Loyalty is its own Reward (A Traitor Legion Chapter Master Quest)

[X] Plan: Elite Scouts, Filling out the Companies, and Paying back the Deathwatch
-[X] Make an Elite 10th Company (Mutually exclusive with Create 1st Company) (100/100)
-[X] Name Company Champions (7/7)
-[X] Form Company Command Squads (30/30)
-[X] Grant Companies Veteran Sergeants (60/60)
-[X] Send Veterans to the Deathwatch (14/15)

Being a fan of the Sharpe series I have a fondness for Elite light/scout/sharpshooter companies.

[X] Plan Repaying Debts Reaping Harvests but with a elite 1 Company
-[X] Create 1st Company (Mutually exclusive with Elite 10th Company) (100/104)
-[X] Name Company Champions (7/7): All Companies receive a Champion
-[X] Form Company Command Squads (30/30): All Companies receive a full Command Squad
-[X] Grant Companies Veteran Sergeants (28/60): Split evenly between all Companies, attach to Command Squads as auxiliaries until we have enough to get a full suite of Veteran Sergeants.
-[X] Send Veterans to the Deathwatch (10/15)
--[X] All of them will be given suits of P-Corvus and Stalker Bolters.
-[X] Lend Veterans to the Inquisition (20/40)
–[X]
8 go to Harker and take P-Corvus suits with them, the remaining 12 will be sent out in groups of 4 in P-Corvus at Harker's discretion.
-[X] Lend Veterans as Bodyguards to Notables across the Sector (30/20)
–[X]
6 to Sector Lord Cartagena, 6 to Lord General Adolphus Tavisolta, 8 to whichever Navigator House helms the Mist Shrikes' ships.

Fuck it this plan handels most what I want

[X] Plan: Conventional Veteran Company, Filling out the Companies, and Paying back the Deathwatch
[X] Plan Eggs In Separate Baskets

Vote these 2 up as well seeing have a normal Veteran company

I can understand the flavour of elite scouts but the entire chapter can stealth and our 10th is best suited for it already can we improve it with gear yes

But we need fighting elite dearly so a normal veteran company to stomp hard is sourly needed now

This is cool and all, but what mechanical bonus do veterans provide? I understand the champions and company command, but I'm not sure what Sargents give us or even the benefits of an elite company.

To be clear, I just mean purely in terms of the quest mechanics.

What is the point of having Marines be glorified bodyguards and miss them out on multiple turns when we could have some casualty heavy campaigns coming up? I also don't like the idea of aiding the Inquisition more than necessary and having Marines do their dirty work. Remember the ending of Space Marine where Black Templars help an Inquisitor arrest Titus? Don't want to do that.

Second this. We're the super stealth marines, having a super duper stealth marines is a bit redundant and we do need a conventional elite company to deal with the heavy threats we'll come against.

Admittedly I am voting for Elite Scouts, but only because I don't want bodyguards or Inquisition to win.

I'd at least like to know more about the local inquisition before committing them to any inquisitional aid.

If that's the only reason then why not just make your own plan? You'd just remove the Inquisition and bodyguard stuff, and the remaining 14 Veterans can go to the Deathwatch. Hell, I'll approval vote it.

one Inquisitor that was already a secret traitor is not a good example

and we need to farm favor to use as well extra skills for the chapter so us working closer with and getting a better connections with the Inquisition is good for that same with having stronger political alliances with key figures

Honestly, it's a tough choice, do we choose tradition and get our own hammer but weaken the other companies, both in manpower and talent? Or do we consolidate our companies and improve their flexibility at the cost of getting a traditional hammer?

Plus we don't have either the STC for Terminator armor or Land Raiders. This means our 1st company will be no similar to the battle companies, minus devastators. The heavy gunners.

Personally, I would not vote until we get the terminator STC. But seeing as people are gunning for veteran company, I would have to choose the elite scouts. Plus our scouts will be wearing normal power armor since our Nowalijki are different than that of codex-compliant chapters.
