Somehow, I don't think that A) Shirou would ever even remotely consider digging up his dad's body and mutiliating it for more magical power, and B) Kiri's body would be very useful anyways considering he died of having ten trillion grail curses shoved into him at the end of the 4th war, which probably corroded his magical abilities away. Otherwise I'm willing to bet he would have dropped by Einzbern Castle personally to kidnap Ilya.

Canon wise Kiritsugo carried part of Emiya crest in his body. If medea can fix shirou's circuits can she not restore Emiya cresr and implant it to shirou as well?

Or she does get her Saber class servant: Muramasa.

I'm hoping we get EMIYA archer, Prism Illya, illya's mom, and one of the Sakura faces as servants for the war all fighting against their counter part just to make things more awkward.

Edit: in the event this does happen i want at least one servant chastising Prism Illya for what she wears, perferribly her mother, F/SN illya, or Archer.

Well, in the original rules. But the original rules also didn't allow for anti-heroes like Medea, Medusa, Gilles de-Rais, etc etc. And Angra Mainyu screwed that right up. Given Mr. Wraith-kun Sasaki Kojiro could be summoned, you can make a strong argument that the 'no Eastern Servants' rule isn't active either.

Assassin doesn't count as an actual servant for the war. He counts as a shade and it's that loophole that allows for actual assassin to be summoned by Zouken. Also the anti hero rule isn't a hard rule like no locale heroes or no divine spirits.

Plus, even the anti-hero rule being broken is due to the Einzberns futzing with the Grail in the 3rd war to summon Avenger.
