For those who aren't aware, several myths involving Amaterasu (who Sunny is) have very strong hints she preferred the fairer sex, most notably the one in which her brother horrified and pissed her off enough that she chose to hide in a cave, refusing to leave. The other gods tried to trick her out with crowing roosters, bribe her out with a beautiful jewel tree laden with other gifts, and even threw a party. Most of the myths told have it that these do draw her attention, but what gets her to finally leave the cave is the actual strip-tease routine being danced by Ama-no-Uzeme, goddess of mirth, revely, and the dawn.

Which really seems pretty clear cut, when it's phrased like that.
For reference, the myths that have her come out of the cave before it comes to the strip tease still have her appreciating the female figure, though frequently it's her own reflection in the mirror propped on the jewel tree.

I just realized.

The one with Dragon Zodiac Sign?

Armsmaster.

It totally fits him. Proud, righteous, solitary, opiniated. In some interpretation, the way Dragon had to grow among others is to understand other's value and limitations compared to others, and through this interaction, understand his own weakness and accept them.

Good Dog's basically spent half this story slowly breaking his will. The lightning bolt just knocked him out for a bit, which was very much a mercy in comparison to everything else that's followed.
 
i have to ask: how many blessing of the Brush Goods Taylor already possess?

and from what i know Taylor will gain the powers of the divine Brush.

that is what i have been seeing in the course of the story, and looking how Sunny trained her in painting and how to use her brush...

She has the Celestial Brush right?

because when she starts using it (not sure when it will start... leviathan or the fallen?) she can easily become the infamous Shaker:YES

Yes, it is functional! We got Lung to give it a try!

Sadly, we don't know what sort of benefits the Onsen gives at the moment, but still.

Now, I know that seems underwhelming, but consider this. She's friends with a woman dog who is also the sun, the mother of all and the source of all that is good. Think for a moment on the implications.
 
We've missed your updates @UnwelcomeStorm, It's good to have you back. I have to admit, one thing I found curious in my re-read of your story was the placing of the tokens in the ceremonial box marked with the Chinese Zodiac. Is there something big tied into that point, since alot of the times they show up it is at the end of the chapter acting as a cliffhanger. Also, wow, that was a fast ending of the E88 from the last time I saw them. I thought they were going the path of the Local 88, or am I getting you and Selector's version of the story mixed up?

That's an Okami thing and actually marks the end of a plot line, and that is definitely a mixup, in that order.
