While I wish Simon's plan did Advanced Articulation, I do agree his Karachi dice allocation. Last thing I want is to come to the end of the plan and have to overspend to guarantee it finishes, instead of doing something cool in Infrastructure or Tiberium. It'll be messy until then, no doubt about that. But as an unpopular plan goal, I don't think it's going to get better then messy until it's done.

Which plan has the most space?
My leading plan,

[] Plan Attempting to Fill Big Craters Everywhere But Monrovia
and
[] Plan Attempting to Fill Big Craters In Monrovia
has 10+AA+E dice. The latter spends a lot of dice trying to rebuild the fusion rocket yards destroyed in the recent war, and the former just says "screw it, we'll invent impulse drive cargo ships and build a yard for those instead," freeing up more Orbital dice for moon colonization. So I would say that the 'everywhere but Monrovia' plan has more space, despite having the same number of Orbital project dice.

...

Of the competing plans that have picked up a lot of votes now or recently,

[] Plan Rocky Road to Aldrin
and
[] Plan MARVy Road to Aldrin
and
[] Plan Kick that rock in the dick
all have 9+AA dice (where 9 is the number of Orbital dice we actually have, and thus a minimum).

...

Of the competing plans that aren't quite as prominent, some have 9, 9+AA, or 9+AA+E dice. One, well, I may be missing something but I'm not sure it even activates all nine Orbital dice.

I think @doruma1920 's plan
[] Plan Finishing the Fight
has the record at 12+AA+E dice, and @F0lkL0re 's

[] Plan Late to the Party
is a runner-up at 11+AA+E dice.

Though with three votes each as of this writing, both plans a dark horse candidate.

So first prize to Doruma, second prize to F0lkl0re, and my "Attempting" plans are, I think, if I haven't missed anything, in third place.

The root of the disagreement on the Karachi allocation is 'we were told in narrative that blitzing 3 phases had us piling unused building material up while severely needing more ammo and reinforcements', anyway.

Of course, the entire point of the project is to build up the exact kind of infrastructure that would let us rapidly handle a lot of supply throughput in and around that port...

One may hope, rightly or wrongly, that blitzing to Phase 3 will give us a little more preparation to handle the supply tonnage required.

Frankly, probably not. You can't really spend your way out of a time deficit :V

... at least not under fire.

@Darkandus , Ithillid is looking for Tib rolls.

Our other roller, my apologies, I've forgotten your name but you're up too.

We have three rollers: @Darkandus for the Tib spread each turn, @KnightDisciple for various combat rolls and @HousePet for mutation rolls. Since mutations aren't this turn:

Next Mutation Roll: Q2 2065

You want @KnightDisciple to roll. Uh what exactly is he rolling? @Ithillid usually gives the number and type of Dice for him to roll.

So, pending changes to Abatement, that should lead to:
Current Tiberium Spread
Surface
25.965 (+0.21) Blue Zone
0.00 (-0.00) Green Zone
0.07 (+0.00) Cyan Zone
23.935 (+.21) Yellow Zone (102 points of mitigation)
50.03 (-.42) Red Zone (88 points of mitigation)

New Tiberium Spread
Surface
26.055 (+0.09) Blue Zone
0.125 (+0.125) Green Zone
0.07 (+0.00) Cyan Zone
24.15 (+.215) Yellow Zone (102 points of mitigation)
49.50 (-.53) Red Zone (88 points of mitigation)
Edit: numbers were wrong, see my mathpost for update
