Grand Army of the Republic: A Star Wars Plan Quest

Okay, uh...apparently, Jar Jar took several levels in badass then. What the hell happened?
He did the same throughout the Clone Wars. Jar Jar saved senator Amidala from captivity, forced a band of pirates to surrender by him self, befriended wild creatures to aid him, and destroyed numerous droids and ships... So I think he might qualify for the trope crouching moron, hidden badass, maybe.

//Edit: Correction he does qualify and is listed under the trope.

Jar-Jar canonically earnt the respect of Mace Windu during the Clone Wars in both Disney and Legends.

Does cloning become a long term tradition or does it eventually become mostly superseded by normal sexual reproduction?
Honestly, considering that they are Mandos I could see adoption overcoming cloning before normal sexual reproduction does.

Madalorian culture is very adoption prone, and there's probably a bunch of war orphans running arround.

As far as clones go, how vulnerable are they to biological and chemical weaponry what with them being genetically identical? And are there countermeasures against these weapons?

IIRC, technically basically as much as the average person. I think we did a "Anti-Targeted Bioweapon" upgrade, which probably evens things out to relative normalcy.

If not, then it's a canonical method to strike against the entire logistical chain.

In before he unironically becomes one of the best Chancellors the Republic has ever known, getting re-elected the Maximum Amount of Terms, establishing all the needed reforms and leading the Nation's Recovery into a new Golden Age.
Keep in mind that longest lastinf Chancellor was Blottus, who was a Hutt, at like...275 years back around 9000 BBY. He's actually considered one of the best Chancellors the republic has ever had EVEN by the time of this quest. Even thousands of years after his death, his favorite seat innthe Lounge was left empty in respect for him. And no, he wasnt corrupt.

Wow 🤯. A non-corrupt Hutt as Supreme Chancellor and doing a superlative job too... the legends were true after all.

This is genuine news to me, I have never heard of him before, and now I am glad I have. Where can I read about him?

The Galactic Republic has existed for longer than there has been civilizations on Earth.

Congrats on finishing the quest. The course of the war was satisfying. It was a shame to see so many die, but the way it played out was great, and in the end, felt rewarding. We built that giant ass army of billions.

A respected war hero and close friend of the Jedi Order.

Godspeed, Jar-Jar, he's got my vote. He cares about the little people. All jokes aside he isn't a bad guy.

That I already knew, it is just a lot of the exact details of its history are not known to me. But for a Hutt, who as I remember the Hutts are not part of the republic, to have become supreme chancellor is a surprise to me.

So what's Obi-Wan's rep in this version of the quest, anyways? The Negotiator? The Casanova?

The Anime Protagonist? 😀
Perhaps he became Mand'alor. He's certainly qualified, and having Mace be both Grand Master and Mand'alor might worry people, and he's the one person who has a fighting chance of reuniting the factions without killing most of them. He even has a title, which can become Mandalore the Negotiator, although depending on if he gets Satine to side with him(and how people assume he gets her to side with him) it might be a bit more salacious.
Probably not happening, but it would be a interesting development. :)

There is also a hutt jedi somewhere.
And for those wondering how the hell the fattest living sapients in the galaxy managed to survive to interstellar travel...this is where we should remember that Hutts are not obligate fatasses. They choose to not exercise enough. Underneath that fat is a giant tub of pure muscle at least 6 feet wide, over 10 feet long, equipped with arms as wide as a human torso. That Hutt Jedi? He choose to not be fat...even after falling to the darkside about 380 years ago on a random planet. No one knows he has. Nor knows he is still alive.

Hutts are a legitimately scary species to fight if they give a fuck about staying in shape. And as an empire...lets not forget that the Hutts run crime cartels not because they have a species-wide tendency to doing so...but because the Hutts nearly destroyed themselves and the Hutt Empire around 15000 BBY in the Hutt Cataclysms. The hutts used to be that warlike. The space between the Tion Cluster and The Hutt Empire is filled with dead worlds that the Hutts leveled to such a degree and with such speed that people now think a supernova happened. The conflict that saw them do that. Literally the reason the Republic is a Galactic Republic. It stopped being a collection of core worlds explictly because the Tion Cluster requested the Republic's aid in return for joining it against the Hutts so as to stop the Hutts from exterminating them.

Theres little reason to think the Hutts dont have laying around the means to repeat such feats still. The species has always been a bit paranoid.

Well Obi-Wan's love life is probably gonna end up a reality show for some people, not sure what or who to prefer for this...

I wonder what Boba Fett's eventual fate is and how he turns out? Also just Jango's friends thoughts about him especially after the war?

What about the Mandalorian companies? What are their fates and relation to the Republic?

Also seems like there would suddenly be a decent amount of people related to a Jedi and Clone/New Mandalorian.

Finally, I wonder what would happen if for whatever reason this galaxy and it's current Republic was to meet/encounter the Canon and/or Legends? Either just people from there or the galaxies as a whole? Seems like it could be interesting no matter the specific timeline.
Really the reaction alone involving the New Mandalorians and their roles...

Someone didn't think of the Clones as disposable organic droids, but real sentient beings, and that makes all the difference.

Right I don't know about if you're going to do a another post coming that will answer it, but if not I got a question.
So the Sith went into the unknown regions probably to do their normal back up plan of leaving behind stuff that will lay the ground work for future invasions. That's all well and good, but they aren't the only thing in the unknown regions. Are the forming a new sith empire, or did they accidentally run into the chiss or the vong? Speaking of which are the vong still going to hit the republic and if so how will the republic endure it. If it's bad how will the chancellor at the time be viewed as having handled it.
Also is jango going to be remembered in the future for his accomplishments even if it's just on kamino?

...That was significantly more then one question.

Unknown and I am leaving that open-ended as it hasn't been enough time to go either way. As for the Vong and related questions, unknown as it is too far into the future for me to decide what happens with them or if they even invade at all. With Jango, he will be remembered as his clones will be too famous/infamous for him to be forgotten if only because people will be asking who the clones are clones of.
