Green Flame Rising (Exalted vs Dresden Files)

[X] Explain that you do know a magical healer if she wants one

Tiffany could use more Faith. And, damn, we might as well open a marketplace: "new powers offering magical services in exchange for faith". Lydia can probably do something like this with ghosts, I guess.
Nah, he Charms can empower or summon minions in a few ways, but not Ghosts.

Her power clearly thinks those should rest, not bother the living.

She is nicer to ghosts than her father used to be, but her nature and power is to make them move on, not strengthen them.

Lash is associated with Molly who is a political figure of great importance of which the U.S. Gov will become more and more aware of down the line.

I'd really rather not do anything with Marcone, a drug supplier and whatever else, we don't even need him to begin with. We can let Lash know so she can help the kid and grow contacts but I hope people don't want to get involved with Marcone going forward.

He even becomes a Denarian in canon and we don't know how long he had the damn thing.

Harry opens the door.
There are Molly, Tiffany, Mab and Red King in a dress all with their own home cooked bentos in hands waiting for him. Murphy is jumping behind their backs trying to look over their shoulders.
Harry closes the door and starts running.
I mean, we could probably make Susan the Red Queen while having her maintain her personality / soul / mind / whatever. She wouldn't be a normal red, but we could probably make her red enough for government work, and then put her on the throne with our support. Would need a lot of diablaree in the process, but it's doable.

Yeah, ok, that's fair. We should at some point look at reclaiming her ancestral kingdom if it's still there in some way. I mean, she's Arawn's heir, and he was head of a major NeverNever realm. Practically a yama king (only for the western powers).

While I greatly, greatly dislike Marcone and how he is a karma Houdini in the canon, one has to ask - if he had ways to gain legitimate power exceeding what he gets through crime, would he still be a criminal? If not, then helping him to power is a net benefit to society, because he's not a bad manager.

Glad you feel the same way. That would depend on his motives for gaining power in the first place. I'd suggest using the charm to see his greatest shame then work from there but that'll probably just show us the girl getting shot, which we already know of OOC.

Just giving him more power wouldn't be a net benefit on its own, he'd just use it to expand his illegal activities and again it's not like we have to settle for people like that to begin with. He's not worse than the man eating monsters we have under our employ but that's not a very high bar to begin with and the Jade Dogs aren't actively hurting people anymore.

So, at the moment, can Molly offer making a healing potion with four dots of Alchemy or only two?
Not for something like this.

Restoring someone after a decades-long coma takes either a very skilled healer like Lash, or if you want to use crafting a literal miracle in a bottle.
Probably more Splendor than Alchemy, at least in terms of cost and effort.

I mean if a human was just shoot with a gun that is just lethal damage. Agg damage according to the definitions supplied is supernatural in nature either by virtue of the attack or the being attacked. So our health potion should be able to heal it.
These gifts you can grant, can they heal?" There's quiet intensity in her words you had not heard before, though what emotion may be stirring behind those dull dark eyes you could not say.

The answer of course is 'no', but is it only no? After all you know that Tiffany managed to heal Harry yesterday and if her skills have grown enough to deal with the mess those things had made of him she could make right any mortal sickness or injury. On the other hand Tiffany is still... a kind of Lasciel even if she is kinder. It's hand to forget her flirting ankle deep in blood in the tunnels.
The answer obviously isn't no from what information we have so far. We can totally health lethal damage and she hasn't described the nature of the injury yet.

[X]Not directly, but I am very skilled alchemist.

Not that I don't want Tiffany to do it, but this can't do attitude rubs me the wrong way.

Agg damage can also be mundane. Fire, acid, radiation, certain types of wounds that do not heal naturally are most common.

Even if we could heal it I'm not seeing a reason to deny Lash the possible faith points. She needs to build power before the inevitable Denarian attack.

I'd simply say that the fact that she didn't heal in a decade, means that this isn't damage anymore, in mechanical terms.

I'd rather count it as some sort of affliction or disease, on the more difficult end of curability because it seems permanent.

Wonder if the dream magic could also cure a coma.

No, fire is universal agg for example.

None supernatural ones do exist.
I mean the wiki
Lethal damage is serious trauma which may cause death, and generally requires medical attention. Lethal damage is probably the most common, certainly in combat. Examples: being shot or stabbed, burned by a fire, major electrocution.

Also
In most cases, there is no meaningful distinction between Lethal and Aggravated damage for mortal human beings; either will kill them just as quickly.

Thats for mortal, they don't have aggravated health tracks. Its only a difference for people that can work through lethal damage.

Since the Door is now open to custom charms, charm that buffs our business and factions we support is something we should get.
Endless Torment Emanation can actually work that way just by cursing all attempts to get in your way.

If you want a more direct buff then you are going to have to work hard to make it fit the Infernal flavor.

Lash is probably the greatest healer on the planet right now, right? I mean, maybe there's an archwizard healer being a hermit somewhere in the Himalayas, but Lash is literally in Chicago, an airplane ride away from anywhere in the world. All I'm saying is there are a lot of people willing to make bad deals with worse people for a fraction of the kind of healing Lash can deal out.

Even the White Council might want Lash on retainer, given their state of war and need to get everybody injured back in the field asap. That Lash can heal Agg damage so trivially makes her special; that she could be willing to do so for a relative pittance makes her unique; that she is easily available to do so makes her the no. 1 target of anyone who wants healing/doesn't want their enemy healed.

ETE hurt enemy factions it does not buff our own efforts, which is generally more valuable.

Already done
The Hell of Burrowing Maggots Charms
Glimmer of the oasis at night. (••••)
invoking the powers of the Hell's upon a leader of the project they, and their subordinates are filled with a thirst, that they know intuitively can only be sated by completing their work, they have been assigned. Thou those blessed by the hell's often struggle to resist the power and resist the rightful order of the world, save for the truly supplicant.

System
By spending essences equal to the magnitude of the people working on a project the Infernal can bless the project they assign with quickness and speed. The project will be accelerates from its normal pace by twice the internals essence. EX a E3 infernal can cause a project to happen at 6 times the normal speed.
This blessing is reduced by the relative power of the head manager, or the second in command if the Infernal is the project head. EX a E3 infernal with an Areta 4 mage as their second will only have the project be accelerated by the 2 times the normal speed.
But if the Project head or the infernal second possesses the true faith merit in the infernal personally, the project instead is increased by their relative power. EX the E1 infernal assign an Arete 2 mage to lead a project it will move at 4 times the normal speed.
This blessing can be applied to any long duration project that would take more then a single days work. Be it political campaigning, Court cases, or construction projects.
Only Essence number of projects can be accelerated by the Infernal at any one time.
