Since no one else is asking, my initial curiosities are twofold:
First, how is Jessica Ongeluk doing these days? She should be about thirteen by now.
And secondly, what was the alluded Oblivion Incident? Anastasia mentioned it in the same breath as the Second Fall of Rome, so that ought to be good.

She's actually dead. During the third World War good chunks of South America, Western Europe and Indonesia all got bombed really, really, well. She died when Germany was invaded by France and Turkey before England was able to get help across the channel. The whole war was a massive clusterfuck of epic proportions.
The oblivion event is why Humanity is also respected by Divine Beings and why Shiva-Sil doesn't try to simply up and attack Gaia directly.
Another Divine Being that I've yet to actually make a name for tried to hit Gaia directly some time after Humanity discovered that she was a thing. A large portion of Edinburg Scotland was flattened but very little actual loss of life. Humanity, still reeling from Rome did what seemed reasonable at the time and set off a nuke in the new Being's face.
One dead god later and Gaia uploaded a new gif to the internet. Scotland was not amused.
The nuke's detonation was also missed by the rest of the LDC's mortal races at the time because they were looking somewhere else entirely. The only reason anyone else really knows it happened is because the Divine Beings talked about it for a while and the damn gif.

It's most likely because the One World Government has monopoly on Nukes and can be sure that whatever they're using it on either can't retaliate with more Nukes, or can and will use similar levels of firepower anyway.

Did any A.P solder had good working relationship with the others races? Like fighting back to back, don't mind sharing a meal etc?

Not very. They mostly tried to stay out of it because being a magical girl was still a new thing to them and didn't know exactly how strong they were in comparison to the weapons of the time. It wasn't until near the end when the Grand Crusade actually kicked off to unite the world that MGs finally got involved.
Mostly terrorists, psycho cults, mass murderers, and minor warlords. They were considered little more than a hoax until the Crusade.
As I said, they were considered little more than a Hoax for a long while before the Crusade hit. Urban and local legends that cropped up every now and then that no one could really put names or faces to. A number of countries actually went over the top in dealing with possible Magical Girls and tried arresting suspected ones, which really didn't help matters.
A lot of political leaders flipped their shit, caused mass panic in dozens on countries and a Five Year old Girl did something that was outright impossible and got it posted on You Tube. Lots of Unreasonable People being Unreasonable and shit spiraled out of control faster than you could say 'Nazi dat coming'.
The funny part is Germany was trying to the voice of reason for the first five months of the War.
Yes. Quite a few actually. Commander Mason is one of them: remember the Angel from a few updates back? They're the best of friends.
And knowledge on Half-Angels/Half-Elves had to come from somewhere.
Not long after the end of the Crusade people started talking about colonization again. Mostly because of a baby boom.
They stumbled across the ability to open portals to different dimensions by complete accident when a guy researching into new energy sources nearly blew himself up because he watched too much SciFy. For a year or so after that, the still-new Akashic Pillar investigated what was to later be named Hope. Once colonization started and the first city Elysium was built they were introduced to the greater LDC when an Elf survey team portaled right into Elysium's outskirts and nearly gave a poor construction worker a heart attack.
The Elves, once they worked out a few things, let the Fairy Realms and Heaven know about Humanity. Members of the Unaligned Front heard about it from them, and through them the Unified Darkness heard about it.
As stated a while ago, we were soo giddy about other sentient life nearly nobody could really take us seriously, so we quickly built a reputation of being awe-struck moe blobs. The Fairies loved us.
The Second Fall of Rome was when the closest Demon Lord to Earth from the Thirteenth Hell decided they were tired of how much energy they had to spend to get their forces to the front lines. Earth at the time, was situated right on the Unified Light's battle lines and seemingly undefended. Making it a highly attractive target to take and hold for the War effort.
So, he took the Second Legion of Hell and opened a portal straight from his holdings and right into the Roman Coliseum.
He had his forces sack the city and kill everything that moved at the time, wanting to quickly turn it into a beachhead to further his invasion of Earth, and roughly 98% of Rome's population was slaughtered.
Local military forces tried fighting back but at the time magic was still new and we had yet to really get into the swing of using it for any kind of military purposes so what forces managed to respond didn't do so well against the numbers arrayed against them. Once the initial 'counter attack', if you could even call it that, was beat off they moved to invade the rest of Italy.
But by the time they managed to do that, Italy figured out what was happening, flipped their shit, and counter-invaded in mass. The local forces beat them back into and through the gate, and Humanity being unreasonably livid from the demonic attack tossed a nuke through the portal as a 'Thank you, but Fuck your everything' gift.

How big was the nuke? Because if they tossed out the largest possible nuclear weapon they could, plus counting the more advanced technology and the advances that were probably made due to the war, their might just be a crater several miles across where the invasion point was.
Wow. No wonder people are somewhat scared of Humanity. Not having to worry about nuclear retaliation due to being the only post-industrial society and being on the morally high ground no matter what happens must make the usage of WMDs so much simpler.
So I'm curious. How big of an object are we talking about here? Because nuclear bombs can get pretty compact. The smallest I know of is just 13cm in diameter with a yield of 0.19kt which doesn't sound like much but it will destroy everything within 130 meters and irradiate everything out to 630 meters with various levels of destruction in-between. That's plenty enough destruction if they are delivered with precision strikes and I'm sure there are way magically enhancing nukes to be even smaller and more powerful then that.
@crystalwatcher, thanks for the world buiding. Another question, I notice from some of the update and it only hit me with the laterst update, how the others races create and utilize space-time magic? Most of the others races magic affiliate with elements, for something like telepoting and warp gate, that required something like Space and Time. For mass transport of troops constantly like how it elves dis, that would required a magic item that operate like a magic gateway. Not something a few caster with those time and space could do. How they develop the magic to do it?

The Lord's fortress, and the demonic pits surrounding them are kind of... no longer on any maps. Newer maps at least.
Philosophical debates on the usage of nuclear weapons are pretty common these days.
The scrying devices are roughly the size of diner plates you'd be able to find in the average American diner.
They use derivatives of the 'Ether' element, or pure mana.
Pure, non-elemental magic is what's used in the less flashy stuff like non-portal scrying, levitation, and manipulation of bodily fuctions that allow increased things like strength and speed.
Teleportation and portal magic for a good chunk of the Local Dimensional Cluster is based on the ideas of sympathetic connections. Like breaking a twig, and using the two pieces to create a stable 'gateway' between two points. Portals from one dimension to another are really hard to do, and nearly impossible to pull up on demand at the drop of a hat. Numerous factions beyond just the Unified Light and Unified Darkness have gotten into the habit of having several dozen portals ready to be open just in case an emergency breaks out or something similar.
The Elvin Empire is -outside the Akashic Pillar- the ones with the most reliable portal 'technology' to go from one dimension to the next. What they do, is find the metaphysical 'point' where the walls of one dimension are touching another, then use that connection to open a direct path from one to the other. The Elves have figured out how to use the connections between the dimensions as 'relays' for this pathing method to create kinds of 'Super Highways' that allow their otherwise low-tech society to travel from the heart of their realm to the outer edges with incredible speed. Before it fell, Reluxus held the local connection to this super highway, thus why taking it back is at the top of the list for the Unified Light.
Humans use a different method based in space/time manipulation which no one else even thought was a thing before we started poking holes in shit. When going to a new dimension, we spend a huge amount of energy to simply bore a hole through the dimensional barriers initially. Once we're on the other side we set up a 'Gate' that we can then open and close on a whim that's then connected to a pre-existing gate. These Gates are easier to open and close when needed, and cost less energy to use than literally everyone else's methods, but are locked between two pre-existing points.

Yeah, regardless which planet they're on, the humans of EXA_PICO are rather ambitiously crazy when it comes to magitek.
