This is, objectively speaking, the best way to manage Shirou - with absolutely no subtly.

Yeah, it's not just Ayako that's gonna be thinking that if/when this gets out a bit. Sakura and Taiga seem the most immediately likely, and they'll be upset too. I think if Ilya finds out, she's just gonna latch onto the opportunity to be a big sister!

I'm pretty sure the courtyard is magecraft heated? Based on that one scene in the anime where Illya is having tea in it without either her winter coat and wearing a skirt without any leggings or alternative means of keeping her legs warm?
Even If it isn't, either of the witches could seal a bubble of warm air into place to keep things tolerable.

Illya's also weird biologically speaking, there's even odds on if it's just her being German and thus used to it for as short a time as a tea break would be, her altered body providing some workaround like overheating itself or something, or just her being in some level of constant pain and thus not giving a fuck when she's drinking something warm.

On the one hand, knowing more of what's happening in England can't really hurt us, but it's also a world away, and Rits is working with us, so anything we find out through that, we'd probably learn soon enough anyway. With Kirei though, that's concerning if he's the one getting betrayed, he's normally the one doing the traitoring

Ophelia is one of the mages that Sauron got to summon a servant at the Clocktower. Fortunately she didn't accept a gift from him so she isn't mind hacked like the others. She's escaping the Clocktower with the Rider Servant El Cid last we saw her (at least that's probably who he is).
Also she's the Crypter of the Second Lostbelt in FGO. Has a really powerful mystic eye too.
