Oh yeah.. we already convinced them let's not have our eyes grow too big for our stomach. Already a long list of other crafting projects including a Chicago god that people are pushing for so how about one thing at a time?

I don't think he knows. To knownhe would need to observe the dragon, I think, like we did. I also am sure that knowing wouldn't stop him.

This is a good time and place. We get practice, possibly access to their nest, and they get to have more dragonblododed. And, while we have a lot of projects, I think we can make it fit.

Most of the mass scale crafting projects that we "have" were originally brought up by you and sometimes your the only one talking about/bringing them up. Like the Chicago manse you just mentioned. At what point would you say that another crafting project can't realistically fit with all the other ones you've brought up until further notice?
 
I mean, it is Odin. If he is anything like his mythological self he knows more then he tells others and will do what he feels is needed. Even if some bodies need to be but in the ground doing it.
 
The geomantic aid is important. It establishes a solution for the problem of the thing in dragon's belly. The thing that is causing the dragon suffering. And the thing Odon wants And we want too. I want to tip the scales so the numbers of dragonblooded start increasing. I want to end suffering of the dragon.

That isn't contingent upon us doing that right now. Taking them to Sanctuary achieves the same result for the moment. Not sure if Sanctuary would increase their bloodline odds in the short term but I imagine it would considering how Lydia described the place. At any rate ending the Dragons suffering isn't contingent upon us doing something to the dragon nest right now. If they are being held in Sanctuary he has no reason to be doing what he is. Then we can fix it later on.

Now I'm wondering if he can be convinced to go to Sanctuary.

We don't need to do upgrades right now. We do need to give them the option, inform them of what is possible. And there's a big difference between "here's a sanctuary you can retreat to whenever you want, a safe haven" and "you have to abandon your homes if you want to survive as a species".

These are exalted, and I'll have to check what crafting charms they have, but I firmly think that we need to present them the option of helping by strengthening the place and position they have.

We literally don't have to do it right now regardless of what you firmly think. They are already ready to move based on the last update. It can be offered now or later.

Alright, I can get behind that reasoning.
 
There is no point in engaging in major geomancy in this place in the immediate next few turns. We have too much to do otherwise and no reason to believe it's particularly necessary for our vital problems.

If and when we find the time for it we can come back and make an offer.

To be honest @Yog I find it frustrating when you vote to do stuff that has serious implications on our time and then ignore it when the opportunity to advance a pet project comes up.

Do you seriously think we can build a god, perform a geomantic upgrade, properly defend our hell portal, help the dragon, deal with the exalted stuff, deal with red court fallout, and pay our debts in the next turn? Cause from my perspective it seems like you vote to add more stuff to the pile at every opportunity with no regard for what you're already advocating for or have otherwise committed us to.
