It's totally fine that things are becoming a bit slower and more central plot focused while this September trial you're involved in goes on, we completely understand.

Yep, I had a feeling from the vibe I got of reading that section. It's why for me, it's either Noelle or the drugged up kid who'd be candidates for EXCEED-BEYOND, as well as this one other candidate you talked about, I remember you said there are 4 out there.

Yara, I have my own plans, but it basically boiled down to her sentiments that she expressed in her section

Her whole adolescence, she clung to the idea that her big sister was just waiting. Waiting for her to get powers so she could be spirited away to that glorious white dome in the city proper. That she hadn't been abandoned, that her sister's moniker really was a hidden message to her.

I just sorta felt cruel if we were to deny her meta human powers (and yes, I know her desire for that is based more on wanting to be with her sister). It's unfortunate we can't get Yazmin's DNA, but we can at least use Umibozu + Hydrocity to compensate.

There were four including Mona. So it's Mona, Ellie, Yara, and mystery boy!

Might be more later, but I figured I'd see how broken four Black Swans were.

We can add crimson soprano there easily for another FFM though If we dfigured out Autonomous Creature Creation by then I feel like that would work better with Umibozou power.

There was Theory that ACC was Energy, Element, Construct and Ally empowerment. So we can mix Bulwark with Umibozou for a shielder. That would let us add steadfast for toigher shields and making Yara Unkillable.

We know how to get Yara and Noelle. I think it's safe to assume that the boy, we get by pulling on the Monarch or Dominion threads, or both.

Once we're done looking into Monarch for Gabe, who do you think we should look into next? Socialte Butterfly? Petit Prince?

The Prince has a more direct connection to Monarch so I'd say him. Start making progress on Maddie's questline.
 
My guess is that Augur is up there in Elysium, and instead of currently dealing with his trauma like everyone else in this setting, he is like all the High Tolerance Candidates and is currently going through a Very Bad Time. Don't ask me why I think this. It's a gut feeling.
 
Now that we've seen Noelle, I actually think having Gentleman James join the mission is a good idea. He's a sociable type with New Dawn cred who could probably get her to calm down about her desire for revenge against Justice Unlimited, without the potential to be a combat liability like Wolong, even if Wolong has a more direct connection to her.
 
What are we thinking for the Personal Action training, too?

Mona only has two options, Operations and Espionage, and her Operations check when she saw Lantern probably cost us some information tempo (even if I assume Leizi is going to be able to put two and two together between Towarri's message and Faust's sigil that she saw). I say for her, Operations.

Rhys is easy, his other primary stat, Espionage, can get a +1, so we'll do that.

Maddie, she uses Operations for a chunk of her power usage/planning, so I think she should level that too.

Opale will be on the Leizi model of "bigger stat, harder check" so realistically her best odds are with Espionage.

I largely agree with this. Mona and Maddie both need Ops training not just for Mona to process info more midfight and during her psychic ventures, but also to prepare for Break Glass In Case of Emergency. That mission has OPS 10 as its prerequisite and since that has been our worst stat by far, we badly need a boost. I don't want a situation where we have to abandon one of the item rewards on that mission because of bad rolls.

Leizi gets a pass since she has to investigate the Monarch. Both Rhys and Opale I agree should go do their personal missions. Opale's will either be Ophelie or Vulcan related either way I predict.
