I mean, in a sense, this vindicates all the bullshit he's had to deal with. Getting an S+ tier Gallantmon out of Thresh and all that is already a massive gain.
It also puts a timer on other factions that might want to take a piece of the Bulwark.

Dealing with Thresh is bad enough but Verge is still growing as an Ult on top of being in the same faction.

Leopard/Duftmon truly must be celebrating this moment, as Threst who he didn't have too much hope truly became the Knight that he was learning to become. Also Luna, she probably passed out in this moment looking at the dragon becoming a Knight in a moment of maturation.

This fits so well, Threst can't be angry when he gave his all, and his brother truly put all the bets off. Verge never underestimated him for a single second or held back, he knew and fucking understood that Threst had a last bet and trump card and keep Avalon for it. When Threst understood the honor, and accepted defeat with dignity he evolved because he finally figured it all out.

What Fonte, what Verge, what Leopardmon and so many other mons have said and done... it clicked with not only acceptance but honoring this fight as the best one that he had.

Leopardmon: "And now I have to see exactly how much damage control I need to run to ensure that I keep this new asset."

..... Verge refusing to be brought to his knees in the face of a mega evo that brough a Warrior 10 tier to its own would be awseome.... if the fact that its wording didn't make me think of Settra from warhammer fantasy or sterotypical cat belligerence.

Does that mean Thresh is a Shiny for lack of a better term?

Since he is more or less a color variant with better stats then a standard version of his kind.
Being around Verge creates shiny type digimon.
Correct. However the shout here wasn't ChaosGallantmon, but Gallantmon. Meaning there's a lot less panic here.
Oh right did Thresh's Aura suddenly change to holy given Gallentmon tends to be a Holy Knight type?
Yes. It's a weird, Holy, Hazard Viral aura that doesn't make any fucking sense.
Also the Bulwark just go significantly more scary as a faction.
And this is just a taste of what Leopardmon wants. With this mon are starting to realize that the "Chevaliers" are actually future heavyweights ala Thresh. Well, most won't be that strong but... still in that range.
Question about this. Does this mean this is currently the second densest mega aura he's ever sensed (Jabba was gigantic, and thus not dense), or is it because he never properly sensed the aura of mon like Duftmon and Vulcanusmon because they keep their aura contained most of the time.
Yesn't.

Yeah, this was his gamble paying off big time... right after it looked like snake eyes. Like, rolling a pair of ones, only for them to flip to six's last second.
Just as awesome as expected, kudos to you drexal.
Thank you.
Thresh's incredibly hype transformation has, uh, handed Verge the win as a side effect. A bit anti-climactic, but on the whole I kiiiinda think Thresh got a good consolation prize out of it.
TBf Verge had already won basically. AVALON was still activated and Thresh was running down the clock fast so... he was screwed anyways.
Be honest how many people in the stands were expecting Megidramon?
Well considering his aura literally looked like a Megidramon... well, people were ready for another city destroyed, zone being corrupted and fight to the death.

If you listen closely enough you can hear Skire shouting and crying with sheer joy all the way from flux mountain.

I would say he might be worried about people wising up and trying to poach them to their own side but Leopardmon already has like four of the future ones under his banner , one being good friend with two of of the one he already has and the last known one other being a mercenary with no real allegiance.

A holy viral digimon that can dunk on most of the server is rather a big catch

I wonder if this will have astamon shake up the plan in response. with Bulwark getting a new ace and a bunch of other new heavy hitters throwing his stuff at the host and Bulwark even with the temples is going to be dicey at best

The Temples especially are probably going to need a bit more reassurance too.

Remember the Gloaming lasts as long as it does via going gorilla warfare.

...... The temples meanwhile are stationary and geographically far apart.

So I calculated Verge's current stats as a percentage of Thesh's hardcapped, pre-evolution stats.

Strength: 100.9% (2nd softcap)
Fortitude: 97.4% (1st softcap)
Endurance: 113.8% (1st softcap)
Agility: 98.7% (2nd softcap)
Special: 90.5% (2nd softcap)
Spirit: 78.5% (2nd softcap)

As can be seen here, even if Verge doesn't reach his hardcaps before evolving, there's good odds that all of his stats except Spirit and maybe Special will be higher than Thresh's before evolution, with some stats being significantly higher than Thresh's. And depending on what mega Verge gets, he'll likely have similar or even larger stat multipliers than Thresh got.

Really shows how much of a freak of raw potential Verge is.

and the addition of Thresh whom fresh off evolving is stronger than a lot of Vet mega makes Bulwark a very scary enemy to add to the list.

Hmm, Ya think Thresh is gonna stick around to watch the fights or Leopardmon is gonna take him off to do some training to get used to his new form and weapon.

Also I wonder how the prince is taking this, He seems more focused on Verge ( will probably hit mega before Verge)but Thresh still had a hand in his defeat.

Likely going back to the flux to train while verge does his hunt but will be back to watch and Flex on everyone

Leopard mon is doing the PR equivalent of a victory lap

Nice to see all the lessons Thresh has been learning finally pay off in a big way! And the dramatic entrance where he "killed" his previous evil form has to have been intentional on Thresh's part, it's too grandiose and show stopping not to be. Thresh is a bit of an attention seeker after all, and what better to get peoples attention than by killing the previous apocalypse everyone lives in fear of in front of a massive crowd?

Being more aware of social stuff has given him the power of..... PRESENTATION!
