So the Boss is back but this time digivolved and brought is life stealing Tree champion boss. And a bunch of mooks.

Scrap.

Okay first off we're going to most likely need that healing disk. While it'll set us back we're face TWO champions and a Lot of Rookies. So the heals will help.

Second we should leave Woodmon to Flame. Woodmon tend to be on the slow side for champions and with Flame having a Element advantage I say he can hold his own.

Sparks is in a Champ mech so he should be fine. Although the evolved Boss does worry me he's probably just a fresh Champion so I think Sparks can last.

I suggest we help the others face the Gobli hoard. The sooner the mooks are down the sooner our other allies are freed up.

Also I doubt Verge can help much regarding the Champions. Verge maybe able to pierce woodmon but V is to slow and a easier target for Woody. And for Wiz? He already faced Verge enough times to learn his stick.

Gank the Mage first! The only thing you aim for before Mages are Clerics.

Also better safe than sorry, we can find a way to earn more money, we're not gonna have a way to bring back friends.

Lastly remember Otōto is Japanese for little Brother (you can write it as Otouto to remove the accent mark)

With Sparks and his Mecha we have a chance, distracting the Wizardmon or making him split his focus may be what sparks needs to get some good hits in. It's not without risks, but if we can end the fight faster I think it worth it to take the chance.

Yeah we should prob help sparks.

I will bully the wabbit into training in any way I can. If that involves shoving entire solid blocks of creatine into her mouth then that's what I will do.

Forgot to vote on this one. Come on guys, let's actually make Verge's character flaws fucking matter instead of being window-dressing. He's not some minmaxing SV ubermensch who always makes the most optimal decision. He promised Lunamon that tiara, so I think he would turn down the smarter choice in favor of saving for it. This isn't optimal, but it's interesting and compelling. Come on, guys!

It's not the big deal Shamanmon, he doesn't talk in the same way. If it was that guy there'd be a little more narrative weight and emphasis placed on it.

Sooner Gramps gets free the better.

Sparks' "suit" has a lot of exposed openings. That Wizardmon (who I will wager all the Bits we have is the Shammanmon from before that was running the operation) has some potent electrical attacks that can possibly short out the suit, or a lucky shot might even hit Sparks, and as young as he is, I doubt he'd be able to take a hit from a Champion.

Seriously, I really really don't want to buy it. To me, the "Buy it" vote is epitome of the boring perfect SV Mary Sue quest protag. Not saying that's what Verge is, but he'd be acting that way if he bought it. Think: if you weren't controlling Verge, do you honestly think he would buy that disk?

You do have a fair point No.

Also if we digivolve this fight we may not have time to make more money like I thought.

[X] Don't buy it.

Everyone! The wizardmon may know magic, if he attempts any magic we need to stop him.

I propose we just yell 1's and 0's at him in random orders to mess him up, like you do to people counting.

My reasoning is that someone might die if we don't bring this recovery disk, and since we are in a battle we can get more loot.

As for Wizardmon, Sparks is piloting a Machine type who are weak to electricity in alot of settings. Also, we might be able to recognize when he uses High Programming Language and give a warning.

Also... I wonder if Gramps is trying to get this finished asap because he's aware he doesn't have much time left...

For of the love of-!

Can we please not do the Let's not do the make things "intersting" by ignoring the healing item before a big fight!

There is something up with that Tiara and I'm not giving it up easily

I don't know why the fuck people are ignoring the goddamned healing item, but this shit is IMPERATIVE to have in a fight especially when you aren't sure of the enemies strength, we have awhile to recoup the losses since we waited to buy and give it to Lunamon anyways.

We're probably the only person in our group that has an understanding of programming, so helping out Sparks with the enemy magicuser should be a no-brainer.

So, something I'd like to as the thread at large since I don't have preparations in place for this. Can anyone come up with a good nickname for Verge's new ward? Best I've seen so far was Chompy.:p

Oh man, that shit about distracting the Wizardmon is actually brilliant. I'm sure it'd be useless against more experienced magic users, but this guy only started using formal High Programming like a week ago, so it might actually work. Definitely adding that into my vote.
