Slightly less fire than I expected, but there's definitely some heated debates going on.

Also hm, should I swing Plan Aggressive Stance to be a pure Wolong bring if we're worried about Ms. Naught's reaction? Since if nothing else, Rhys and Leizi covering Espionage is almost certainly perfectly fine, its OPS that is the issue.

@Bitterman What level of knowledge do the members of New Dawn have, if any barring Wolong? And do we know what their reaction would be to seeing a dose of Ambrosia? Would they be able to identify that it is a processed form of Goldnine? I'm assuming we have no knowledge of if its container has its contents visible?

Also can we do all of the Move that Bus actions our is there only the free space in the Apiary for completing one of them?

A bit conflicted but I will go with ND on Break Glass.
[X] Plan Aggressive Stance
As for Miss Naught i doubt the goldnine is kept in a transparent glass container. [JU isn't Umbrella] Or that Leizi would fail to take her presence into consideration.
Still, ensuring infosec is why having Wolong himself present is something I support.

Professor B, you seem to lack faith in Bitterman and assume the worst of him.

From all accounts, it will just be very very very very funny, and then give us more Global AP, which is good! It's why we're trying to recruit Chihiro!

[X] Plan Aggressive Stance

I like the personal actions here more. I do hope we give Lady Leizi a weapon next issue considering she will always be on missions.

Powering up John gives us 8 AP.

Assuming next turn we do Smoke On The Water, (and John's influence doesn't spurn Sparksurfer or Jorogumo away), those two will get us to 9 on the following turn.

Next turn we get an ambrosia from mg so if we complete hero worship and get both yara and belle we get 9.

Sparksurfer and Jorogumo is an easy way for us to reach 10 ap. For turn 5 since thats when weve recruited them.

Though after that we need Dr Ibis lab for more heroes especially our High candidates.

They are in the dark for Project Prometheus:
Gabriel Kwan smiles to himself and enjoys another slice of cake. His team was mingling with the new Justice Unlimited splendidly, which would hopefully smoothing things over when he discussed the terms of their alliance. He would have to conceal Project Prometheus from them—regrettable, but he was not one to question Lady Leizi's infosec.
I don't know about their recognition of canisters but from the quest rewards for Break Glass it's actually unprocessed goldnine, so at worst they would learn we are smuggling goldnine rather than bringing an entirely new Ambrosia material out.
(+ 3000 Income, New Metahuman DNA, 1 of Mendicant's healing symbiotes, 3 of Valiant Silver's shield generators, 1 Ambrosia's worth of goldnine, a gift meant for Lady Leizi)

I would also like to submit an alternative solution to helping with OPs checks, for those worried about the high requirement on Break Glass:

Have Mona, Maddie, and Rhys train their damn Ops stats!

Its why i have mona training ops and if not for rep debuff mW too.

Also for break the glass we can have MW use chinera to boost the op check if needed since that mechanic lets us boost her stats.

Just need to have her rest in a mission or stand out of the way in fights.

Edit: also personal event are fun but there not time limited so its better tonpace things by alternating between raising stats and events

Welp now that I'm awake.

I largely agree with this. Mona and Maddie both need Ops training not just for Mona to process info more midfight and during her psychic ventures, but also to prepare for Break Glass In Case of Emergency. That mission has OPS 10 as its prerequisite and since that has been our worst stat by far, we badly need a boost. I don't want a situation where we have to abandon one of the item rewards on that mission because of bad rolls.

Leizi gets a pass since she has to investigate the Monarch. Both Rhys and Opale I agree should go do their personal missions. Opale's will either be Ophelie or Vulcan related either way I predict.
personally, I stand by this. While I'm still deciding votes, I personally agree with @Pawn Lelouch on having ND assistance on Break the Glass. Listen, should we fail in acquiring that goldnine, that's 4 actions going to waste, including this action and spoonful last turn. I don't want to fail all that because of "bad rolls". Also there's logic in investing in this: Medicant's healing symbiotes and shield generators. By bringing in extra stat measures, we ensure that we gain extra prep for missions this turn.

4 Turns of waste is quite hyperbolic, it's not like John would lose the extra Tolerance we gave him. Besides, if Magical Girls really is the start of an involved quest chain, isn't bringing Wolong even more important? Making sure we pass those OPS checks would likely help all future missions on the questline, while Break Glass is by all indications a one and done.

I must stress that the Frozen Throne is a giant unknown and the information already contained in the mission description is considered Horizon-shaking. I cannot stress more how important that is. Why use our super-analist guy on the care package tha on the mission that is literally confirmed to have enormous implications?

I can change Maddie's training from HIT to OPS, but everything else I consider more important. I want to give Rhys some resolution and see if Scarlet Maturity enda up yapping about something sensitive. So that's basically it.

EDIT: Changed Maddie's and Châtelet's actions to train OPS in both plans, since people seem concerned about it.

Songs we are absolutely not playing at the memorial service:

-"I Will Always Love You", Dolly Parton or Whitney Houston versions
-"Hero" by Mariah Carey
-"One Sweet Day" by Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men

We built John to prep him for Demonz Flame next turn. Not to say that's his sole purpose; he is meant to be our Ops guy and a bit of Rep as well, but we kinda put a lot of our efforts centered around this premise.

And yes, I acknowledge that the mission with a high tolerance candidate, Frozen Throne, and Leizi's linked storyline is important. I also acknowledge it's a fairly risky approach, but that's why we're approaching this with prep that we have beforehand. It ain't game-changing but it at least gives us extra buffers.

Also haven't decided to vote yet, need to look at all of them including the ones that aren't voted at all

I guess there's no drawback to just asking.

@Bitterman Does Wolong's presence significantly alter the information we get in a quest or is his bonus limited to passing whatever OPS checks there are normally?

His power is described as super analysis that borders on precognition, so I would assume that if he's not on-site, he just drafted up some plans based on what he knows and provides extra intelligence/a course of action that's certain to succeed.

"I'm telling you this because I know you won't say no. Help my sister. Once my father figures it out, he will stop at nothing to get them."
"There were a lot of kids like me. Kids with powers, I mean. We all got different marks put on us. If you ever see anyone with a sun, lantern, star, key, or a moon over a crown, they probably came from the same place I did."
I'm rereading the posthumous messages, and I have two more theories:

Firstly: Socialite Butterfly is being contracted by Jair.

Secondly: Towarri said there were a 'lot of kids'. So I think that Fish and Sun are just the cream of the supersoldier project crop, and the Philosophers have more people than the 'core eight'.
