Hmm, how would you feel about something like this? Does at least a bit of everything so nothing falls behind, and gets in a substantial amount of sparing to make Thresh happy.

This one is more heavily involved with Sparring while day 1 is focused on improving our strength and speed, while day 2 would be spend on increasing our defensive and staying power. Also why I don't include meditation is that despite Verge using magic it is very much not the main focus of his build and fighting style. No that lies more in fighting skills and physical might far more. So imporving on the main points of him instead of a little of everything is (imo) the best path.

Spirit and special aren't just tied to magic tho, any of Verg attacks that aren't just generic punch or kick also benefit from them.

I'll acknowledged that, but I stand by what I said about Verge Relying on his physical powerress and skills for more then his energy based abilities.

Also out of curiosity why does every plan skip Endurance?

You know, good point there Deme, I'll adapt my Standard Day Plan to have Endurance instead(It more fits the Shaolin theme anyhow). it's the Nose To The Grindstone day compared to the much more easygoing alternating day plan.

@undead frog , @Scaryghosts , letting you guys know so you can adapt accordingly.

  • Spinal Tap: A special strike, that injects energy into the opponent's spine or corresponding area, temporarily paralyzingly them.Tremor: Strikes the ground, creating a localized earthquake and throwing up debris.
  • Tremor: Strikes the ground, creating a localized earthquake and throwing up debris.
  • Gale Claw (Variant) : Forms a series of wind-blades on each claw; Special Property: Bonus Corrosive Damage Over Time.
  • Razor Wind (Wind/Desire Empowered Variant) : Uses energy to form a blade of wind over one's claws, which can then be thrown. Special Property: Corrosive viral damage.
  • Jūoudaken (Fist Of The Fallen Beast King) (Wrath Variant) : A blast of dark energy in the shape of a roaring lion's head, both fast and powerful. Special Property: Burning viral damage.
  • Shishi Jūhazan (The King Of Fists) : GrappLeomon's Ultimate Technique. Utilizes a mixture of centrifugal force, internal energy and maximized turbine power to unleash a punch strong enough to carry its own field of gravity, further drawing opponents in for incredible damage.
Our turbines are also powered by our Special and Spirit, so take that into consideration.

Well for me it's because I tailored my plan to have Verge be able to kill Repulsa as fast as possible, and any fight with Repulsa wouldn't last long enough for the extra Endurance to kick in, as I'm pretty sure that Endurance is one of her lower stats, as she seems to be a Glass Cannon/Fragile Speedster build.

I mean if we're doing attacks based off stats there's more physical ones.

Techniques:
  • Mach Jab: A quick accurate punch, though not a very strong attack.
  • Mach Jab Combo: A flurry of quick accurate punches sent from a single hand, meant to pressure opponents.
  • Uppercut: A short, powerful close ranged punch meant to hit the foes head. Potentially stunning if landed correctly.
  • Megaton Punch: A very powerful, if overly telegraphed punch using the same principles as Muscle charge, just used for the purposes of a single strike.
  • Tai Atari/Body Attack: A basic tackle using either shoulder, not very damaging but can move most mon around.
  • Atemigaeshi/Maul Attack: Counters an opponents strike while knocking them down. May also include a follow up strike.
  • Hammer Rush: A continuous series of powerful punches meant to pressure opponents and deal heavy damage.
  • Sharp Fangs: An enhanced bite that also utilizes energy to make a mon's teeth both tougher and sharper for a short period of time.
  • Dash Knuckle: A technique that transfers the momentum of a run or sprint into a concentrated punch.
  • Winning Straight: A fast, powerful strike delivered in a straight line.
  • Vortex Kick: A roundhouse/reverse roundhouse strike with the leg, quick, powerful and far-reaching.
  • Cyclonic Kick: A spinning roundhouse/reverse roundhouse kick, utilizing the power of increased momentum to deal even greater damage than normal.

Also that Skill allows us to anticapte blows and counter/dodge, strengthen our strikes. And the obvious effects the Physical Stas have.

Admittedly, that actually would give us an avenue to beat her. instead of trying to match her at her own game, outlast her.
I'm pretty sure we can already outlast her with our Endurance, but keep in mind Repulsa is faster than us and can fly, and considering her trauma at Agnimon's hand and the fact she knows we killed Count, she would probably flee when her energy starts to wane, and were still raring to go.

Demenos you do know that skill is the one we got from Gryzmon and it's Zen... thus it likley (The antipation part anyway) benefits from meditation.... also sharp fangs explicitly uses energy.

So long as we get meditation in I am good. Whilst our lowest stats they give Verg some good versatility, help him with healing and doing it will also slowly make it he can fight in water without sinking to the very bottom.

Our best attacks uses Special and Spirit, plus Sparring won't raise our talent caps, plus without a trainer to boosts Verge's skill gains like MayorTyrannomon, it seems best to utilize our time to boosts our caps.

I don't think we need any sessions dedicated specifically to Endurance, because we get a ton of it by default from our food and as a side effect of Strength and Fortitude (and Agility) training, as well as from sparing.

To reiterate understand that our talent is our stat multiplier with an example of our Strength stat being B+++ gives us a multiplier of (14.75), the higher our talent the more stats we gain, and training our stat directly is one of the only ways of increasing our talent caps.

Sparring while increasing our skills don't do anything to progress our strength stat, and is best done when we have a trainer like MayorTyrannomon to boost our skill gain.

This is true, but sparing also improves our relationship with Thresh, which is why my plan dedicated two slot to it.

I only put one slot on Meditation because that's something we can do without a proper training facility, but I don't want to neglect it completely.

My reasoning is pretty simple, Standard Day is where we grind ourselves into the dirt(and gain bonus Thresh Points for getting into punchups with the meathead), while the Alternating Day is for Verge to recuperate and reflect on how he can do it better.

Just as forging a sword doesn't entirely mean you just stick it in fire until it's red-hot then start banging away on it with a hammer, so too is proper training not simply grinding yourself into the dirt every single day. even Verge is aware of this. one must set aside time for their mind to catch up and recover.
A Healthy Mind and a Healthy Body makes for a Healthy Soul. and if a warrior is in possession of all three? why, perhaps his fists may yet conquer even the heavens themselves!

Available Training Focuses:
[] Strength Focus (4 Strength, 1 Fortitude, 1 Endurance)
[] Agility Focus (4 Agility, 1 Strength, 1 Endurance)
[] Fortitude Focus (4 Fortitude, 1 Endurance 1 Strength)
[] Endurance Focus (4 Endurance, 1 Agility 1 Strength)
[] Meditation: (2 special 2 Spirit) (Progress on Slide Evolution & Spirit Manipulation, Void-walking in water/lava)
[] Sparring (Balanced + Fighting Skill)
It doesn't specifically say it improves our relationship with Thresh.

Also Justinkal is right, if you take a look into the options, every physical option trains Endurance by one point, take that and our Endurance supplements into account, and I'd say that Endurance is already being increased plenty.

I want just don't want to be weak in one area and also raise our skills. Probably not the bets mind set for this stuff but it's what I am going with and right now spirit and special could use some raising.

It doesn't specifically say it, but he's the best sparing partner around for us, and he loves sparing.
You do realize were still going to be spending 80 days training with each other regardless right? Isn't that bonding enough? Also a single slot to sparring should be enough as we should really be raising our caps, as raising our skill gains without trainers is kind of inefficient.

To clarify something. The turbines amp up all of Verge's physical attack moves, based on a mixture of special and fighting spirit/emotion.
