charm at any level all you lose is your essence. Still this thread has been going on for a while, if someone does find a quote of me saying otherwise please quote it. Hopefully that would remind me of what past me was thinking.
