So, I am not good at figuring out how to pull it of exactly, but I have here a few things, in order of priority (in my opinion) we need to do:
1. Research The inhibitor chips. That needs to be finished this turn, if possible.
2. Attempting to stay in budget. It is not absolutely vital, but still important. On that matter, whats our current budget per turn? (assuming we don't take any money from The Sith)
3. Training in General. We need to have the best army possible, and training is a good way to reach that.
4. Fleet. As far as I know, after the first set of goals are continued, I am guessing our next goal will be getting a fleet, but can't hurt to begin early…
5. Genemods. Helpful, definetly, but interfere with inhibitor chips. Not entirely sure what we would want.
Although I personally wouldn't go to further reduce the ageing issues.
6. Placating the Sith aka implanting thr inhibitor chips. This point is our least and highest priority at the same time: We can't have them too angry with us, with too angry being a very nebolous statement, on the other hand, we don't want them to succeed. Which means doing what they want is only really something we should throw our all behind if it brings us an advantage in crushing their plans.
